I have been a customer with JD Byrider for 4 years now. Every time my car payment is due here come the harassing phone calls and text messages. However it's one employee in particular that I'm referring to and her name is Kimmie and she works at the Lynchburg Virginia store. She will literally text me 100 times. Call me 100 times. She also has mentioned my family like my mother. She's the most unprofessional person I've ever came across in my entire life. She has a terrible poor attitude. She literally harasses me all the time. She'll call my job. She'll send people to my job. She sent a man to my job for $10 like that's ridiculous. Something needs to be done about her because she doesn't show professionalism at all. I don't think she's the image y'all try to portray

I have a question and concern. I am not here to bad mouth that not what God want me to do. I just need some answers. 1. My car was repossessed because I was aweek late paying. Can they do that? 2. When I walked to J.D Byrider to get my car back, I asked what do I own? and how late was I ? I was told that I was a week late and that I own $164.00 for the car...
