I was charged a yearly fee without any notice at all. Most companies send and email. I haven’t used my membership at all but stilled paid each month because you have to go in person to cancel.
I was charged a fee on February 2, 2024 and went in the same day to speak to someone for a refund and cancel my account. I was told I had to speak to the manager and he wasn’t in. The guy behind the desk told me that he probably won’t refund it and to come back Monday or after. I went back in for a second time and was told again he was not there. I was told he only works Mondays and Wednesdays. She gave me an email to the manager so I could email him. I emailed him twice and he has not responded.
How do deal with issues regarding your account if the the manager is never available? What kind of company doesn’t have someone to deal with regarding customer issues? How come they can take your money without a manager there but not able to refund it.
The main issue here is that they do not care about their customers at all. They ignore you at all cost. How can you run a business like this.
