As of today I have been without a refrigerator. A technician have changed several pieces on the fridge to no avail, in 2 occasions he even got the wrong parts sent. I have make a complaint and spoke to a supervisor Cameron on 05/20/21 and today a manager Chris called me but still I have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to get in and the technician to come and try to fox the refrigerator and until the technician doesn't tell them that the refrigerator is unrepairable I have to continue to wait. I have already wasted food and money for my family because the refrigerator will not regulate the settings or hold the settings and it either freezes the food or defreeze and spoils the food. I have been patient and honestly after all the technician visits I believe is time for the company to honor the warranty and replace the refrigerator. I paid for the refrigerator and the extended warranty and I don't understand why is it so hard for your company to honor the warranty I paid for. I have made a complaint thru the Better Business Bureau and filing this complaint with you and will be sending a letter to your Legal Department as well to the address given to me by Chris today at 22894 Pacific Blvd. Sterling VA. 20166. I am very disappointed and will share this information on media, friends and family. I believe this warranty is just a scam to take my hard earned money and mislead people into buying this policies but at the time of service your company changes the rules to your convenience and not the consumer.
