I wasworking in ross store last 8 years as honest and hard worker wich you can see in my file last two years since manager camin this store his nam is rob he start to give me hard time i complan to distrect manager pamala she did not take any action aganst rob then i complan to hr she cam in over store she talk with allmost every employees and every one talk aganst rob she sade i am serprise all employees are againstmanager and disterct manager she did not did any thing and she promiss she will comback next week and she will going us good news but as uouvel nothing hapend after that all managment go against me and they mak verey good plain to termenat me and they did now i have only one requoist if any honest worker have problum with his managment and compnay exetive are not helping them no body be stay honest because he or she allways scaear from there job and they never going to open there mouth against there crupt managment my requist to the presindent you must find out who is good manager and who is bad specialy this time your manager in virgenia pamala robert ronger rob in sterling because them you are loosing very good empolyees who realy care about compnay and try to bult strong bussnes now up to you mr president to find out wich managment are good for your bussnes and wich are bad .

that depend on my complant respons if the compnay approch to there employee and find out there problum and then make desion who is wright and who is wrong then take action if employees are wrong they should be punshed and if the managment is wrong then they must be punshed if this is possebel then i am going to request mr president bring face to face employee and managment and finde out truth.
