In the last few months my property that was to be taken care of by Real Property Management Hampton Roads has not adequately done their job in maintaining my property. They have failed to inspect at all as detailed in the contract agreement. They have failed to collect rent, late fees, and failed to send legal notifications of unpaid rent as per contractual agreement.
When I have called to ask for answers I am given the used car salesman run around and feel. No manager is never available to speak with or to answer the call. The only person to pick up seems to be an employee that has no answers and requires quite a bit of time to answer after every single question, just to reply with an answer not asked. (For example: who are the contractors hired to provide inspection to my house? Answer: This person is hired on a rebate based companies.) This continues on until he stops answering and stays quite on the other end of the line. No work promised via contract has been preformed as required and stated by Real Property Management.
Desired outcome: Would like company to fix the failures above and begin to have real time open professional communication.
