Mailer received in June 2023 advised $100 Restaurant Gift card would be given "Just for scheduling an appointment and getting Hearing Testing done."
I called and 1) schedule an appointment 2) 1st available Appointment was scheduled for July 20, 2023 at 2 PM in Federal Way, WA
Since the letter indicated appointment should be in June and wife "should accompany", I Verified 1) $100 Restaurant Gift card would still be provided "Yes" 2) My wife could not accompany, and that to was O.K.
After the appointment, I asked the Receptionist for the Card. Receptionist knew Nothing about the promotion and referred me to the provider.
I waited for the Examiner to return from break and asked. Examiner advised I would receive an Email - O.K., I provided an Email address!
6 Weeks + and I "Have NOT" received any Email from MIRACLE EAR!
I asked for a Copy of the Test report, as I wanted a Second Opinion for comparison. My Request was DENIED. Additionally, I Advised the Examiner I planned to talk to V.A. Hospital as I am a Disabled Veteran! WOW, I was told it's near Impossible to get V.A. to do a Hearing Exam AND only a Small Percentage can get Hearing Aids from V.A.!
Hum, I've already had the exam and V.A. ordered Hearing Aids! Of course, they asked for a Copy of the "MIRACLE Ear" exam, but it was DENIED.
FALSE ADVERTISING & ERRONEOUS INFORMATION
Desired outcome: 1. HONOR Promise - send $100 Restaurant Gift Card. 2. QUIT Disseminating Poor Info Regarding V.A - TO Rip Off Disabled Vets! If you DON'T KNOW Disability Rating & V.A RULES

Interesting as I had 'actually' advised Up Front that my wife "would not" accompany me. Miracle Ear reported an understanding and stated that it was DESIRED, but not Required.
Miracle ear has yet (now 6 months Post evaluation) to:
1. Honor their Advertised Gift Card,
2. Contacted me regarding an Explanation WHY their So-Called Audiologist LIED about Disabled Veterans "Not being Eligible for Hearing Aids - Through V.A." - I've had mine for 4 months now!
* It really appears MIRACLE EAR has now become a SCAM!
I also was a victim of false advertising. Because my wife did not come with me, I was told the exam could not be completed and I would not get a $50 Sheetz gift card. That was not stated in writing in the offer. My wife had a hearing test at Lemme and I did not have to accompany her, and they gave her a better evaluation.
