About 3 years ago I purchased Hearing Aids from you company. Thinking that you were the most reputable company for doing so. Every 3 months I would go for my scheduled appointments most times waiting for the representative to show up late. I was always the first appointment in the mornings.
The finale came back in October when I was told to show up and have my hearing checked. After which I was told I needed new Hearing Aids. What happened to your Lifetime Guarantee?
I was told that I signed a contract for three years and that was that! I am a retiree on a fixed income and not able to buy new hearing aids. I thought this was a lifetime guarantee. The fact that I was blind sided like that made me very upset to say the least. It's taken me this long to calm down to write to you. Can I get the hearing aids replaced?
