Issues with Nano Hearing Aids Order and Refund Process
On Feb 19th, 2023, I ordered CIC digital hearing aids from Nano, with an agreement for a 45-day refund. They were unsatisfactory, so I sought a refund. A representative named Princess contacted me the next day, providing return instructions and a prepaid label via email. She also suggested trying a different model with a new 45-day refund period starting March 17th, 2023. I returned the first pair, which Nano received on March 27th. The second pair, tried for three weeks, also failed to meet my needs. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that what Princess had stated was not company policy, and I would not be refunded. Despite multiple calls and emails on April 16th-18th, I've faced evasion. This feels like a scam targeting seniors, and I'm left wondering how many others have been affected by such practices.

December 13 We ordered hearing aids by phone after seeing a commercial on TV channel 57
December 13 We ordered hearing aids by phone after seeing a commercial on TV channel 57. Payment was made with Wells Fargo Visa card for $397. Advertisement claimed “advanced technology” and the cost of $297. On the phone we were encouraged to get an upgrade for an additional $100. After delivery of hearing aids one (blue) only worked after one charge. Second hearing aid (red) only worked 10 days longer. We called Nano and were given directions of how to “reset” the charging of the hearing aids. Still the hearing aids did not work. We called and asked to return them. We were told they would ship out a replacement set immediately and we could return the defective set. After not receiving any new hearing aids or return information we contacted them again. This time we were told they had to receive first set before they would send out replacements. So we got the address to return them to and mailed them out as directed. After waiting several weeks we contacted them again to ask for for replacements or refund of $397. They asked Daryl to pay $9 shipping for the replacements. Still the replacements took a long time to arrive. The replacements worked well for about a week and then would not recharge the same as the first set. Again we contacted them, we have no faith in their technical support, customer service, or. Product. We just want our money refunded and they can have the product back. These hearing aids do not work as advertised. 1st order reference #*** 2nd order reference #*** We have visa statement as receipt, some emails, and text messages to support this.

I am the *** Manager at a nursing home northwestern ***. I have a resident who ordered hearing aids from Nano. On the phone she was told she had to purchase two sets, at $299 each, and she did that. When she got the hearing aids, they didn't work for her -- she could not hear any better with them than without them. Believing the *** ad that they could be returned if not satisfied, she returned the hearing aids for a refund. *** responded that the hearing aids were damaged, and she had not reported this damage upon her initial receipt of the hearing aids. They have denied her request for a refund, but instead offered her a replacement set if she paid another $79. She is already out $600, and took this as adding insult to injury. I contacted a fraud department at the State of *** on her behalf, and provided their response to my resident's sons. This is a lady who is very honest and on top of her business affairs and I find it difficult to believe she damaged four hearing aids before returning them. If contacted by *** would be at liberty to provide the customer's name and help facilitate the refund they advertise.
Ordered the Nano CIC digital recharge OTC hearing aids in May, 2023. Received on 5/12/2023. We had an upcoming trip overseas so wanted to trial ASAP in case return needed. From 5/13/5 we tried to get them working. They had serious feedback issues and after talking to NANO customer service and trying all suggested solutions, we could not get the squealing/feedback to stop. We decided to return the products for the full refund promised. We received ***'s authorization over many objections and returned the devices by *** They were delivered on 5/19 to Nano confirmed by *** We carefully returned EVERYTHING that came with the units. It took Nano until 6/6 and after us contacting them to tell us that one unit had a broken antenna and that we could expect NO refund. My wife had been an Eargo user for 4 years prior to this. Eargo has similar antennae on them. Never an issue. The units were whole and undamaged when shipped in the original packaging. After complaining, *** offered many solutions - trading up, shipping discounts, even to replace the entire order but NO refund. Odd, new order by no refund! We're both in our late 70s and it is apparent to us that this is a scam on older people who they don't think will raise issues. We bought new Eargo units and they work fine. Avoid Nano. They will take advantage of you especially if you're older.
My elderly mother Purchased 2 hearing aids in May 2023. Could not wear them. Returned the hearing aids. *** claims they received only one aid in return. Aids were very securely packed in the same box. *** claims it is *** fault and must have been theft. Still have not received any refund for EITHER aid. Today is June 25th, 2023. This company needs to be stopped!
I mailed the Nano hearing aid back to the company with a note included, because the right hearing aid did not work at all. Then a lady named *** left me a message. I called back and she tried to sell me more hearing aids with higher technology for $49.00. I finally informed her that I was not going to send her anymore money. Then she asked if I contacted customer service? She also informed me that the people in the warehouse could not read notes. I stated that I did not know I had to contact customer service. I spent $297.00 for the hearing aids that I returned. I sent the hearing aids back in plenty of time. The advertisement on tv stated that I had 45 days to return the earring aids. I purchased the hearing aids on 05/15/2023 and I mailed them back on 06/14/2023 and they received them back on 06/22/2023. I would like to be refunded $297.00.
Nano Hearing Aids is an online company
Nano Hearing Aids is an online company. They claim to sale quality hearing aids at low price with a 45 day refund policy. I bought the *** hearing aids, after a week the aids didn't work without a hi pitch sound. I requested a refund as per the company policy. I sent the hearing aids back. The company received the aids on 8/10/22. I waited then started calling the company around the 1 at of Sept. I had received the refund approval prior to sending that aids back. Everyone I talked to could not help me. They call centers and are very well training in lying to the customer, they lied to me several times. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told supervisors don't talk to customers and the refund *** doesn't take calls. I was finally told today that my refund was issued back to my card on b9/9/22 and it takes 30days I told the person I was talking to it was 10/14/22 over the 30 day limit. She didn't understand what I was telling her and hung up. I did check this company out online and the reviews are awful, the reviews on their site nothing but rave reviews so check out reviews on *** There is not way of getting a person in management . I researched and found the owner's name but no contact information. The person that owns Nano Hearing Aids is ***. Good luck if you can find him, the is a CFO that lives in Phoenix. That is as much as I can find on this company. They seem to have just call centers across the country, I believe that sales is done from a call center as well. IT IS BUYER BEWARE. DON'T BUY THESE HEARING AIDS. They don't honor their refund policy and the aids are not good quality.

I ordered hearing aids from Nano in December 2022 that cost $397.00. Product comes with 45 day money-back trial. On Jan 26, I requested to return the hearing aids because they did not help my hearing issues. I was convinced by the customer service representative to try a different model of hearing aids which of course were more expensive. I paid an additional $200.00. I was assured that I would have an additional 45 day trial period. On March 15, I requested to return the second pair of hearing aids. I received confirmation from Nano that they were received on April 6. I reached out to them on April 26 to get an update on my refund. I was told that it was still being processed. I reached out again on May 24 and was told that I would be hearing from them shortly. On May 26 I received a response saying that I was being refunded $200.00. When I asked why only $200, *** told me because my return was out of the return window time frame and that the original pair that was returned in *** were damaged. I then forwarded my email which confirmed that my return was well within the 45 day trial period. *** then told me that because the hearing aids were damaged, they would only refund $200.00. The hearing aids that I returned to them were in perfect condition. They are refusing to refund my original payment of $397.00.
Yes in the beginning of May we made a purchase of a pair of hearing aids.We had to return them because of static noise and not charging we requested a refund ! I keep getting the run around about our $297.00 they say we in the for a refund every contact I have they going to send our refund its know June and still havent received our money every time I email are call its going to take another few weeks are they try and stall can someone help me Im at the end of my rope Thank you
Purchased in-ear canal *** model hearing aids in July 2022 for $277. One didn't work. Returned. Weeks later a new pair were sent. Worked for a week before one literally fell apart under normal use. *** credited $20 for our trouble while trouble shooted over the phone to no avail. Returned. At this point customer service convinced us we should upgrade to the X2 model which is far superior than the *** in-ear canal model and for our "trouble" they would discount us $50 off of the normal cost of $597. So we paid $547. *** days later these arrive. These wouldn't function properly and for 3 weeks we went back and forth with customer service/tech support trouble shooting the issues, again, to no avail. Again *** told us to return them for inspection/repair. We tracked shipping on the item and saw they were received by ***. We heard nothing for 3 months. Finally I called today and was told they were waiting for us to pay $79 for repair, which I found unacceptable for two reasons. One, they didn't seem to have the history of the on going issues with their dysfunctional hearing aids. I had to explain this history, which fortunately I kept records of, stating we have never had a functional pair of Nano hearing aids for more than a couple of weeks at a time. Two, not having heard the status on the return Nano had been sitting on for 3 months until I finally called today, 6/8/2023 to simply be told "well, the hearing aids are out of warranty now". *** is now doing nothing unless we pay $79 for repair. I asked if these are even repairable after all the trouble shooting we did before this return. *** rep stated she doesn't know. The $79 is to "start" the process of their evaluation of the hearing aids. Unacceptable. *** should replace these with a new, functioning pair. Nano will not replace. So, $824 spent and we have no hearing aids at all unless we spend $79 more. Highly doubt we would receive new, functioning ones, which is all we asked for.
I order the nano hearing aids last march and sent them back because they did not work well for me I was informed that I would recieve full refund I called today and was told I wae denied because not all of the hearing aids were sent and that is completly false I did send both sets back.I will never do business with this company again!

Purchased Nano hearing aids on 9.5.22 with a 45 day full-refund return policy
Purchased Nano hearing aids on 9.5.22 with a 45 day full-refund return policy. They did not work for me so I tried to return hearing aids on 10.12.22. Representative insisted that I should try another model. My first question was did the 45 day return policy start over. I was told it did, so I ordered the second set and returned the first set at a shipping cost to me of $35. They also did not work for me so I tried to return hearing aids on 11.08.22. Again they wanted me to try another model. After confirming the 45 day return policy again started over, I ordered the third set and returned the second set at another $35 shipping cost to me. The third set did not work either and this time I insisted on returning them (another $35 shipping cost to me) for a refund of the original purchase price of $318.54 as promised. Third set was received by *** on 11.23.22 which they acknowledged. All devices were returned within 45 days and I have *** receipts as proof. After multiple follow-up emails since December asking the status of my refund and being put off with excuses, they finally got back to me on 1.31.23 and informed me that I did not qualify for the refund because I did not return all the devices within the initial 45 days starting with my first purchase on 9.5.22. That is absolutely not what I was told by their phone representatives. Otherwise, I would have never agreed to being sent any replacement device. If that were the case and I wanted another device, I would have returned each one for a refund and purchased the next device on it's own. I believe I was deliberately misled so that I would never qualify for a refund.

5/4/23 ordered hearing aides. One worked and one did not. E-mailed company and read manual did not healp. I informed them via e-mail would return. sent *** within time frame for returns and when they got them they said they could not refund because I did not he a return merchandise authorization. They would not work with me. They told me to e-mail returns and they could not help me either. I contacted my back to dispute the transaction. *** was a joke. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They would not refund my money for a defective product within the time frame for returns because I did not get permission. Total crock. I told customer service this is America you cannot do this and get away with this.
I bought *** hearing aid order *** 3/18/23. First week great hearing. Second week would not hold charge, called and did reset. Didnt. Work. 3rd week neither aid would hear. Got Return no. *** date 4/21/23 sent back as required in original box all intact. Shipped *** Got email said received. No refund to cc acct called advised missing antennae. Called twice more to refunds. No luck
5/3/2023 Ordered and received nano for my elderly husband. He knew within 3 days not working. I contacted company and was given multiple options I.e new set. Try for more days. Etc etc. I said I want to return and dont want anything else. I was given instructions to return. Took picture packaged precisely as was told. Perfect condition as mentioned had only tried for a few days. Mailed *** and paid for rapid delivery. Ive received many emails stating refund has been ordered. Nothing. No phone calls and emails are nothing but a delay for the $397 payment I want a refund on my credit card before the 45 days as stated by the companys policy
I purchased Nano Hearing Aids for the amount of $283.34. However, after trying the hearing aids several times and different length of time, they were not comfortable and in fact I did not hear well with them. Given the hearing aids were not a viable option, I contacted Nano Hearing Aids by telephone and made my request for a return. The representative was very reluctant to begin the return process. Finally, he stated in order to make an authorized return, I would require a *** number which needed to be placed on the outside of the hearing aid box and on the inside. He emailed the *** number and I followed their instructions. They received my return and signed for it on March 31, 2023, at *** location. My refund was denied and no reason given. The representative stated the hearing aids would be returned to me. As of May 31, 2023, I have not received a refund or the hearing aids. The website states a full refund within forty-five days if not completely satisfied. I am appealing to ComplaintsBoard.com for any assistance to facilitate my full refund as stated on their website.
On March 31, 2022, I ordered a set of hearing aids for my wife from Nano Hearing Aids costing $297
On March 31, 2022, I ordered a set of hearing aids for my wife from Nano Hearing Aids costing $297. They didn't work for her so we tried to return them on April 7 for a refund. Instead, we were offered a better pair, costing an additional $200. Those didn't work for her either so, on April 21, we were once again persuaded to try the next model up, for yet another $200. I also opted to pay an additional $79 for the protection plan at that time. On May 24, since they still didn't work for my wife, we agreed to try a replacement for those, since the sales person was convinced we must've received faulty aids. When we found that the replacements didn't work for her, after giving them an extended try-out, we contacted Nano to return them for a refund, only to be offered their top-of-the-line model at no extra cost to us. We were assured, both during that call, which took place on June 15, and the subsequent email the same day confirming the order, that we were "still within the 45-day return policy, so there’s seriously no risk in trying [them]" so, reluctantly, I agreed to the free upgrade. However, nothing happened so I contacted them again on June 24, and they sent out the upgraded aids. They didn't work for my wife either, so I contacted them on July 20 for a refund. Their email reply states that "[t]he 45-day money-back guarantee ended on June 9, 2022." That's 6 days BEFORE we were told verbally and in an email that we were ""still within the 45-day return policy"! Nano refuses to refund our money, doggedly maintaining that this is their process and policy. I believe we've given them an abundance of grace in trying to find a product of theirs that works for my wife, and to find now that we have been strung along by them is very disappointing.

I helped my mother purchase a Nano hearing aid product on August 24, 2022
I helped my mother purchase a Nano hearing aid product on August 24, 2022. She received the hearing aids on August 29, 2022. She is currently using another hearing aid product that has an over the earpiece but wanted to try the Nano in ear devices. It was quickly apparent that the in ear device was not a good fit for her. The owner's manual was vague, the daily battery charge did not last for the entire day, and the volume buttons made no indication of what volume the device was on. On September 7th, I reached out via email to request return information and a refund. The same day, I received information on how to fix the battery issue. It didn't work. I sent another email on September 8th, upon which I was offered an upgrade to one of two different hearing aids, both over the ear devices. I again requested return information and a refund. This time I was told someone would call me within 48 hours. This was on September 9th. After waiting 4 days with no call, I called the number that was provided. When I explained that we wanted a refund, I was told that was a different department and the representative couldn't connect me, but someone would call. Three days later , September 16th, there has been no call, so my mom called. She was told that she would receive a call back. After an hour, she called again and was told to be patient and not to call again today. I sent one more email detailing these exploits and was told that someone would call but I could try another number. Upon calling this number, I was routed back to the original return number. There is a 45-day return time with Nano and it seems that they are trying to wait us out in order to keep my mom's $497. What started this whole process was a commercial by Nano advertising their hearing aids for $297 but when ordered online, these particular ones cost $497.

I ordered Nano CIC hearing aids on 08/17/2022
I ordered Nano CIC hearing aids on 08/17/2022. They were delivered on 8/21/2022. They heavily advertise a 45-day free trial. If you don't like them, for any reason, simply return them within 45 days. I felt confident they would honor that commitment. I gave them an honest evaluation. As I explained to them in an email, the problem I have with them is they amplify "everything". My hearing loss is very specific: between 300 and 3,500 htz., which is the frequency of human speech. I hear lower ranges far too well and higher ranges well. Having everything amplified was painful and still didn't allow me to hear human speech like I need to. Their response was an instruction on how to control the volume. I responded that I know how to do that, the problem is it amplifies frequencies I can't have amplified without causing me pain. They responded, saying they would call me within 24 to 48 hours with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, so "keep your lines open". No such call came. Seeing they were clearly trying to stall until the 45-day window was expired, I tried calling on Friday, September 30. Talking on a phone is very difficult for me since I have hearing loss. Most people get frustrated having to repeat things to me and often curse at me or hang up. It's very frustrating having to talk on the phone. I can't think I'm alone in this. Robert was very nice but explained to me that they used to be able to authorize returns but they changed the rules, so now they can't. He tried calling the department that could but he couldn't reach them either. He promised to wait on the line with me until they answered. After 25 minutes or so, he told me he was told to hang up. He was in fear of losing his job by helping a customer. This company is preying on seniors who are hearing impaired. Their advertising is obviously false since they have no intention of giving anyone a refund. Please help.

NANO OTC Hearing Aids advertises that products are returnable within 45 days of receipt with a provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
NANO OTC Hearing Aids advertises that products are returnable within 45 days of receipt with a provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. I received my hearing aid on March 7, 2023. Since I am legally blind, my friend *** and I first called Nano on 3/17/2023 and stated I wanted to return my hearing aids because I was not happy with their performance. We were not provided with an RMA, which we were unaware was necessary to return an item. Instead, the customer service representative (CSR) stated he would call back in 24hrs to arrange the return. The CSR never called back. *** and I called again on 3/20/2023 and got the same response. On 3/24/2023, while I was with my friend ***, I finally received a return call from Nano Hearing Aids. The CSR kept me on the phone a while trying to sell me a different model rather than providing me with instructions on how to return my hearing aids. Despite stating numerous time I just wanted to return my hearing aids, the CSR kept talking and ignoring my request. I finally asked if I could process my return online. He said yes and continued trying to get me to try another model, at which point I hung up. On the same day, my sighted friend ***, went to Nano Hearing Aid’s website to process my return. On the website *** notice they require an RMA for returns, so *** called the phone number provided. However, he was unsuccessful in getting a RMA number. Instead, the CSR wanted to pass the case on to someone else for further processing. *** felt the CSR was using stalling tactics to avoid issuing an RMA, even though he was following Nano’s online procedures. *** continued asking for a RMA number with no success. I would like to request ComplaintsBoard.com’s assistance in obtaining an RMA number from Nano Hearing Aids before the 45 day time period expires. I included the email address of my sighted friend *** for documentation you need to send to me.

I have had a problem 2 times in the last 3 months getting them to repair or replace my right hearing aid
I have had a problem 2 times in the last 3 months getting them to repair or replace my right hearing aid. I have a warranty on it. The first time it took over 3 weeks after they received the defective hearing aid back. They kept giving me the excuse that the repair team had not had the time to inspect it yet. I finally told them that after 3 weeks, if they hadn't been able to get to checking it out yet maybe they should send me a new one. They sent me a new one. It was defective from the day I received it. It was difficult to turn on. When I did get it to turn on it would shut off for no reason. Sometimes it might stay on for 5 minutes or an hour. It was supposed to have 4 modes of operation, it only had 2. It had other issues as well. I kept trying to get it to work properly for the next couple of weeks.I contacted them and told them the issues I was having. They said I should send it back. They received it on The 25th of April. I called them about the hearing aid on the 2nd or 3rd of May. I got the same story about the service department hadn't looked at it yet and it wasn't 15 days yet. I called today 5/9/22 to find out if they were going to repair or replace or what. They said they would call me later today. It seems to me like they hope I will get tired of dealing with them and just give up. I called them again the next day. They sent me a replacement which I received on the 14th of May. This one does not work properly either. It turns on OK but it only stays on for about 2 to 3 hours and then just quits. I have tried to recharge the battery fully a number of times over the last 10 days and it still does not last very long. It also only has 2 modes when my original aid had 4. I called them about it and they said I should send it back. I am going to do that I don't know if this complaint will help, but I bet other people have had the same issues. I just wanted to get this on the record.Sincerely

On July 20, 2022, I bought rechargeable hearing aids for $697.00 plus tax, totaling an undisclosed amount.
On July 20, 2022, I bought rechargeable hearing aids for $697.00 plus tax, totaling an undisclosed amount. I received the devices and tested them for weeks, but they failed to meet my volume needs. I contacted the seller for a return within the allowed period. The representative offered an alternative, which I refused. I was given a Return Authorization number and returned the items. The seller confirmed receipt on August 15, 2022. On August 29, I inquired about my refund and was told by a representative, Rome, that inspection was pending and could take up to four weeks. On September 13, Rome informed me that inspection occurred on August 17, and the results were with the Returns Team. By October 1, with no refund, I expressed my frustration. A representative, Jane, escalated my case, asking for patience. On October 6, I warned that I would seek legal advice if the refund wasn't processed in five days. The representative promised to expedite the matter, but I've received no update.

Nano Hearing Aids Order Issue and Refund Process
Nano Hearing Aids Nano-CIC Recharge-JH-R/B Order was placed on 07-13-2022 for $297.00. We received it about a week later. One side was non-functional upon arrival, and customer service troubleshooting was unsuccessful. My 90-year-old father, with poor eyesight and unsteady hands, found it difficult to use just one side and the device did not fit well. After his request, I attempted to contact customer service for a return but received no response. Persistent emailing eventually yielded a return address and process. Despite shipping the item back on July 24, 2022, and confirmation of receipt, the refund has not been processed after nearly 3 months and numerous emails. I am concerned about a potential deduction from the refund for shipping costs, which would be unfair. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter and obtain a full refund for my father, who is being taken advantage of. I am his daughter and have been handling this frustrating process. Please reach out for any additional information needed. Thank you.

I ordered a set of hearing aids on 11/5/2022 from this company
I ordered a set of hearing aids on 11/5/2022 from this company. Their website and TV commercials stated you had 8 weeks to try their product and if you didn't like them, for any reason, you could return them with 100% money back. I tried them several times and could never get them to work properly. I contacted the company several times to get assistance in trying to use them (I have the emails if needed). Still unsatisfied, I decided to return them with in the specified 8 weeks. The company was helpful through the return process, and I received an email on 12/9/2022 that the company had received my return. They stated I would receive another email once my return had been processed. After hearing nothing nor a refund, I contacted them on 1/3/2023 to request an update. They responded that my refund was denied because the shell of the left hearing aid had been damaged. This is absolutely untrue and, in my opinion, completely fabricated. I used the hearing aids only a handful of times and was extremely careful with them each time. The hearing aids are encased allowing for no movement, then the case is stored in a box, which was then packaged extremely well and protected before I shipped them back. There is no way the shell of the hearing aid could be damaged into two separate pieces. If something damaged the left one that severely during shipping, surely the right one and case would have been damaged as well. I believe this company is fabricating the damage so that they don't have to provide the refund they promised. I was in contact with the company numerous times to demand the refund I deserved, however, they continued to deny my request. They have offered to send a replacement pair of hearing aids, but not a refund. I don't understand the difference between providing my refund or providing a replacement. Obviously, they want the money because their product is a piece of junk. They want to keep the money, while they send me more junk. They cost $365

Purchased in-ear canal *** model hearing aids in July 2022 for $277
Purchased in-ear canal *** model hearing aids in July 2022 for $277.
I responded to an ad promoting a 45-day trial period and full money back guarantee and ordered Nano hearing aids on November 6 2022
I responded to an ad promoting a 45-day trial period and full money back guarantee and ordered Nano hearing aids on November 6 2022. After trialing them for a few days it was obvious they did not work properly and were very uncomfortable. I called to return them on November 14 2022. Nano offered me another pair to trial. THEY STATED THE 45-DAY TRIAL WOULD RESTART UPON RECEIPT of the new pair of hearing aids, which arrived on November 18 2022. Again, the hearing aids did not work properly and were uncomfortable so after trialing the second pair for a couple weeks I called to arrange a return on November 29, 2022. Nano talked me into trialing a third pair. THEY DID NOT STATE THE 45-DAY TRIAL PERIOD WOULD NOT RESTART UPON RECEIPT OF THE THIRD PAIR. THE RECORDED CALL WILL VERIFY THIS. The third pair arrived on December 3 2022. I trialed the third pair for 38 days and again was not satisfied. On January 11 2023, I called to arrange a return and refund. They told me I was beyond the 45-day trial period because the trial period was based on receipt of the second pair, not the third. I had no reason not to believe the trial period would restart upon receipt of the third pair and last until January 18 since I was previously told that is how the trial period works. They refused to accept return of the third pair of hearing aids and provide a refund. The first two pairs of hearing aids were returned in the exact same condition in which I received them. Nano claimed they were damaged. If there was any damage, it occurred prior to my receipt of the hearing aids and that is probably why they never worked properly and were uncomfortable. As an older person losing my hearing, I feel I was tricked and taken advantage of. Their goal was not to provide a satisfactory product but to find a way to keep the money I paid them for the first pair. All the information I provided here can be verified by reviewing the recorded phone calls and string of emails between Nano and myself.

I am acting as a representative for my father-in-law of 46 years
I am acting as a representative for my father-in-law of 46 years, who is a complainant. He is 99 years old, going blind, and hard of hearing. He purchased NANO Hearing Aid buds, hoping they would help. He was influenced by an advertisement and contacted the company's phone number to inquire about a promotional discount. The salesperson convinced him to buy a set of digital, rechargeable hearing aids designed to fit completely in the canal. However, he struggles with in-the-ear models and cannot see the small buttons or screws to adjust volume, nor can he differentiate the colors for the right and left ear. Worse, he was overcharged by several hundred dollars over the advertised price. Despite attempts to use them, he found the aids too difficult to handle. I contacted customer service for a return authorization but was met with attempts to upsell and offers of credit to keep the order. Persisting, I obtained the return number and instructions. The return was processed by July 14, 2022. By late August, after inquiring, we were told a total refund was approved and would be communicated by email. As of September 28, 2022, we've received no further contact. I've reached out to the ComplaintsBoard.com and written to Corporate without response. We are experiencing constant evasion. Please advise on our options. Thank you.

The *** advertised their hearing aids with a 45day return policy I If not satisfied I was not satisfied and returned the devices within a week requesting my money back. They received their aids back and are refusing to send my money back. They want to send me something else that I do not want. I have hearing aids already that some what work. I was hoping their device would work. Not so, and I sent them back They charged my credit card on 5/23/2023 for the $397.00. I know, wishful thinking.
Returned nano hearing aids and got back return receipt acknowledgement stating 6-23-23 was date received Returned well within the specified time they required to issue full credit to my *** account. Feel they are stalling this refund. Just want the$397.00 credited ***. Very disappointed as their tv ad was misleading, tried to upsale another hearing aid so I would have a free return . Cost me $15.00 to send back on my own. Hoping you can help me with this issue. Thanks.
