My EyeLab Beware / Imitation Eye Place

BEWARE! Regret my decision! Save yourself the frustration of coming to this imitation want a be eye optical.I should have walked out.1st red flag: NO actual Dr on-site. BS eye exam is done remote with some dude in a video chat wearing a white coat that can’t speak clear English handling the equipment with a remote control! Wth! Spent over $800 dollars on 2 glasses that were over priced! Good luck on glasses arriving on time because they are manufactured Kamala knows where and customer service Rep “olga” from India refuses to help. San Antonio store on SW military Rep Kathia can’t help. Website weekly says shipping delayed. You will get redirected to website to check status of BS eye glasses status!

Please I implore you DONT TRUST THIS FAKE WANT-A-BE optical store. Only good thing I can say is saleswoman in store was the sweetest.

Recommendation: SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION

Went to my eyelab in rivercity jacksonville fl may 2024. Staff seemed friendly. They did a virtual eye visit which I thought was strange but I gave it a try. The Dr was very rude when I told him I couldn't see anything on the screen. Was then told by the lab assistant that next year I would need bi focal glasses. So I ordered my glasses them came back quick...

My EyeLab Eye exam and prescription glasses

Store in Forney, TX (now operating under a different name) refused refund on glasses that were made with a bad prescription. Instead of refunding they used my old prescription which still was not right. This was in August and went on for more than a month. Each time I called the 800 number they would “escalate” my complaint but would never get back with me, forcing me to go back to the store.

Claimed loss: $400.00

Desired outcome: I want my money back!

I was seen in Glendale Az. My eyelab for exam and prescription eyeglasses. My appointment was completed. I was charged a shipping fee and I am asking you to refund my shipping fee. I took my daughter there last year, paid full price for exam, glasses and contact lenses... NO discounts, NO specials at all! The store manager, Kelly, was and still is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. The eye exam was virtual, and the prescription was way off. We were told that we had to BUY two boxes of contact lenses before they were able to...

My EyeLab Disappointing Experience with My EyeLab: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with My EyeLab. I mean, they told me one price on the phone and online, but when I got to the store, they hit me with a bill that was way higher. And it wasn't just a few extra bucks for some junk fees, they straight up upcharged me without ever giving me a total until the very end. Not cool, man.

And if that wasn't bad enough, when I got my glasses, they weren't quite right. But when I went back to get them fixed, they wanted to charge me a fortune. Like, come on, I already paid a bunch of money for these things, can't you cut me a break?

Overall, I gotta say, I'm not a fan of this company. They seem like they're just out to make a quick buck, and they don't really care about their customers.

My EyeLab My EyeLab: Glasses Twice, Problems Twice" - A Warning Review

Yo, I gotta tell ya, I went to My EyeLab twice and both times my glasses didn't work right. I mean, what's up with that? This has only ever happened twice in my whole life, and both times were at My EyeLab. I was thinking the first time was just a fluke, or maybe my own fault somehow, but after round 2 I gotta say, I can't recommend this place for anyone who cares about seeing clearly.

I mean, it's not like they're just some casual optical store. They bill themselves as a real deal medical office for your eyes, you know? So it's not like I was expecting some low-quality glasses from them or anything. But still, both times I had trouble seeing right with the glasses they gave me.

Honestly, I'm not even sure what went wrong. I told them my prescription both times, and they tested my eyes and everything. But when I put on the glasses, it was like something was off. Everything was blurry or a little distorted. It was frustrating, and honestly kind of scary, since I rely on my glasses to see clearly.

So yeah, my verdict is, don't go to My EyeLab. If you care about your eyes and want to make sure you're seeing things clearly, go somewhere else.

I got great customers service and they were very helpful but my glasses really hurt my nose and it's so hard for me to keep wearing them. I don't have insurance so it's a big expense for me I know it was Oct 1st but is there any way can exchange them for something I can wear without pain. I can't see without them..I got them in bowling Green ky .
