I have an issue with my eyeglasses NOT being the type that was prescribed. I was prescribed progressive bifocals, the dr and I discussed what would work best for me. I met with the technician who took it upon herself to change my glasses to single vision without telling me or asking me when she placed the order for my glasses. She also allowed me to add lens darkening to one pair for an upcharge on glasses that she knew I more than likely would never wear outside since she changed them to single vision. I contacted that location to make arrangements to correct my glasses. I then got sick with an upper respiratory infection and called a couple of times to reschedule since I was still not feeling well. One of the technicians called me on her personal phone, I did not recognize the name or number so I did not answer it thinking it was a spam call. Then I get a text from this same person telling me who she was and that she worked for My EyeLab and just wanted to let me know that the medication I am on has side effects that could cause an upper respiratory infection, flu symptoms and cause lowered immune system (shortened version of her text) and that she just wanted to let me know in case I was not aware. This was very violating, weird and made me extremely uncomfortable that she would seek out my records for a non eye issue and proceed to give me medical advice regarding the medication I am taking. I called corporate & they referred me back to the location. I left 2 messages for the manager who was "too busy" to take my call. At this point I am so uncomfortable and upset I want a full refund and my medical records removed from that location.
Desired outcome: Full refund & medical records removed.
