cheapest hearing aide Lorrie Black told us was $7,799.
3/17/2022 9;00 we gave lorrie black 600.00 to give to a company cause we cause we wanted to know our monthly payments we told lorrie my husband is a vet, has cancer i am disable we live on limit income. she shows a chart with hearing aide prices 7,000.00 to 10,00.00 lorrie says what would you want , of course you will say 7,000.00 she says payments would be 123.00 for 5 years. she already knew i couldn't hear. we told her we would like to go home & talk about it & she says we should do it now, we di it but when i got home & really read the paper with numbers on it. i was paying for shipping why? i called same day never & have yet to talk to lorrie black i called 3 times & told scott whoever he is. i called this morning & scott she would call me back.i said i have cancell so cancell appointment for tommorrow. she has my debit card number why did she need my checking account number. the 600.00 she took off my card disappeared, i have that on paper. we copied from your web site this morning lots of hearing aides 68,00 & up till march 31 2022.

Miracle-ear tries to sell you hearing aids rather than fixing them
My mother is in her 80's. She went to Miracle Ear in Feb 2022 to have her hearing aids checked. She purchased her hearing aids at Miracle Ear and they often send her flyers in the mail to come in and have them checked out. Instead of checking her hearing aids, they tried to sell her a new set - for $6000! The only reason the sale didn't go through is because her insurance card had expired.
This company tries to extract money from the elderly.
Desired outcome: I would like Miracle ear to stop sending brochures to elderly which act as a bait and switch.
Broken hearing aid & still have to pay
Went to Woodbridge N, J Miracle-Ear I interview with Dr. Shelley A. Schwartz because I have a hearing problem he tested me & Sold me a pair that only works with batteries he said to me that those was the chipper one for the price of 4, 915.00 dollars Finance by Ally bank Plus 1, 000 dollars down payment they are really not worth the price I had a lot of problems with them since the first day I bought them on 11/02/2020 & Today it will be 30 days of the purchase now I want to give them back because they are not good.. they shut down every other half hour they are definitely not working properly.. I'm having that problem since I bought them & he doesn't want to take them back & I had them for only 30 days On Monday 12/1/2020 he kept them to send them to the factory or Company I'm not sure.. Dr. Shelley Said to me it will take 70 working days & I don't want them back I want to cancel the contract for damages hearing aids & Dr Shelley Is giving me a hard time so He doesn't care about my problem what he cares is about the money & they are not worth it the prices. Right now that Dr. Shelley A. Schwartz are giving a Really bad reputation to the Company Miracle-Ear he's very rude.. I returned my hearing aid in Woodbridge N, J & They doesn't want to return my money back... The Doctor Shelley A. Schwartz is very rude & a big Lier sayi thinks that I never said to him... He's saying that he didn't offer me a cheaper one's because I said that I wanted those & that's a Lie.. He knows how to take take peoples money... This is the Miracle-Ear place... If this is a responsible Place that likes to help people with there hearing aid problems... That Dr. is not doing it the right way he's definitely putting down the company reputation down... I can totaly related to them not wanting to let you return them my mother got some 2 months ago and they kept beeping everytime she turned her head and no volume control, went to return and as a salesman that he is he gave his spill about talking to the company and they are going to upgrade to a more expensive pair and they would eat the difference of cost, but after going and having those made and then going for setting them up these physically hurt her ears and they failed to set her app up on these to control volume. We go back to return these within her 30 days being up and he literally refused to take them back claiming she is unwilling to let him try adjusting them again. She's (we) gone up there and hour away one way 4 times in just under 2 months, and she just does not like them they don't fit or work for her. So now we are trying to figure out where or how to return them because after our last visit at their office on Youree Dr. Shreveport, Louisiana we will never go back there again. He was arrogant and nothing more than a car salesman (go in for a VW and go out with a Porche type salesman) who is only after your money. He rushed through everything he was in and out of the room and when paperwork was brought in to sign on first pair his assistant comes in to inform him his next client was waiting which I know is to give urgency to rush us to not read and just sign which we didn't read much and took his word & him just pointing to where to sign. Don't like Miracle they are not worthy and are manipulative.
Terribly RUDE
I made an appointment to get a hearing check with Miracle Ear last week. They called me today, a week before my appointment, and told me my appointment was today, and I had missed it. I told them I had it written down for next week. The guy said he "didn't want to make a big deal of it", and I wondered why it would be a big deal for them to make a mistake...

In Lynnwood office near Seattle, Wa. the technician is unable to program my MiracleEars They continually beep unless I turn it down so low that I can`t hear. I bough my pair of Miracle ears in Yuma, Az. the technician there was able to make them very comfortable for me. We are snowbirds and when I am in Washington, I am unable to have any problems solved.
Please see if you can teach people in the Lynnwood office to adjust the MiracleEar. I know they work if the technician can do her job correctly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
husbands new aids use battery # 312. the most difficult packaging, child proof for a 90 year old elder. ridicules !

sooo unhappy with my husbands hearing aids we purchased this year, supposed to be the best and we paid $5000 for them, I feel we have been taken advantage of. he has never been comfortable with how they operate, we have been back numerous times and he just has to much trouble working with our audiologist, he is 83 and she helps at office and tells him to just keep practicing, but he has trouble with her teaching, she is fast talking and bad at teaching the hearing aids are just not the ones they should have sold us, they are more then he needs, just want a more simple hearing aid he can control better, and cheaper, we are on fixed income and dont need the additional payment every month i am so sorry i jumped at buying these, I thought they would help so much, but a complete disappointment and a terrible feeling we have been taken advantage of...I should have known better...
also trouble adjusting my mothers now won't take back still have a week before 30's is up but he refused claiming she was unwilling to let him try to fix but then it would put her over 30 day's non returnable. He was a good fast talking salesman at first but literally refused to except the return so now having to see how we can resolve this matter before 30 days have expired she's 81 has enough problems especiaaly lately to have to worry about and deal with this! One mad daughter! At least I thought to record our visit.
This place kicked out my elderly parents because they dared to ask about the price. The rep only wanted to talk about the company history. When they asked a 2nd time about price, she shook their hands and told them to "have a good day" and walked away. The manager did call to apologize, but it was a little too late. When your product costs $5, 000 - $6, 000, you'd better be prepared for pricing question. It's not easy for my parents (in their 80s) to travel to a store. Infuriating to hear they were treated this way.
My husband bought 2 hearing aids from Miracle Ear ayear ago.
I've lost count on the number of times we have taken them in for repair, because they don't give receipts.
Last Thanksgiving (after just 2 months) one quit working. I tiik it in. After 1 month I called about it and they had given it away because they thought I brought it in as a donation.
Well it's Thanksgiving again and guess what, 3 weeks and NO hearing aid.
MIRACLE EAR has no ccustomer service phone number. People are stuck with their lousy products and lousy service.
MIRACLE EAR SUCKS.
