I was frequently attending before they closed with a mask on through the door. They did not require one for anyone who was on treadmills, weights etc. I called throughout the winter to see if they were open. In January I got through but found out from a friend that I could not use treadmill without a mask on. PF employees verified this and so I told them my breathing issues and they did not seem to care. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager. I got the runaround 3 different times on the phone. The manager wouldn't call me back regarding my membership. I finally got a hold of Chris the manager and explained the situation and told him to please refund my fee that was just charged and he would not issue a refund. He would not give me his last name and would not give me any other manager or number to call with my complaint. He told me they did their part by sending out an email on opening the gym back up, in which I told him I never received.
Desired outcome: A refund of the month of January and action against employees and managers who treat people rudely when seeking customer service.
