At approximately 6pm on 5/13/22
I went into Ross store (1424) to purchased a dress
shirt for work.
None of the three employees including my cashier wore a mask. The thin brunette was coughing, wheezing, sneezing and wipping her dripping nose while providing poor customer service to a person whole spends hundreds of dollars a month on clothing and shoes.
Fast forward. I called to tell the manager that any employee who is sick like that should not be endangering the welfare of the customers. He acted as is I was wasting his time and hung up on me.
I called back and asked for his full name. I said that his disrespectful, rude and unprofessional behavior would be reported to the Corporate office. He hung up again. Imagine that.
I'm an IT professional and a Corporate Trainer. My wife and I have been with Microsoft for over the last 10 years.
That short guy with black hair and a Napoleon Complex, has demonstrated terrible people skills over the last three months. That Malignant Narcissist represents your company in a terrible light. My wife and I will spend our 200k IT money at Target from on because of that horrendous experience at your Redmond Store #1424. Fix it.
Send some secret shoppers to that store. You'll see how [censored]ty the Managers really are in dealing with customers. Retrain them.
Desired outcome: * Give him a formal written warning in his employee file*Suspend him for two weeks*Send observers from the headquarters to document the disrespectfull passive aggressive Management behavior that has lost you a high paid clothing lover.
