Advertisement about Ashley Home Store caring is not entirely accurate.
23 Nov purchased 5 piece sectional sofa. 28 Nov delivery. Left facing recliner did not match the rest. After calls to Customer Support 3 times, finally got approval to swap out the piece. On 5 Dec a new left facing recliner was delivered. It was worse than the first. Both pieces were removed by order of customer service. Do not know if one will be delivered as replacement.
Trying to call customer service never gets us anywhere. Personal visits to the store are necessary and with luck something might get done.
We feel that they really are not concerned with customer satisfaction as returns are not allowed and refunds are not given.
