On Sunday afternoon Jan.8,2023 about 1pm my family and I Arrived to 3101 south 38th street KFC when my 2 daughters and I walked in first thing that was said from the cashier for front counter (forgot her name) was “Great it’s going to be [censored] show today” not a good sign for me but my family wanted chicken so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and maybe she’s having a bad day so I dust it off and waited my turn to order I then ordered 2 Pot pies,2 mash bowls,8 piece chicken tenders meal with mash potatoe and gravy with a side of extra gravy and 24 pieces of Hot wings (no sauce). The lady said it will be about 9min wait for hot wings who doesn’t mind fresh wings? My order was $94.and some change. So we waited ofc I’m going to wait I waited 15 minutes so I went up to the counter for my food and she told me my food wasn’t ready yet it’s going to be about 10 more minutes I then responded that she told me 9 minutes to cook at this point my 2 and 3 years old daughters are getting irritated because we have waited more then what was expected but I did order a lot of food so I remain patient then 10 minutes later finally my food was ready I normally check my food and I do this every where just because I have been victim to not getting what I ordered especially from this location anyway I check my food and sure enough items were missing but that’s not the bad part and thank God I was paying attention because I checked my hot wings and wings were RAW! Like still bleeding but the outside was fried oh my gosh I was mad at this point so I told Nathan the manager and he told me as I am showing it to him and breaking the wing apart that it’s raw he got offensive right away and called me a liar! Told me to go someplace else to my wings even told me that he would eat it as well that it’s just a vein of the chicken. Are you kidding me?! I spent almost $100 bucks just to get this type of customer service from a MANAGER?! I even told him to smile and let’s look at the facts that is right in front of his face and still in denial and still he calls me a liar. This is ridiculous your manager Nathan needs to do better and be better! I know there’s probably a good reason why you guys chose him but today Jan8,2023 wasn’t it he didn’t show no sign of compassion or sign of apology. Nothing! This frustrated me so I just left I couldn’t deal with him anymore because there was no sign of remorse of what he did. I will be calling in the morning for my full money back my family and I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment and I demand justice of him being retrained or demoted and my full money back.
Desired outcome: I would like Nathan the manager of that evening to be demoted or retrained and my full money back for the inconvenience that my family and I had to go through
KFC - service - cashier danielle
Customer Service sucks at this location. The cashier I believe she said her name was Danielle but on my receipt it states DAVIDL. Her attitude not inviting never acknowledged us seemed to be upset when she gave me my receipt she was rude and then when our food was ready they just left it on the counter. It took my niece to ask if it was ours for them to even say anything.
I put in a complaint with Manager Ernest but he seemed to not care and actually looked like Danielle wanted to fight me which I'm very glad Ernest pushed her back because no one was restraining me and I would've laid her out on the ground if she would've tried anything with me.
I need you to know what type of workers you have rude and no customer service experience whatsoever. And when approached about their rudeness they want to fight their customers.
KFC - customer service-
Went in to order 2 x #21 original. I clearly ordered on each order green beans and cole slaw. Paid and went to my car . Checked the order before puling away because this location always seems to incorrectly fill my orders. Every visit I have to check my order to verify I got what I ordered. Every time it is incorrect. This time I went back into store and there was a line so I went to the side of the front of the line and expressed my concern. The girl taking the order argued with me and said I didn't tell her that I wanted specific items in my order. I repeated myself 2 times and. She said she didn't remember me ordering that and continued to argue I told her tok just make it right and I would pay the difference, she took my money and told me I would be served in turn. Meanwhile my chicken was sitting there getting cold. Finally I received the correct order and left the store feeling very miss treated. I love your products but the service at that location needs additional training. No apology was given just a bag of my additional items,
