Hi, came to the Vancouver mall branch location today. The branch manager approached me saying very loudly in front of other clients that after I am finished I have to step out to different window and the other manager will talk to me how I treat their employees. I stepped out to another window and the other manager told me that last time when I was doing deposit, the teller didn’t fill comfortable to process it she felt that I almost was aggressive towards her. Since I didn’t remember the situation, I asked if I sad something Offensive and I asked if the person is there. She said no, and it’s not true at all. They humiliated me in front of other Wells Fargo customers. The tone manager of the branch used was disrespectful.
I was discriminated (I am Ukrainian) and humiliated.
Desired outcome: The branch manager has no customer service skills
