I was seen at Aurora Urgent Care North Mayfair Road due to increased pain in lower back, buttocks, and right leg. Dr came in and argued with me that I am in pain management and they should be managing my pain, when I haven't been to pain management in months cause they wanted to do spinal injections. I'm having a back fusion on the 18th of January. I've been to this urgent care before and was prescribed a 3 day supply of norcos to help relieve the pain, I requested to see the Dr that prescribed me those meds and was told no. The Dr didn't handle my care and gave me a attitude and said they don't prescribe narcotics in urgent care which is a lie. All I was trying to do is receive a 3 day supply of 10mg Norco s of 12 pills so I could cut them in half and stretch them out to my surgery date. I took this as me being judged for many reasons and the so called Dr told me never to return to urgent care. This location is close to my home and didn't have transportation to take me to the ER at Milwaukee St. Lukes Hospital, where at least they gave me some meds in the ER to help calm my pain. But at urgent care she kept saying it is just chronic pain, if it was chronic pain I wouldn't need a fusion. So I had to walk like a snail all the way home in severe pain. I find it un excusable that I was treated this way
Desired outcome: Suspension and apologized to
