Okay, the person who wrote the last review was absolutely correct. I'll admit, I am a novice when it comes down to anything involving an automobile. Since I purchased the vehicle I too have been harassed endlessly. About a week to a week and a half before my payment is due is when the calls and texts start rolling in. And mind you, I have never had a late payment with them, still the calls and texts persist, up to as many as 4 a day! Leave me the hell alone, you've always gotten the payment up until now right? Also, my fiance had to take a payment in to the dealership on 27th because I was waiting for my new credit card. What a mistake! He paid for the entire month (our payments were split up into 2 week intervals, but all except one occasion we paid the whole thing at the beginning of the month). So, two weeks later the calls start rolling in and I called to explain the month was already paid for. My fiance did not ask for a receipt okay, but he has a severe head injury from a motorcycle accident, but they did not automatically give him a receipt either. The girl at the window failed to even ASK if he wanted one. When I explained what happened to one of the assistant managers, I was told the register was even that day, and the girl that worked there would never take it. He stated their people didn't steal from them because they have cameras all over, he then went on to say that the people that have stolen from them have been caught and fired. So, which is it? No employees ever steal from you or they do? I asked them to look at the cameras anyway, and he told me he couldn't do it (of course ) but his boss would be able to in the morning. I stated to him that I wanted to also view the tapes with the manager. Did I ever receive a call? No. I called back twice but there was always some excuse so I finally just gave up and paid an extra 1/2 payment. And the girl who would never steal? She was maybe in her late teens early twenties with rotted out teeth and as skinny as a rail. I am not trying to be mean, but she truly looked like a Crack or meth addict, and everyone knows how honest they are right? So, now I have filed for bankruptcy and my lawyer (God bless him!) stated the blue book price of the vehicle we bought was around $3, 500. What are we paying $17, 000! Yup, screwed, blued and tattooed! Because I filed for bankruptcy however, my lawyer gave me a number of a place out of Ohio that will fiance a car for you during bankruptcy, and all the vehicles have between 30, 000-50, 000 miles. Ours was over a 100, 000 when we got it in December. This new place also told me they tell you the blue book price, and if you pay $17, 000 it is because the car is WORTH $17, 000. They also drive the car down to you for free and give you a week to test drive it! Say bye-bye to JD Byrider, they can have their overpriced car with the sunroof that doesn't even work back! I hope this helps. If anyone has any questions about this other place it is called 777. Good luck!
J.D. Byrider - bunch of liars and they suck
JD Byrider is a bunch of liars, I got a car from them back in 2002 a Pontiac Sunfire and I Completely paid it off in 2004 or 2005ish the car NEVER hit my credit report, and is making it so much harder now for me to get another car, I only had the car for about another year before it went to crap on me, JD Byrider is bogus.
