View all 325 complaintsPublic Storage - I am paying for a spot that has a vehicle parked in it.
I rented a spot to park my RV in and was given a spot with not enough room. This rental was to begin about 5/3/2021the vehicle parked on either side was over the lines. I was eventually given another spot and charged an additional fee for switching to another spot that was not my fault. I was eventually given another spot and come to find out it has a truck parked in 1/2 of my space. I was told I could park along the fence and that the process for having the truck removed would take a couple of days. I am not in my 4th week and the truck is still in my parking place that I am paying for. I have contacted the office and have been given the manager number. I physically showed him the truck in my parking spot and he assured me that they would have it towed after notifying proper people.
I have called Adam and left messages on 4 occasion over the past 3 weeks and he has not returned my call. I am paying for spot @312 and I should be able to occupy it.
Desired outcome: I want the parking spot that I am paying for that has enough room for my to get on top and put my cover over the RV.
