I am very frustrated because my trash can on several occasions is not being picked up on the schedule days. This has happened to me several times. I follow the procedure of contacting Waste Management chat online technician and they always respond with " We will be there by the end of the day today or by the end of the day tomorrow to pick up your garbage can so please leave it there" This never happens, and I always have to wait for the next pick-up day. This is very frustrating.
This is the chat log that I recently had with the technician:

[11:34:09] Derrick: I was chatting with Waste Management yesterday about my garbage not being picked up and the issue is still the same.

[11:37:18] Aaron: I am sorry; I have not received a response.

[11:38:30] Aaron: Thank you for providing your information. Please allow me three to five minutes to investigate this for you. [11:45:10] Aaron: Thank you for holding again. I have entered a new recovery request to get the trash recovered. We will be back today, or no later than the end of business on Monday. The new request confirmation number is 209420. I apologize, the one that was entered yesterday was rejected due to a process error.
[11:47:25] Aaron: I am happy to be assisting you today. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
[11:47:47] Derrick: this has happened several times already. This is becoming repetitive with my garbage can not being picked up. The repetitive solution for me is to wait for the next pick up date which is unacceptable. I will have to report this to management. I know it is not your fault so I am not mad at you.
[11:48:51] Aaron: A complaint was filed yesterday regarding this matter.
[11:49:21] Aaron: There is a note that a voicemail was left with you yesterday. The notation was done at 6:12 p.m.
[11:49:41] Derrick: I will have to file another complaint. This is very frustrating
[11:50:05] Derrick: I will file the complaint from my end
[11:50:37] Aaron: If you feel that is appropriate, however we are working to prevent this from occurring again.
