Taco Bell

This evening we placed an online order around 7pm. That is when we received our confirmation email. We were 20 minutes away from the location when we placed our order figuring we would pick it up on our way home. When we got there we were forced to go through the very long drive through line due to the dining room was locked at 7:30pm. When we got up to the window we were told to drive around to the front of the building and someone would bring us our order. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came out. I called to inquire why we still didn't have our food. The person on the phone stated that there was a miscommunication and that someone would be brining out our food. When the young girl brought out our food she rudely stated that they just received our order 10 minutes ago. Which at this point it was already 7:40pm. I said I was going to bring up the email we got and as I went to pull up the email she walked away. I called on my way home to speak to a manager only to find out that the young girl that brought us our food was the manager. When I asked why she walked away when I wanted to show her the proof she stated it was because she didn't want to see it. This is completely unacceptable customer service! She clearly doesn't care about her job or her customers time. At this point I don't think training will get her anywhere and I believe this girl should be fired. You cannot talk to people this way! Needless to say I have already spread the word about how we were treated and my family and extended family will not be eating at Taco Bell for a very very long time!

use to order your food before the was a better taste to your beef and it ta=

Oshkosh, Wi. on Jackson st. I don't know the address of the business.
