I stepped up to order my sub and asked for Italian bread. The Sandwich Artiste notified me at 6:41 pm there was a 15-minute wait because he ran out. I sat down for five minutes and decided to leave. I went to ask for his manager's business card and store id and refused. I waited five more minutes for him to reveal a telephone number. I asked what his manager's name was.
The employee stated his manger's name was "Abby." After attempting to call Abby the number went back to the store and indicated Abby wasn't there. The Subway store would not reveal their name nor did they follow the franchise protocol for filing a complaint and want them reported to the Better Business Bureau. I have a child with special needs who only wants their sandwich a specific way and was not waiting 15 minutes for Italian bread that is Subway's most common item and product.
I did not demand food items you jerk. I asked for the manager's credentials that is required for filing a complaint. Your claim of value only means you are an assertive jerk. I am arguing as a consumer who has every right to express my grievance. I thought this was the place for me to air this grievance not deal with jerks like you.
