Cracker Barrel - Terrible service.

Went into cracker barrel for a celebration dinner and was seated right away. It was sort of slow at the time we went in. Then it was a good 15 minutes and no server came to our table. We flagged down the hostess and asked if we had been forgotten. She apologized and went to get a server for us. We ordered and waited for the drinks and food to arrive. We got the appetizer and had already eaten it by the time she came back. I had to ask for napkins. Well, then the food came and of course I didn't get the onions that I had ordered on the side. She managed to check on us a couple times,,,, when she was just passing through. I believe. I have always liked the restaurant but this time was a very bad experience. Won't be going back there. The manager looked out from the kitchen door... occasionally but never stepped out in the dining room. Not once. Whole store needs training!

Cracker Barrel - Online Order - Pecan Rolls

Order# 6022559
Product  was unsatisfactory (pecan rolls). I had been purchasing a pecan roll after dining each week at one of your restaurants for over a year, but since I don't care so much about your new recipe for fried chicken fingers,

I haven't been there for awhile.
Ordered 8 pecan rolls online. Not as much pecan covering as I used to get at the restaurant. Barely covered the nouget(?) center of the roll.

Rejects?! Won't order again...

Cracker Barrel - Pick up meal

When you have a pick up order to go, you should always have a to go set of fork and knife with some napkins! I ordered a catfish dinner with cornbread and collard greens. I left to go eat and had no fork or any utensils to eat my food. There were no napkins and the collard greens were not even seasoned. I had no salt and pepper to season it! This is a horrible way to serve your to go customers! There was no butter to go with the cornbread. There was so much watery juice from the green beans, my catfish was completely drenched in it. I will never go back for a take out at this cracker barrel again and will discourage my friends and family to also.

Desired outcome: Horrible way to serve a to go order!!
