Ford - no loaner car and having to pay for rental car for 3 days due to dealership in transition of ownership and poor service--not answering Service phone

We own a 2014 Lincoln MKX purchased at the above mentioned dealership. On Tuesday morning May 28th I hit a deep pothole and my passenger front and back tires were blown out. We had purchased 4 new tires and the road hazard insurance for them at the dealership in January 2019. I tried calling the Service department all morning and could not get anyone to answer their phone. I had a flat bed AAA truck haul my Lincoln to the dealership. Upon arriving I was informed by the Service personnel that they did not have tires for my Lincoln in stock and weren't sure how soon they could order them due to the dealership changing ownership. Usually when we have had to leave our Lincoln at the dealership for any length of time we were able to use a "loaner car" as a courtesy because we were Lincoln owners. I asked about this and was told that they "did not have any loaner cars" due to the changeover of dealership owners. I had to get a rental car from Enterprise and had to keep it for 3 days. The service department told me that they were having issues verifying our Road Hazzard warranty with Ford due to the dealership ownership changing hands. Every time I tried to reach the dealership I could not get the Service department to answer. Finally on Friday 5/31/19 I went to the Dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager, with my complaints and concerns. He gave me Ford's Customer Service toll free number and said I might be able to get a refund of the total rental car expense since I was not able to get a loaner car while all this red tape mess was transpiring at the dealership. My husband has purchased 6 ford pickup trucks, a Mustang, the Lincoln and just last May a new Ford Edge. He is in the process of looking to purchase another new Ford Pickup soon. I think our loyalty to the Ford brand and this dealership warrants a reimbursement of my Rental costs in this instance.
