I order our dinners tonight @ The Bob Evans @ 90 Park Center Drive Parkersburg WV 26101: I got home & I was shocked at the food that we got! My husband Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad had a few chucks of chicken nothing grilled... My Turkey dinner had only about 1/3 tiny slice of turkey... I called down to Bob Evans & a lady employee answered the phone — I started to tell her about my dinners & all of a sudden She yells at her manger & Said this"Some lady is pissed about her order that she picked up & I don't have time for this [censored]!" I heard every word! The manager came to the phone & I told him I heard everything she said & I told him exactly what she said. He made up excuses for her actions! but he did apologize & offer the next time I'm in my dinners will be replaced along with a couple of 5.00 gift certs. He told me his cook used the chicken you put in your soup for my husband salad instead of the grilled chicken. ugh... No excuse for the turkey dinner... The more I think about it... the more upset I am... I just want to get my money back.. I will never go back. You just lost a regular customer.
