Bob Evans

My family and I went to Bob Evans in Ripley WV last night to celebrate my sisters birthday. I ordered a baked potato, green beans and broccoli. When our food arrived, my Dad and sisters food was hot. The waitress said she would be right back with my butter and sour cream for my baked potato. I started to cut it up, and it was cold, the green beans were cold and severely under cooked. The broccoli was hot so when the waitress came back, I handed her my plate, telling her what was wrong. She just gave me a disgusted look. She ask if I wanted anything else and I told her no the broccoli was hot I would just eat that. Well I should have checked it before she left. It was not cooked through and very tough. I have had other bad experiences there, but decided to give them one more try, because that's where my sister wanted to eat. I will NEVER go back in there again. The waitress did not come back to our table to see if my sister or Dad wanted a refill on their tea, or see if I wanted more ice water. I will not spend another dime in there. My business will remain across the street with Ponderosa. They care about their customers, and there food is always great.
