Bob Evans

Cried for hour becausewe live 30 minutes away , Ordered just takeout for 5 people dinner turkey and ham, ok sent my husband to pick it up, 35.00+ when he got home it was 4 tiny pieces of Ham and little handful of turkey, mind you the container were maybe 6x6 and inch tall. Very small portions enough for the kids. That is all and it was VERY VERY DRY, tried calling and was put on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever came to phone, over 35.00 was ridiculous for maybe 2 portions of meat for kids, wasn't even enough for the adults, so very upset, I want to be contacted back about this, please, this was supposed to feed 5 people, maybe one serving of food 11.00 Wirth of food, if we were of to dined in. This is very disappointing 7020 Summersville lake rd Summersville wv 26651. [protected]. I will never nor recommend Bob Evans in summersville wv to any on again they ruined our Thanksg dinner, it's over 30 drive to go all way back there, so we had no dinner for Thanksg 35.00 per container. I'm so shamed of this, really hurt my feelings. I thought we were receiving great portions of food.

This was no doubt the worst food and zero service ever. We were traveling to a wedding and have eaten at this same Bob Evans numerous times. We waited an hour on our food and then didn't even get what we ordered. Neither my wife or myself could eat the dried up, grease soaked bacon.. Waitress never even returned after serving this crappy food.. Never had water or coffee refill.. Sad service.. Never even brought our bill? I actually went to cashier to pay.. Cashier asked if everything was ok.. I told her how terrible it was and she just smiled and took my 38.89------II normaly tip 20 to 25 percent.. but I left only 5 dollars tip on table against my better judgement.. We probably eat twice a month at Bob Evans Restaurants and normaly have good food.. We know this is not the norm? PS My wife was Mgr 10 years at Perkins and 13 yrs at Lone Star and was amazed at your mgr here yelling orders across the room to servers and cooks? We never will return to this Bob Evans Restauarant location again.
