My mushroom steak was supposed to be well done, I went to cut into it and it bled had to put it in the microwave to finish cooking it and my son got the fruit side from the kids menu the grapes had mold on them and the cantaloupe was like rubber I could fold it on top of itself and it still didn’t break! Called the local store talked to the manager he apologized and told me that I needed to file my complaint so I could get my money back because if the refund went through them it would be 2$-3$ less than online. Haven’t found a way to do it online because it wasn’t ordered through the bob evans app it was through door dash! So I guess no refund for me!
Desired outcome: Refund for the messed up items
Bob Evans - The food
Just had dinner at the weirton,WV Bob Evans there were 4 of us and it was the worst meal ever, and it cost me $65.00. Food tasted old and very dry. Dinner rolls were old and hard had to be sent back,replaced rolls weren't much better.All the way around it was just an awful tasting meal for all of us. Usually our meals are very good.
Desired outcome: Actually a full refund or a gift card would be nice and appropriate
Bob Evans - No way to order food.
Can't order over phone. They don't do it.
Can't order at store. No options to order at store in any way.
Can't order online. Web site does not work for ordering.
I tried several browsers to order online.
Created an account.
Made sure no settings were blocking anything.
Even made sure Java and other options were enabled.
You can ONLY look at the menu.
You CAN NOT add anything to cart to order.
If Bob Evans no longer wants customers, then why don't they just shut down? At this rate they will be closing for good.
Bob Evans just permanently lost my family's business.
