They sent me a bill for Kaiser Permanente
They sent me a bill for Kaiser Permanente. Only $50 plus interest. I checked Kaiser and found no unpaid balance in the past. According to reviews from other people, they received same kind of bills for Kaiser. This business's address is just a rental private mail box in office building.

Just found out they have lowered by credit score by posting repeat and duplicate claims. I haven't had kaiser in years and I am currently up to date on all my medical bills. I have never been contacted by these people and they have lowered my credit score by 22 points! REMOVE FALSE AND DUPLICATE CLAIMS! Filing a complaint now.
Horrible is too nice of a word to describe this company. The worst possible customer service and professionalism ever! The customer service rep do not know how to speak to people. They are so rude. I hate that my bill (that I didn't even know I had) is with this company. SN: the Customer Service Rep by the name of Delia should find a new job since she does not seem to want to serve customers.

I just got off the phone with USCB
I just got off the phone with USCB. I have apparently been in collections since November but received no phone call (they admitted they did have my number), no email (they also had this information), and no letter or anything in the mail (they had my address). I only found out today after applying to refinance my car, which I now cannot do because of the impact this has on my credit. I had been paying Kaiser on a payment plan (before and after November) and at no point did they mention I was in collections. I tried to request that they send the collection back to Kaiser so I could continue with my payment plan without my credit being dinged so significantly. The man I spoke to did not offer any response to this, information, explanation, or help. He was very rude and condescending and just kept cutting me off asking what payment method I would be using. He refused to listen or offer any help or explanation as to why I am in collections with no notice from Kaiser or USCB all while they had full access to my phone, email, and address.

The first I heard about a debt that was transferred to them for collection took place when I received a paper copy in the mail and I paid in full 2 weeks later online. I'm "guessing" I must have hit the pay button twice because it withdrew double the debt amount from my bank account. As the original payment was for the full amount, this meant that they owed me $900 back. Obviously not happy, I contacted them and waited on hold for 40 mins to speak to someone regarding the duplicate payment. They then said they would have to call me back while it's investigated and they can get a supervisor. The supervisor never calls and I have to call back again A few days later (going through the phone tree etc and waiting on hold) to try and get the duplicate payment refunded. This all transpires overs multiple days (2 weeks) and I only just received my refund on 7/10. The money was taken from my account on 6/13 and no adjustment for any interest for the month that they had my money despite me making contact to point out the error and request it be returned within a day. If a company can charge interest on debts for a month, then they should be held accountable to pay that same interest when they hold someone's money hostage for a month.

On April 18th, 2022 USCB posted eight (8) separate Medical collection accounts to my credit reports from Kaiser Permanente, Inc in the total amount of $830.00. USCB has not sent dunning letters or Debt verification letters for the alleged amounts owed. It should also be noted that USCB is in direct violation of the HIPAA Privacy Rule by being in receipt, using, and disclosing specific medical procedural information that falls outside of the allowable information in order to collect on Medical Debt as a Third Party Business Associate. This is a direct violation of HIPPA privacy rights. It should be noted that Debt Collector, USCB has been known to withhold information the company receives from medical providers in an attempt to be HIPAA compliant. This is a violation of the FDCPA since a written request dated April 15th, 2022 has been sent to USCB via Certified Mail Returned Receipt. This correspondence was forwarded in an effort to resolve these concerns directly with the debt collector. It is advised that the debt collector should Cease Collection efforts and remove these account from my credit report. It is also advised that the Debt Collector should in good faith return the alleged collection accounts back into the billing custody of the Original Creditor, Kaiser Permanente. I do not take responsibility for this alleged debts and am hereby disputing the validity of the alleged debts.

Called them to set up a payment plan on a collection. I asked multiple times that if I'm making payments that it would not affect my credit. I was assured by the representative that it would not. Well, five days later it impacted my credit. I guess I should have gotten it in writing. I called back and spoke to another representative and was told that on the 22nd it was reported, and I set the payment plan up on the 26th. She was totally aware that it had already been reported and misled me just to set up the payment plan.
In August 2022, I was reviewing my credit file & came across numerous collection which I did not recognize, know existed or authorize. I contacted the companies to inform them of the issue. They instructed me to file a complaint with Complaintsboard.com.org & credit an Complaintsboard.com complaint report for their records. The following information listed is inaccurate & opened due to identity theft. Please see the following information is blocked from my credit report as I did not benefit or received any goods or services from these account. Here is the list of information I need to removed from my credit report: Fraudulent collection: USCB AMERICA (Original Creditor: KAISER PERMANENTE NCAL) *** Date Opened Dec 21, 2021 Balance: $150.00. Please remove the following information from my file.
This company USCB America has harassed me non-stop with calls, bargain deals, and threats to send continuous mail to my home until I pay some unspecified debt plus additional charges pending. This makes no sense because my balance on my Kaiser Permanente portal says I owe NOTHING! Furthermore, the employees have been rude and unsympathetic to my financial situation and my mental health issues, as I have schizophrenia. When I asked nicely what my options were to one of the representatives, whom I also asked for help because I don't understand all this, she just said, "You can pay the whole balance and we will leave you alone." I can't stand these people! They also threatened me with accrued interest if I don't pay up!
Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account. Reporting to credit bureaus without any notification of debt or requests for validation I became aware of medical collections with USCB only
Reporting to credit bureaus without any notification of debt or requests for validation I became aware of medical collections with USCB only after they reported my debt to a credit bureau without a SINGLE piece of mail from them or any sort of notification of the debt owed to begin with. I called and spoke to a representative to request validation of this debt as I had been entirely unaware of it and had just previously paid off an outstanding bill with USCB from the same event (my daughter's birth) in full to them as promised. I tried to setup a payment plan for this new unknown bill if necessary (as I, like many, are unemployed due to the pandemic) - after 15 minutes of answering questions regarding the specifics of my financial circumstances and exact totals for my living expenses, I was informed I obviously didn't have enough discretionary funds for payments and that the representative would speak to a manager and get back to me. I never heard back, still never received anything in the mail (including the validation I requested), and then 2 weeks later I again become aware of it being newly reported to credit bureaus and decimating my credit 60+ points, even though I tried multiple times to speak to someone on their end to resolve this. The representatives are incredibly rude and unwilling to provide any verifying information or assist in resolving the matter. I was assured this wouldn't be reported to my credit, only to have them report it after they failed to follow up with me as they promised they would (again, to date, still have not received any copy of anything in the mail, even after verifying they've had my correct address all along).

On 7/29 I was informed I have a debt in collections. I was never contacted by UCSB regarding this debt it just showed up on my credit report. I reached out and was told it was an unpaid bill from Kaiser. I was never informed by Kaiser that I had an unpaid bill nor received any mail regarding this. I would like this collection off of my credit report.
USCB uses multiple account numbers for each claim it has against me. I cannot access each claim, when I use their online system it generates one amount to pay off, I cannot pay off incrementally or see my payment history. I have attempted to pay and was successful on one account for the total of $80.00, but I now have a total of $472.57 that I cannot verify. This company doesn't answer phone calls. I have since moved and there is zero way to update my address on their website, plus the invoices were never forwarded so I may have had more invoices I am unaware of. I am unable to pay Kaiser directly since they sold off my balance. I have negative credit resulting from being unable to clarify and pay these charges. On invoice 8/23 I paid $80 on 11/2, the same charge appears again 11/29 invoice as if I hadn't paid it.
I notice there was a collection on my report from USCB AMERICA, however, the company never made an attempt to contact me. I have tried to reach the company and kept on going in circles through the convoluted automated system. When I was able to reach someone, she indicated she can't help since another dept is handling the account and would have to call me back. No one called back. The company is unreachable. After researching the amount, I found out it was an ambulance bill dated 5 that was already paid by my insurance back in 11. I have the claim as evidence. At this point, I just want them to remove the collection, undo the mess they made on my credit report, and improve on their business practice to be more ethical such as using best practices to contact the customer before putting something on their credit report. It will save all of us much frustration.

USCB sends bill, fails to explain and then makes collections entry in credit history, users are forced to pay and bear consequence for 7 years
USCB sends bill, fails to explain and then makes collections entry in credit history, users are forced to pay and bear consequence for 7 years. Problem date - 12/11 Purchase date - 12/11 Account number - USCB account number XXXXXXXXXXXX Amount - $315.61 I received a call from USCB that I had to pay a bill for couple of hundred dollars in 2017 for something at Kaiser. I never got this bill, but the gentleman explained various possibilities regarding why I didn't get it and I was convinced and paid it over the same call with credit card. I had asked if any other bills are pending from my side and he clearly said nothing is pending. But a few days later, on 12/11 I got another letter by mail asking me to pay a similar amount and I was surprised. I called USCB on 12/11 and inquired about this. The agent didn't know the reason and then connected to her manager. The manager kept me on hold for 45 minutes, and still didn't get any details. They said they will call back with the details so that we can make sure it was not duplicate of the amount I had paid just few days ago by phone. I was waiting for a call back and since I didn't get any call, I concluded it might have been a duplicate as the letter crossed while I paid. But after a few weeks, I saw my credit score went down and I saw they had added a collection report. This time I called again, and was told that they don't know why but I have to pay this. So I paid it again, without knowing why. I am a happy customer of Kaiser, but this incident makes me extremely frustrated, since I had only asked for some information as the letter suggested and had no intention of delaying any payment if it is not duplicate.

We received a letter from USCB America, a debt collector agency, requesting payment in the amount of $384.01. This amount is allegedly tied to a bill from Kaiser Permanente Northern CA. Upon reviewing our account with Kaiser Permanente Northern CA, we confirmed that our balance is fully settled and we owe nothing, as verified through our secure website. Furthermore, USCB America claims a physician visit occurred on 01/18/2022, not once but twice. However, our records show no appointments were scheduled for that date. Consequently, USCB America is attempting to collect an unjustified debt and is threatening to report this to credit reporting agencies. Additionally, it has come to our attention that USCB America may not hold a valid CA Debt Collector's License. We appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.
Please remove these inaccurate accounts from my credit report, it's not mine I'm not aware of these accounts, and this is Under USC 1681g, delete this within 15 days. USCB AMERICA ACCNT #*** BAL: $90.00
USCB INC - USCB America is illegally billing me for services never rendered to me. These are bills that they are trying to collect from or that had to do with my husband which were part of his bankruptcy that was filled 5. I have tried to resolve this with USCB through Experian but they somehow will not remove this from my credit report but it is not my debt. This company has never provided any information that shows it as my debt and is tremendously affecting me financially as it is affect my credit report. My husband has spoken to the Lawyer that handled the case and she said that she sent a letter to them. I was on the KAISER health plan along with my children and they are trying to collect on something that was already written off under my husband's bankruptcy. This company is violating the " Fair Credit Reporting Act " as this is not my debt. This was also dropped on to my credit report over a year after the debt was written off from my husbands bankruptcy 5 with no correspondence of any kind. They have paid pennies for this already charged off debt and are desperately trying to get money from me and are creating MENTAL DURESS by placing this on my credit report; this is legal extortion. Please help me with this issue that should have been removed. Please delete off of my credit report and all history of this mark from me and my credit report.

This company USCB America billed me $30.68 then changed the amount verbally and would not send notification. I recieved my first bill dated X-XX-XX for $30.68. The bill is under my spouse's name *** I called in on 9/7 and spoke to *** who accepted my payment but told me I owed $111.? I told her I am paying what's on the statement and if I owed more to send me another bill. This company would call me endless, until I told them to stop calling me. I told them to send me a bill which they never did. I even called them repeatedly asking for the bill. This went on for over a year. I refused to make a payment without a bill/notification letter. In May after more calls I finally received a bill for $86.76 in total with $6.38 being interest. I refused to pay the interest and went back and forth with the rep named *** who agreed to accept my payment if $80.38 minus the interest. I asked for a letter stating that my account was paid and *** told me I have to call back in 30 days. I called back now to be told my account is not paid in full and that I have to accept a settlement letter. That was not discussed with *** on 9/4 when payment was made. This company is deceitful and I want a letter stating paid in full and not a settlement letter. *** notated in the system that it was a settlement payment but never mentioned that to me. I spoke to *** on XX-XX-XX who said " I would have to accept a settlement letter instead of paid in full. This company is wrong and have the audacity to charge me interest on a bill that I gave been calling for since September . I would like to have a response to this complaint so that USCB can't continue to treat people like this. WRONG IS WRONG! 202

USCB illegally reported three multiple accounts on my credit report without providing any additional information. Upon contacting them for clarification, I was informed that the accounts were related to undisclosed sensitive matters. Further attempts to obtain more detailed information were met with the representative's admission of uncertainty regarding the appropriate contact for disputes. I assert that these accounts do not belong to me, as I have no outstanding medical bills. I demand the immediate removal of these accounts from all three credit bureaus. Furthermore, I insist that this company expunge any personal and credit information they hold about me from their records. I withdraw any previous consent, whether verbal or written, for them to contact me, except for the purposes of confirming the deletion and updating of my account via email.

Unable to pay bill since company won't withdraw funds but continue to charge interest
Unable to pay bill since company won't withdraw funds but continue to charge interest. Along with horrible customer service representatives. On March 3 I called to make a payment over the phone and was told the funds would be taken in 2-3 days. After a week, payment was never taken from my account so I called again on 3/11 . The total balance this time was more due to interest accrual, but no one could tell me why they did not pull the funds. After two representatives, I was also told there were new accounts added to my bill but I don't understand where these came from. One representative told me to call back on 3/20 as she was having my account be reviewed by a supervisor. On 3/20, I called and a gentle name *** told me I had two unpaid accounts, I told him that would not be accurate since I paid the whole balance on 3/3. He said they were added after the payment, so I asked him for the account numbers to reference them with my original Kaiser Permanente bills. He told me they were not allowed to give out account numbers, which is odd as I spoke to a representative on 3/11 who was very willing to give me the account numbers. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he put me on a brief hold before coming back to say no one was available. He asked how he could help, so I repeated the two things I needed: account number and/or supervisor. He then proceeded to say he couldn't help me then. I said I was willing to stay on the line for a supervisor, but *** then told me he was ending the call and hung up on me. I was appalled by this action. I called back and spoke to a lovely representative *** who looked at the notes and realized the account was never reviewed by a supervisor as it should have been. Now, again I am waiting to see what will happen. During this call, I assume *** was afraid of what repercussions his actions would bring, so he calls and leaves my account numbers in my voicemail.

Back in June I unfortunately had to declare Bankruptcy which bills from Kaiser Permanante where included in this Bankruptcy due to a scare with my heart. All bills related to this were to be part of the Bankruptcy. USCB America (USCB Inc.) bought the debt and started their harassment on me after the close of the Bankruptcy and including my wife sending us notices individually and calling constantly. (the bills where not for her at all). I sent the information and scanned the discharged bills to the attorney who handled my case and she said she would take care of it; I blocked the calls and the letters stopped. Fast forward 2 years later I have worked hard to rebuild my credit and I downloaded the Experian app to keep track of things on my credit and June, Bing here pops on a collections report for the Kaiser debt onto my credit report from USCB without any notice or validity to the debt dropping my score to the low 600's. The debt they are reporting in collections is from the Bankruptcy and I have tried to dispute once through the Experian App but somehow they get Experian to just keep the debt on there and also have it on my Wife's credit as well. This company is making a profit off of peoples misfortune and ruins their lives because everything is attached to credit today like renting a house or apartment to live in. It is hard enough dealing with the Bankruptcy but to have USCB just add to it and there is no recourse. This collection agency (USCB AMERICA) illegally & fraudulently reported 2 false debt collections accounts that I don't owe or my wife due to Bankruptcy and also failed to notify me of the collections in anyway prior to reporting it to Experian. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act you are to do everything possible to contact me prior to reporting to resolve valid debts. How is it possible for 2 years to pass *** no contact with me then you are legally able to plop destructive information onto my life? Please help Complaintsboard.com!

USCB America is taking my credit hostage
USCB America is taking my credit hostage. Somehow *** sent my bills to the collection with USCB despite a pending lawsuit/litigation. I did not have any knowledge of USBCA or any collection attempt. I did not receive any bills or phone calls from someone in USBC America. I found out about their existence from my credit report. They put me as delinquent on debt for a few months without even contacting me. I reached out to them and asked about the accounts and turns out they did not have my address. They have been sending my bills with my info to somewhere else, when asked where did you send them they refused to say citing privacy concerns. So it is okay to send my privet info to others but it is not okay to say where you sent my info. I explained that they received these accounts in error since there is a pending lawsuit and they need to remove these from my credit. Also, I did not receive any mail or statement, or phone call from them. They asked for my lawyer's info and said we can not talk to you if you have a lawyer. I still don't understand what that means. You refuse to provide info on my case to me. it is my credit on the line, not my lawyer's. I asked for the supervisor and after 17 mins I got one. She acknowledged that they do often receive accounts by error from *** and refused to remove the items from my credit. She said the only way to remove these items is to pay the amount in full with them.I explained that insurance is responsible for these payments and they are waiting for the settlement and case to be closed. after 20 mins of repeating ourselves, I asked if there was any way to remove these now that you acknowledged that *** makes mistakes and you never sent anything to my address or contacted me. she said PAY IN FULL. They refuse to attempt to resolve the issue. Holding my credit hostage to pay a debt that they acknowledge was a mistake. They are hurting my credit, my job, my privacy to get paid which they acknowledge is not theirs to get.

USCB America is refusing to honor previously agreed upon payment arrangements, and provide the arrangement in writing
USCB America is refusing to honor previously agreed upon payment arrangements, and provide the arrangement in writing. Myself and USCB have twice made verbal payment arrangements, and twice USCB has gone against that arrangement. The first time was in 2015 where I agreed to pay $100 a month for a bill, and received confirmation of this in writing. When I received a second letter in the mail advising that the balance was now due in full, I called in to find out that the prior arrangement was provided "in error." Because I could not pay the full balance and becasue they violated a written agreement, the bill went unpaid. Here we are today, where in November I again contacted USCB to make a payment arrangement to the debt. I explained that I shouldn't owe the interest on the account because of the situation above and that they bill would have been paid in full had they simply accepted our prior payment arrangement. Myself and a supervisor eventually agreed to settle the debt for $300, and I asked them to send me a statement in writing confirming the debt, which they agreed to. I then get a call from USCB on 12/08 asking me to pay the full balance. When I explain that there is a prior agreement in place for a $300 balance and that I am waiting for a settlement letter to arrive in the mail, I was told that they do not send such letters (after being told by a supervisor that they do) and that the only choice I had was to pay that $300 by phone. A big problem with this is the debt is already past the statute of limitations, so paying any amount on a debt that isn't the full balance will restart that clock, causing me to owe the entire balance instead of what was agreed upon, hence why I asked for it to be put in writing. I am in the process of contacing Kaiser directly to see if I can resolve the debt with them, but this company needs to be held accountable for continuing to violate both verbal and written agreements with debt collectors who are simply trying to pay their bills.

Hello, my name is [Redacted] and my account number is [Hidden], but there's an issue with my credit report.
Hello, my name is [Redacted] and my account number is [Hidden], but there's an issue with my credit report even after I paid them. Hello, USCB America reported that I owed Kaiser Permanente $170 for appointments I had already settled at the doctor's office. Additionally, when I spoke to the customer service representative, she was unable to specify the dates of these appointments, only the amounts due. She mentioned I owed $50 for my son plus another $20 for a separate bill for him, and $126 for my own visit. Despite having cleared these bills, she couldn't detail what each charge was for. Contacting Kaiser, they confirmed I had no outstanding balance. Yet, the representative insisted I pay the alleged debt to clear my credit, with a 40-day wait for the update post-payment. No notifications had been sent to me about this debt, neither by USCB America nor Kaiser, which I found negligent. I requested written confirmation that paying would clear the debt from my credit, to which she initially refused but then agreed, promising a letter after payment. The lack of prior warning before reporting to the credit bureau has unjustly damaged my credit. I demand immediate removal of this debt from my credit report, or I will pursue legal action for fraudulent and deceptive financial practices. This bill has been paid twice; it's imperative that this collection is removed from my credit without delay. Sincerely

I had a payment plan for several Kaiser bills
I had a payment plan for several Kaiser bills. For no reason they sent 1 to my credit report even though I was current on my payment plan. Last year I had several Kaiser bills from my entire family, so many I couldn't tell from Kaisers billing what was owed. I received a letter from USCB and immediately called and made payment arrangements. I have paid off over *** in the past 6 months, out of the blue today I received notice of a negative item on my credit report. USCB sent a 150.00 account from Nov 2019 to my credit report. I called USCB and was told even though I was in a payment plan they could send negative items to report at anytime after 40 days. I was NEVER told that when making the payment plan and was under the assumption the payment plan would stop the negative mark on my credit report. I asked them to remove it and they refused. I was still paying on accounts from early 2019, none of those got reported but a small bill from Nov 2019 does? My wife and I are currently trying to buy a home and thanks to the deception of this horrible company I don't know what I am going to do. To stop the risk of them hurting me further I borrowed money and paid off the remaining balance I owed on the other accounts. This company NEVER warned me, told me, sent me ANYTHING saying they could or would still report to my credit report even though I was faithfully making payments to them. They have my phone number, they have called me before, if they had any decency at all they could have called me and I would have paid that bill immediately to avoid destroying our chances of purchasing a home in the next few months. Their business practices are horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to help clients, all they did was hurt me in ways they obviously do not care about. I know they are a collection agency but especially during these hard times of Covid-19, where is the compassion or decency to try to help people instead of hurting them and then not caring you did. It was 150.00, not ***, have some decency before you destroy someone's credit worthiness and contact them.

I was sent to collection for an account that was completely covered by insurance
I was sent to collection for an account that was completely covered by insurance. On or about January 16, I took my daughter to the ER at Kaiser. I provided insurance information at the hospital that day. I received a bill in the mail a month or so later for *** roughly, account XXXXXXXXXXXX. I called Kaiser, left a message since they did not answer the phone, reiterating the insurance number (Partnership XXXXXXXXEXXXXX) along with the account number. Her insurance covered the visit 100% and she was covered at that time, still is. The next month, I got another bill. I was directed to yet another voicemail. I left the same message. Around March, I received yet another bill, I called and got a human being. I said to bill insurance, the rep said the insurance went through and to disregard future bills as it would take 60 days to fully process in the system. I continued to receive bills. I called again in approximately May, and reached a representative. I was told the insurance was not billed correctly, and that he remedied the issue. He assured me no one was going to collections during this time due to COVID19, and he saw my daughter's visit was covered 100% when he processed the billing. He assured me not to worry as the bill was paid. I received another bill a couple days later, but disregarded as the mail date was prior to me talking to that representative. I have not received further bills until today, when I got a collection notice from USCB. To my knowledge, this account has already been paid in full by my insurance and they are fraudulently trying to double dip between private pay and full insurance payment. I called them and Kaiser, I left a message with USCB indicating this was fully covered by insurance and reiterated her insurance number again. (Kaiser billing system had a message indicating technical difficulties and the call was disconnected.) I have been sent to collections apparently, and am actively being pursued by UCSB that has been resolved. I want them to realize their error, clear the collection from their system, and remove the collection from my credit report.

USCB had me pay the same debt twice , paid 254.95 on 12/23 and then 234.50 on 2/5
USCB had me pay the same debt twice , paid 254.95 on 12/23 and then 234.50 on 2/5 . They admitted overpayment but refuse to refund 234.50. I paid USCB for a Kaiser bill on 12/23 in the amount of 250 plus credit card processing fee of 4.95. Total 254.95. Then on 2/5 I received a call from USCB saying I owed another Kaiser bill of 229.55- I promptly paid with a credit card the 229.55+ 4.95 processing fee. Total 234.50. After I hung up I reviewed my Kaiser billing to make sure I wasnt still on paperless billing ,and I was not, I researched a bit more and discovered that I did not owe the 229.55. I called USCB and spoke to ***, who researched my account and said that the prior payment had not posted properly and he would refund the overpayment of 211 ? I said you guys had me pay 234.50 in error and I expect that full amount to be refunded. He said they would not refund interest nor credit card processing fee. I disagreed with him and he agreed to have a manager, whom he called *** review and call me back. Never received a call back. I called again on 4/16 and spoke to ***, who also said would refer to a manager, this time *** , who would call me back again no call back. I called USCB for 3rd time on 4/21- got *** again who seemed surprised that I had not gotten a call back, but said because of COVID they are short staffed. I get that, she assured me that she would refer to the Kaiser Acct mgr for review and call back. 5/8- still no call back from manager, so call them again, this time spoke with a *** who said he will have a supervisor in Elk Grove, *** call me back today. 5/12/202- never received call from *** so called for the 5th time! This time got a *** who transferred me on line to ***. He said he would only refund 211, when I questioned why because your error cost me 234.50 and that's what I expect to be refunded. He said because your only overpayment is 211?He then said I'm a busy man i need to get going, then he said I have people to supervise, I don't have time to listen to your story. This is a manager? I could not get him to explain why . So now it's 6/22 and I'm still trying to get my money, which USCB stole from me on 2/5. I did not owe it ,their apparent bookkeeping practices created this situation, they need to make it right, make me whole. Refund my 234.50. I guess my only other recourse is small claims court.

I've paid off the collection over 3 weeks ago and called them multiple times to have them send me a closed account notice and they haven't
I've paid off the collection over 3 weeks ago and called them multiple times to have them send me a closed account notice and they haven't. Current Creditor ID: KPSCAL USCB Record ID: XXXXXXXXXXXX Account Number: XXXXXXXX Amount Paid: $825.67 Date/Time of Payment: 12/28/XXXX X:XX PM PST I paid off the collection balance on 12/28 and have called several times to check that I have a $0 balance. I have requested a closed account notice several times as my wife and I are in the process of applying for a mortgage and the mortgage company is asking for a proof that the collection has been paid off in full. I provided them the receipt that USCB provided at the time of payment but since the receipt does not indicate the original balance nor the remaining balance, the mortgage company won't accept this as a valid proof of a closed account. I have called USCB 4 times since to validate that I have a $0 balance and to send me proof that I have paid the balance in full. They keep telling me that they do not have a way to send this online despite multiple requests to do so, and my email being associated with my name and account. I've escalated this to their managers/directors and asked them to send me a closed balance notice 3 separate times, and they keep telling me they will, but to date, I have received nothing of the sort. I have validated my address on file, and continue to call to ask if the mail has been sent out but they are unable to verify whether they've even sent the requested letter. This is causing an issue as our mortgage process has been held up for close to a month at this point simply because USCB refuses to send me a valid proof that I have paid off the account despite them confirming this over the phone and my multiple requests to send it to me via email or mail. They don't even know if they have mailed it yet whenever I call them, and they continue to leave me hanging with vague promises of sending this mail at the earliest possible time. They are located in Los Angeles and I am located in San Jose. There should NOT be any reason for a piece of mail to take over 3 weeks to travel within California, no reason that they should be unable to validate when they've sent this letter and no reason why they cannot expedite this or send an email proof. I've even asked for any sort of written proof via email, formal or informal, and they simply refuse to do so. This comes after they apparently last reached out to me back in May to pay off a debt that I didn't know I owed because I had paid off Kaiser, but they apparently reversed my charge after my initial payment, so they didn't notify me that I had an outstanding collection for a year and a half before deciding to screw me over by reporting a collection to damage my credit and now am refusing to give me proof of payment and zero balance for nearly a month after I have paid the balance in full and have requested the said document multiple times. Incredibly unprofessional company who continue to cause pain and anguish well after I have paid off my balance (with a year and a half's worth of interests during which time they didn't even bother to reach out to me).

Kaiser Permanente GA Legal Dept agreed to waive all balances to resolve issues
Kaiser Permanente GA agreed on a specific date and time in the Legal Dept to WAIVE ALL BALANCES DUE for a resolution. To: USCB AMERICA - Address in Los Angeles, CA. Date: 06/28. From: Sender's Name, USCB RECORD NUMBER: Redacted. CREDITOR NAME: KAISER PERMANENTE GEORGIA. To Whom It May Concern, I received a letter from USCB AMERICA about a debt collection from KAISER PERMANENTE GA. On the notice, it states a 30-day right to dispute. THIS IS YOUR WRITTEN NOTICE THAT I DISPUTE THIS NOTICE AND OWE NOTHING TO KAISER PERMENENTE GEORGIA. MY BALANCE OWED IS ZERO. NONE OF THIS DEBT IS VALID AS IT HAS BEEN WAIVED BY THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF KP GEORGIA. I had an ongoing dispute with KP GA regarding not being provided with EOBs and that the website at KP.org had deleted that section, violating GA LAW. GA Law requires consumers receive an EOB within 30 days of service. I made numerous calls and emails to Kaiser Permanente GA for a resolution. I had meetings with Head Administrators, but nothing was resolved, leading to GROSS NEGLIGENCE from KP GA. On a specific date, I filed a COMPLAINT with the GA Dept of Ins.: (CASE # Redacted). I WON the case. KP fixed the website months later and agreed to WAIVE ALL BALANCES DUE since November . The total waived includes balances to Kaiser Permanente GA and Emory Midtown Hospital. I OWE NOTHING. Negotiations with a GA Ins. Dept representative and KIRKLAND, VICE PRESIDENT & REGIONAL COUNSEL LEGAL SERVICES & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS of KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN OF GA, led to a written agreement. The Vice President & Regional Counsel confirmed the restoration of my access to KP.org and the adjustment of all bills to ZERO. I requested PAID IN FULL RECEIPTS for all parties to be clear. Once provided, ISSUE 2 will be resolved. Therefore, USCB AMERICA, I OWE YOU NOTHING and request written confirmation that no balance is due.

They sent me a bill for Kaiser Permanente. Only $50 plus interest. I checked Kaiser and found no unpaid balance in the past. According to reviews from other people, they received same kind of bills for Kaiser. This business's address is just a rental private mail box in office building.
