Like others have said, US Directory.com appears to be a scam. I agreed to pay $5.00 per month for a listing, and after a couple of months, I suddenly saw a charge for $92.75 on my credit card statement. When I called to ask about it, they claimed that it was for a 25 cent per click fee for people who clicked on my ad. I never agreed to pay a fee for that. I noticed this is the exact amount another reviewer here said they were charged. Seems too coincidental to me, not to mention the fact that I've seen nowhere near that much traffic. Beware.

Tired of being harassed by this us directory calls, stars around 7:30 am and call from all sorts of numbers all day long. I told them to stop calling and erase me please from their database but they keep calling everyday.

They called me with the same scam and did not mention the 25 cents per click through charge until after they had taken my credit card information. When I finally figured out that this was a pay-per-click deal, they were adamant that they could not remove me from the set up and would charge me anyway. This was in the initial phone call where I had not yet received any services from them! When I threatened to report them, they finally said they would remove me from their system and not charge me. I have reported the incident to my credit card company just in case, and I will warn every one about this company with fraudulent marketing techniques. It took three phone calls to clear this up, and they still kept calling my business afterward, another 4 times that day just to harass me and try to get me to change my mind. Not too professional. Don't do business with this company!

After just two months they put a 90 dollar on my credit card for services I did not receive nor was I informed of any such charge being incurred by me for a per click I have not received any referrals or business through their service and, certainly NOT $90 at 25 cents per click

I believe the company deliberately misrepresents their services and does not provide any supporting documentation to back up their claims either.

I used to work for US Directory.com and we were trained by our Supervisor to scam people to make a sale.

This company stated that they would charge me 5.00 per month. In August, 2018, they billed me 95.00, and September, 2018, they billed my credit card 101.00. I have called and complained all to no avail. I disputed the charges with my card company. Fraudulent company! Deceptive business practices.

The caller completely misrepresented himself as "Google" and hit my card for $49.95. He never mentioned a 25-cent click-thru either.
I've filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

They aren't a legit website and tried taking money from a minor. They said they would charge $5 a month, nothing more, nothing less and I agreed. On August 16th they tried taking $95 out of the account without me knowing. I looked at some reviews and they said that the $0.25 were charged when someone looked at the website but they they did not say anything about that, which is literally the stupidest thing ever. Good thing that my bank sends a message before anyone can take money.
They are a scam and no one should be with them, they aren't professional and the employees be making jokes while being on the phone with a customer.

That’s exactly what happened to me today they originally told me $10 and they just tried to take $95 from my account. But thank goodness for Wells Fargo being all in the mix because they didn’t get anything!

Here's the number they text me from, out of the blue after I started a craigslist ad for my business !
+[protected] (Sam Lopez) but they were clearly middle easterners not Hispanic .
I check all phone calls and company names In Google before doing business, because of this right here ...

Well, I see that sometimes people complain that they pay for advertising and they get nothing in return. Usually because they want to pay nothing and get tons of clients. To get business you need to invest in advertising. A click on social media and search engines can cost you $2-30-40 and more. And you need a lot of clicks, to get a lead/call. And every lead is not a client. You still need to sell this lead something.

not when they tell you it's going to be $5. Then they keep charging your card without authorization. This is a scam, and you obviously work for the company, because, they're just ripping people off. who uses USDirectory? no one. So they call you up, and say oh it's only $5 to list your business. Then you think well no one uses it, but what's $5. Once they have your credit card they start charging prices you never agreed to. I never agreed to pay for clicks. I was told its, a listing and that's it. it's a total scam and all those involved will be prosecuted.

This is the biggest scam I dealt with. I also was supposed to only pay $5 and then I have a $95 charge and then 2 charges of $155. Who in their right minds will pay for a phone directory $155/mo. SCAMMERS AND FRAUD

BE AWARE THE SALES REPS ARE VERY SLICK AND SLIMY

I have reason to believe that the views on websites are manufactured by companies to get you to think you are so close to getting customers. Then they sell you on an upgrade making you believe that's what's needed to close in on them. This trick is done on newbies. Ask me why I think this way.
