V Shred review: Refund

Im not gonna turn around and pay to talk to someone to help get me a refund when I didnt even authorize the funds to be taken out to begin with. I didnt even finish the whole process of completion of the prgram and when I tried to cancel there was No Way to do that. I exited out of it but I was still charged the $67 and other fees that I also didnt authorize. Now that Im trying to talk to someone you're wanting me to sign up with some 3rd party for additional fees with my credit card just to cancel something I didnt authorize to begin with. What kind of company are you running. I will be writing a review and posting it and it isnt going to be a nice one. I thought this was going to be something easy and wonderful for me. As it turned out the process (video) was over 2 hrs long and I still wasnt finished/completed for a check out. This is a totally ridiculous process and a waste of time! Ive never in my life had to listen to someone blather on for over 2 hrs and keep trying to sell me something without the ability to move ahead with completing my checkout...so sad. I want my refund NOW!
