V Shred review: VIP Coaching program is a scam

V Shred did not deliver at all what I paid for. In short, the coach had no idea what the seller had sold and the rest is a scam.

1.Refund of previous programs with V Shred - I was informed by Jonathan (Sales team) that if I signed up for the VIP program I would get a refund of any other programs with V Shred. However when I asked for a refund V Shred replied "We refund programs up to 30 days from purchase of the HTS programs. Not eligible". No condition was ever mentioned by Jonathan.

Expected results - during the last 3 months I struggled to lose weight and see the results on the scale even though I was following the program. I expressed this several times, including in the V Shred survey.

Jonathan mentioned that my metabolism was on level 1 out of 10, and that it should be increased to 8 - this is not possible to check. Also, my measurements went down for a while but they went back up after the second month. I ended the program with more body fat than I started.

Understanding my macros and creating my own meal plan - Jonathan also said that I would leave the VIP Coaching program knowing how to calculate my macros and create my own meal plan. This never happened.

Customized meal plan - V Shred sells a personalized service but the meal plans are created with the use of a database. It is not possible to change any ingredients. I could have just paid $120 to get a custom plan with the same recipes.

Requirements for a refund - Voxer (app suggested by V Shred) delete messages and therefore the only proof of communication is weekly check-in. I have been in touch with the coach the whole time and she can confirm that. Now, V Shred has declined my refund request because I did not stick to them meal plan 100% during the 90-day period (alleging that 100% participation is required for a refund). This is unreasonable and not mentioned in the refund policy.
