Dear victims :

I am writing this complain with great hopes to protect general public from becoming victim of Financial Fraud. They are simply earning in Millions by just making the general public fool. They have adopted absolute procedure to conduct fraud and looting public money|. These fake companies are destroying good name and fame of Dubai as well and it seems that they are not bothered about any kind of legal action of the Government

The name and address of the company is Vacation International, Abu Baker Al Sadeek St, ., Rashid Al Majid Bldg.., 5th Floor, Office 502, Tel: 2689002'. They are also taking undue advantage of Dubai Laws by not sending agreements/documents within 10 days so that the agreement could not be cancelled and by doing this the amount paid become non-refundable, . They don’t allow to read the documents by creating atmosphere defined below:-

1". We purchased a vacation package from Vacation International based on the presentation made to our family.. The time spent on presentation was very long (two and half hours) under very loud music atmosphere. The package explained was quite attractive and based on these promises we made payment though our credit card. After making payment we had to wait for another one hour to wait for few documents to be signed. We all were quite tired and my children wanted to go home quickly. Finally we were provided a pen to sign on certain documents. We could not read these documents at all because of getting very late and importantly the persons were not letting us read anything and were saying everything they explained is included in details. Finally we left that office at 10 p.m.

2. It was told that you can read all these documents at home to ensure that all explained things are included therein. The copies of signed documents were not provided to me by saying that the same will be sent through courier. Only receipts of funds was provided and contact details of customer care was provided.

3. Today is 10th day working day and as per law I was aware that within 14 days one can cancel the agreement if the terms are not acceptable but I have not received any documents from them till today. I had made payment on 13th October 2012 at 8.23 p.m. and 8.52 p.m. After excluding Eid holidays and weekends today is the 10th day.

4. I tried to call their office many times and every time I was told that someone will contact me which never happened. Today I again called their office and could speak to one of the persons who informed to collect all documents from their office. I requested them to send it through courier (as promised earlier) which they agreed. I might get these documents within next two or three days.

5. It is clear that I was not directly or indirectly allowed time to read these documents and also the documents not provided till today.

6. When asked about the userid and password, I was provided with the guideline which was absolutely contradictory what was explained in the presentation and based on this we made the payment. The below is my first email to them to clarify the major differences but no one answered or explained anything.

7. In the mean-time, I was shocked to see large number of complaints lodged by people who were cheated. (Gulf news, various other websites etc)

8. Since I have not received any document from their side nor I get any kind of clarification from them on my first day of interaction today, I have decided to cancel this agreement (which I never received and could not read).

I am seeking your help to cancel this contract because I have never received it and was not allowed to read in the circumstances explained above.

We as general public always appreciate the best Dubai Governance to teach a lesson to all wrong doers.

We are sure that the Dubai Governance will take appropriate decision.

Big cheaters and fraud company

I'm a victim to this company, after listening to presentation and discussion over 4 hrs i sign the contract blindly trusting in my countrymen Egyptian sales "Sherif Wagdy", i received the contract after 15 days of signature found totally different to what was said I had many meetings in the company with different people to solve it by negotiation but they designed the system very well that i have no prove by what so ever i was promised its all lies after lies, now after 7 months i decided to File a Lawsuit against this company this case will have big chances to win if we are many against this company, i already hired a lower and started in the process, if you scammed and you want to have your money back please contact me to work together eng_fouadpower@hotmail.com
