Bad, horrible, terrible, upsetting
I bought many items from value city fur. and very not satisfied with my service or my products and the customer service was terrible I wait a year and six months before they came out and fixed my dresser that had been broken for a year and value city kept me the run around to come and fix the dresser my bedroom sets are really bad and I would not ever buy anything else from value city fur. Again. I called value city fur corporate office and they were really rude to me and my mother I feel like I should get some type of credit or gift card because of all my trouble.

They don't care about customers
All I want is for my couch to be repaired. I will pay for it (why should I though when I purchased a stain safe warranty) what good is a furniture store that can't and won't, be reliable. Where does one go? I have contacted a lawyer and he assures me I have rights as a consumer. But what I am hoping for is a company to stand on principals and human decency. I have never been treated so rudely before especially from people who supposedly want my money and business. I would also like to meet Paula the crass woman who treated me so badly, just so I can see the face of ignorance.

They are truly horrible. I bought a 1, 500 bedroom furniture from them and it was delivered with scratches and small holes all over the wood..I paid for 2 leather sofas, they gave me, two fake ones. DON'T buy anything from them. if you do, you will hate yourself for doing so. Inoncie Alcinay of binghamton

Poor customer relations
I went into the Woodbridge, VA store and was attacked by several salespeople asking to help me. This was my first time in going to the store although I'm not a 'green' consumer. The worst one was a salesman that kept calling himself 'Rose'. I believe he was from Jamaica or somewhere. He lied to me and told me that items I was interested in were in stock, I later found out he was lying to me. It hadn't been in stock for several weeks and I received something I didn't want. When I called about the error, I was told that was what was on my receipt! No matter what I told them, the sales person was correct in their eyes. My guess is that instead of happy customers, they just want to keep the lousy, lying salesman. A Rose by any other name is NOT a Rose! Beware of him!

Wow, and to think that I thought I was the only person to have a problem at the Woodbridge store. My fiancee and I went recently and purchased over $1500 worth of stuff (I think all told it was more like $1800). From the time we walked in the store 5 different sales people came up to us and we turned them away because we wanted to check out everything on our own first and then once we talked about it and made a decision we would find a salesperson and order the stuff. So we found what we wanted and first the price was wrong. Online this set was $549...in the store $899. So we asked about the price and they came back and said that it had "just gone on sale" and the floor model wasn't correct. So we order a chair and a 1/2 and a sofa for $549 and a $200 ottoman to match. This gets us to the $750 needed for the 6 month interest free financing...or so we thought. Well they come back and say that the ONLY chair and a half ANYWHERE is the one that we are looking at on the floor and they could sell us the floor model "as is". Well obviously at this point I'm not going to order a "used" product for full price so I ask them for the ottoman for free since i'm taking both items from the floor AND i have to figure out a way to get the two items to my house since they "can't deliever" as is furniture. Well they end up coming back with "the couch for $300 and the chair and the ottoman for $300". So basically I got the ottoman for $50 and I'm happy about it but still need to get to the $750 to get the financing. So now with $100 to spend we decide to look around to see if there are any end tables and/or coffee tables that we liked. During our table search we decided that we might as well go for the 1-year financing thing and spend 1500 since it ends up breaking down to the same amount every month. So we add the accent chair ($179, i think) for the couch, two end tables (about $140 each), a coffee table (about $180), and then two night stands ($200 each) for a bedroom set that we really like. So now we have all of this stuff picked out and we go to the sales area and they start their games. Well since we are taking two pieces "as-is" they have to be on a seperate invoice (why? I have NO idea). So they now take the $300 for the ottoman and the chair and a half on to a seperate invoice and the rest of the stuff on another. They charge the interest free account for the main invoice with things added to it so that it is over the $1500 needed and then refund part of it to compensate for the $300 for the "as is" invoice (not sure how legal that was on their part, but I'm purchasing all of the stuff together so I don't think I did anything wrong). Well in this process they somehow drop our accent chair from the receipt (neither myself or my fiancee notice this until after the FIRST delivery). So we now have all of this stuff paid for and we find out that everything should be delievered the following wednesday except for the couch which they said was in stock at a different store but they couldn't deliver it until the 23rd of January (two weeks later). Why they couldn't I have no idea, but we went with it at this point because we were growing VERY frustrated.
We go home and the following day go to Home Depot to buy a new area rug to match our new furniture (please keep in mind that we are 24 and 25 and making one of our first "major decisions" together). We spend $200 on a nice area rug to match and use the home depot rental truck to go to Value City and pick up the chair and a half and ottoman (Not a bad idea if you need to rent a truck for only a few hours...you don't pay for gas or mileage and its $20 for the first 75 minutes and $10 each extra hour).
They call us on Monday and tell us that they will deliever the furniture on Wednesday between 12:30 and 3:30. . . I now take a full day off of work because living in the DC metro area there is no way that I could get to work and back by 12:30 (and get anything done) or go in late and have anything done then. At about 3 p.m. I still haven't heard anything from them so I decided to call just to check in and make sure they could find my apartment (its not exactly the easiest thing to find because my actual building is off the main road and blocked by another building). The warehouse manager tells me that they got slightly behind and they have one stop and then they will be dropping off my furniture and should be there between 3:30 and 3:45.
Its now 4:15 and still nothing...
I call them back and try to find out what happened...they tell me at this point that they got stuck in traffic and would be there in 20 minutes...and they were on their way.
At 4:50 the actual delivery people call my fiancee and tell her that they were running behind and would be there in 20 minutes (not knowing I had talked to their boss and he said 20 minutes several times already). I now email their corporate office (since apparently they have no phones at the office, or at least that's what I was told by EVERYONE at their store.). I also called the warehouse manager back again to find out what is happening because its now 5:15 (she didn't let me know they called her until about 5:20) and I'm very frustrated. They tell me at this point that he doesn't know why they aren't there yet and that they would refund my $120 delivery fee.
FINALLY, at 5:45 they show up and drop off two end tables, a coffee table, and two night stands. I don't even realize that there was no accent chair because I was too pissed off that it took til nearly 6 p.m. and I had been sitting at home all day waiting for them.
I leave and go to dinner with some friends and when we come back my fiancee goes "So where is the accent chair?" We now take out the receipt and look and somehow it is dropped from the receipt. I call and try to find out why it was dropped from my receipt at the store and the only thing they can tell me is they don't know and that I could order it for $400 (it was $179 in the store when we were there). I told them that they should give it to me for free with all of the problems that I've had with this process. They tell me they can't do that but they could give it to me for the sale price that it was when I ordered the rest of my stuff...oh wait, they obviously don't keep very good track of that because they said it was $239 at that point. I told them then I wanted it for $109 and to keep the delivery fee (because then obviously the sales tax is less, but they couldn't figure out why it would be less).
We finally order the accent chair and we now expect the accent chair and the couch to be delivered on the 23rd along with an exchange of one of the night stands because it has a huge gash in the wood on the front and they put the wrong handle on it (with one screw instead of two and then used glue to sort of hold it there).
Well they called Tuesday (Jan. 20th) in the afternoon and told me that the sofa had been discontinued and they didn't have any and that the order was dropped.
We immediately got in the car and went to the store and flipped out. Finally after arguing with them at the store the Operations Manager comes out to us and starts talking. FINALLY! Someone who understands customer service and realizes how powerful people who complain can be to their business. Somehow for a couch that "doesn't exhist and is discontinued" they had THREE...count them...THREE...in the woodbridge, va store. Two of them were damaged (with small holes on them) and then the third was fine. So now we are getting the couch but it took us going there and basically screaming and causing a scene in the store til they "found" three...THREE...couches.
If it wasn't for Sherry (the operations manager at Woodbridge) there is no way I would even consider going back to Value City. If you need anything done please just contact her, she understands how things work and will help you. Do NOT go to Esther for your sales. She is the one who dropped our chair from the order and it took about 5 people total to even MAKE the order. Overall the quality of the products is decent and we really like the stuff now that it is in our house (and hopefully we will like the rest that comes in two days).
All kinds of problems
First of all, I am not "Wowed" with Value City Furniture. The family room set I ordered (the sofa, loveseat chair and ottoman) all had 4 different availability dates. That alone is frustrating. I ordered the complete set on May 28, 2008...I am still waiting for 2 more of the 4 total pieces to be available. The last piece will not be available until July 2 when everything was supposed to be ready to go by June 17...I think it's a bit ridiculous to have to wait over a month to get furniture pieces that Value City itself manufactures.
I am also somewhat dissatisfied because the throw pillows do not match…they aren't the same fabric dye lot, yet they are supposed to sit on the same couch together... it looks horrible. It’s frustrating because I bought the American Signature line that the store offers which is supposed to be better quality.
I realize that Value City Furniture is aimed toward more budget-conscious people, but money is not free and I expect excellent service and quality products, along with matching fabrics when I make a major purchase like furniture. Although I bought from Value City, the American Signature line is more mid-priced when compared with other brands, and I feel I am not getting what I paid for.
I did my research on this website before buying from Value City…I DIDN’T fall for the fabric protection plan thanks to the recommendation of many reviews on this site. Even though the sales associate really tried hard to get me to buy $200 worth of extra fabric protection, I ended up just buying my own spray protector myself.
In all honesty, I initially felt comfortable buying from Value City Furniture because I bought my mattress set there years ago and I love it, yet with this entire family room set, I am very frustrated and somewhat dissatisfied with the fabric colour and availability delays. Buyers Proceed with Caution!

I went to The Value City Furniture at 6067 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213. I was waited on by a professional and patient man named Mr. Jeremy. He was calm (when I wasn't) kind and understanding. Later the next week I received several calls regarding verification of purchase, address and delivery date and window. Everyone that I spoke with was pleasant and accurate. Then today (on time and fighting the rain) two very pleasant young men came to deliver and assemble my bedroom suite. They were professional, quiet, and quick. This whole experience from start to finish could not have gone any better in my eyes. You all are doing a wonderful job and are a true example of Excellent customer service and going above and beyond. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Sincerely TD
I want to preface this by saying I'm not the guy that lives to complain. In fact, it really takes a lot to get me to write one of these reviews.
That being said, Value City Furniture is so bad it's not even funny. First, the delivery crew couldn't assemble the TV stand and ultimately damaged the door. I refused delivery and they had to bring another one about a month later. Then, the guy dripped a big glob of glue on my rug. It was an old rug so I didn't push the issue. About 6 weeks after receiving the love seat the mechanism that releases the recliner portion of the literally fell off. I called customer service, waited the obligatory 45 minutes to get a live person, and was told to send a picture of the damage. I was told they would call back in a few days. No call back. When I called back I spoke to a rep (after another hour on hold) who said they probably need to order a part. Again, no call back. It's about a month later and I'm waiting on hold again. This time they tell me the customer service manager just left. I'm at my wit's end. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I am on my fifth set of furniture since march and still waiting for a credit back to my debit card ! it only been a month since I was told they were going to credit me ! I have called four different times and talked to four different customer service people, they keep telling me they did it today !
I'm done with value city furniture ...
I am an informed consumer. I read all of the complaints regarding VCF and determined that the majority of the issues were delivery related?. I decided to try give VCF a try and pick-up my couch". I guess I knew after all the complaints something would be wrong - I examinded the packaging for damage and read every piece of marking indicating that the couch was the blue that I had ordered!.
I get home, my friend whose truck we used left and I find I am now the disgusted owner of a mint green couch for my mauve and blue living room/. The order, the receipt and packaging all indicate the blue couch that I ordered". Now if there was any chance I am color blind, the couch came with a set of pillows that are comprised of the all the colors the couch is available in/. Needless to say it sticks out like a sore thumb in my house and I curse VCF each and every day".
Everyone reading these posts who thinks you will have better luck, you have been warned!
I can't even begin to describe the awful customer service that Value city has provided. I bought a bedroom set from them in December 2010. It took them 4 delivery times to get it correct and over 18 hours of window delivery time for them to actually get it right. They first delivered the set and the media stand was broken and so I had they had to redeliver and I was given another 3 hour window in which they would deliver. When they arrived the second time of couse they had the order incorrect AGAIN! So I had to schedule another delivery time with another 2 hour woindow...which they were unable to make again and I was called at the end of my window to be told that the truck just left their warehouse and it would be at least another 2 hours before they could come to my house so I had to reschedule AGAIN-4th time again I was given a 2 hour window 10-12 and of course they were not at my house at 12 so I called and was told that it would be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back as they were still not there and then I was told that the truck was in a ditch. They finally showed up at 2:35-two and half hours after my window...on their FOURTH attempt on trying to get my furniture correct.
Columbus OH - Once you purchase an item and pay for the delivery it is an untenable disaster to get the items delivered as promised. Bought a Bed Set - Mattress and Boxspring...to be delivered on a Friday...only the boxspring came (this was a SET) I called and complained, and they said they would have the Mattress out to me by Saturday. Saturday the call comes - starting with asking me whether I wanted the Mattress delivered on Monday or Tuesday - I told them it had been promised for that day - they said that they could not deliver it that day...even though they had scheduled it because it had not come in before. On the phone they came across with a 'take it or leave it' attitude...knowing that they had the payment, and that my delivery was merely a subject of their 'whim'... I told the lady on the phone to call one of the Managers and have them find a Mattress to put on their truck and get it out to me, that this practice was unacceptable...I received mumbling, and the phone was disconnected. Based on my experience, I would not have ANY item delivered from them, and in Fact, I would not pay them anything unless they have it in their store to be taken right away. The Business practices are very questionable, and the Customer Service is like listening to a politician...
I brought a sectional sofa in 2010 and paid for warranty. In September. 2012 the recliner got caught onto the bottom of the sofa which was not supposed to happen? and it ripped. I called warranty service I was so glad that I had a 7 year warranty. I was told they would need to order it and I I need to take a picture of the rip and mail to them. I asked if I could email the pictures and was told yes. When I call to check the status I was told they never received the picture... ok I resent it. I called in and I was told that they didn't get in and was told to send it to a different email address which I did. Ok so months and months passes by and no called from them. I called back in December and I was told they had to order it fromChina.. I'm like huh ok? which I was told they would call me when the fabric comes in . I t wasn't until yesterday Jan.14th2013 when I decided to call, that I was told that they do not have the fabric and they not longer make the sectional that I have. I was given two choice... go to the store and pick out a sectional at the same price and by new warranty as they do not tranfer the warranty or they would refund me $699.00 back and I would no longer have warranty.. which sound like a joke because they no longer make the sofa that I have.
I bought the McKinsley sofa for $999 and less than two years the color is coming off in spot. Since it is out of warranty I asked the manager if I could PAY to have it fixed. They won't even send someone if i PAY them. I have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and you would think they would want to satisfy the customer. NEVER AGAIN!
In February 2009 I purchased a Lane recliner rocker chair from the Value City store in Beavercreek OH. In December of 2009 I noticed the chair was not operating correctly, even though I was basically the only one using it. I made a phone call to the store and a repairman came to look at the chair at the end of January. I am still waiting for the chair to be repaired. Over the course of several months and many phone calls and delays, I finally spoke to a store manager that seemed to be on the ball and acted as if he was truly making an effort to get to the bottom of the problem as to why it was taking such a ridiculous amount of time to get the chair repaired. Once again, after several back and forth phone calls, he assured me that the all the parts has been ordered, , , , apparently when the repairman originally visited, he didn't turn in the repair parts order or at least that is what I was lead to believe. Three weeks ago was the last time I spoke to anyone, and I initiated that phone call and was told that all the parts came in except for one and that was expected the next day, , , , still waiting and basically have given up on getting the chair repaired. I will never purchase another item from the store and as far as I am concerned the Lane manufacturer has lost all credibility with me.
I purchased a dresser and paid for it immediately. So far it has not been delivered. Today was the second delivery date and still no dresser. I called and again was informed "oops it was never ordered" Amazingly it was never ordered but my money was taken out of my account. So the next delivery date is a week from now. I am trying to cancel the order now because I have already taken two afternoons off from work and I will not take a third. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. Oh I purchased this at the store in Liverpool, New York.
payments
never sign up for the plans people. I signed up for their 12 month payment plan, and after 12 months I got calls for to pay for my sofa, well come to find out I owe them more than what I had agreed to. After talking to the damn 1-800 number. all i got was put on hold and the [censor]iness of a sales rep. these sales reps/collections try to rip you off, by...
Read full review of Value City Furniture and 3 commentsExtended warranty on furniture is a rip off!
We bought 8 wooden chairs, 4 tables, a sofa, loveseat and chair from this company in 2004. The salesman enticed us with a warranty that supposedly would cover repair or replacement on any of these goods and was good till 2009. As he explained, it didn't matter what happened to the furniture - if we spilled something on it, cushions got flat, the frame broke because the kids were playing, cat peed or scratched it up...dog chewed up the pillow. We took the warranty.
The chairs have been replaced 4 times already because the legs keep breaking off. The last time, they told us the warranty was only good up to $2500.00 on the chairs. Of course, they don't mention they keep repairing the same chairs and sending them back to us!
The loveseat came and it was a floor sample! We did not buy the floor sample, but did not make a fuss..bad mistake. Now one of the dogs chewed a hole in a cushion. We called and they were very, very snotty stating the salesman never told us everything was covered...just to make a sale he did! My neighbor even remembers us talking about it when the furniture was delivered and recommending the store!
I will NEVER EVER again purchase furniture from this store. I am NOT stupid and I know EXACTLY what the salesman said to us...caveat emptor.

I haven't purchased furniture from this store yet but i went in to look at the prices and to see their merchandise. your comment really hit home and im not going to go back and purchase from that store because the salesmen told me about the same thing about the warranty covering spills, rips, pretty much anything. (which is why i got on to check what consumers have written about their experiances with the compnay) So if your sales person and my sales person live in different' states and they are telling thier customers the same think it makes me not trust the compnay or my salesmen ery much. thank you for writing this you just saved us ALOT of money!
Delivery system is ridiculous!
I have had a horrendous experience shopping with Value City Furniture. The people at the store were just as nice as could be, and several of our pieces have defects, small enough we decided to overlook, but the delivery is ridiculous!
We were first offered two separate days to have our furniture delivered. We declined and said we'd rather wait for the second day, just to have everything delivered at once. They said that was fine.
A few days before the delivery, they called to let us know that one of the items would not be available for at least three more weeks. The lady told me that I "should have taken it" when I "had the chance" because I was now bumped onto a waiting list! No one mentioned anything about a waiting list when I turned down the first delivery date, and I was told I had better accept what they could currently bring because otherwise more of the pieces may not be available when the already missing piece came in.
I had to schedule this new delivery around my husband's work schedule and my grandfather's surgery, and I was furious. I was polite anyway and told them I was disappointed but would accept what they could bring. I was assured the new missing piece would be in, they set up a delivery date, and once again I received another phone call a few days before it was to arrive telling me that I "didn't make the current waiting list" and would have to wait since I was "bumped" onto the next available shipment of that piece of furniture.
The man who called wasted ten minutes of my life explaining, quite cheerfully, the way that the shipping and delivery operations run, and told me that of course I could understand how a multi million dollar furniture company could run into problems. He interrupted me repeatedly to continue talking about the plethora of reasons and complications their poor store has in maintaining correct shipping and delivery times, going into great detail about how everything was made by hand and blah blah blah- it was like listening to a commercial! I had to cut him off and tell him I was hanging up! I looked at the phone and checked; he had actually babbled on for ten minutes telling me how wonderful the company was after telling me that my furniture would ONCE AGAIN not be delivered.
We ordered this furniture in August. At this rate, they will supposedly be delivering it in October. I'm not holding my breath. He also asked me if there was something else that I might like to substitute my piece for? I told him no, since I wanted the furniture to MATCH. Ugh. From the way we were treated in the store, I would have recommended them to anyone. After this debacle, I'm making sure no one I know ever sets foot in there. I will not buy anything from there, ever again.
Every time I have called I have been bounced around from one person who "didn't have access to that information at this time" to another, and despite my adoration for the Arts and Crafts set, I'll spend the extra money to buy a whole NEW set from another store before I would bother to replace a single piece!
It pity the people who work there, I really do. It's got to be awful to go to work and know you're lying to people, or at least, withholding information. Had I known what the delivery fiasco would turn out like, I would have shopped elsewhere. And according to one associate, "it's a very common problem..."
I'm sure it is.
Frustrated with the Value City Customer support
I have purchased a reclining sofa at Value City Furniture, 6393 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN two months ago. I wanted to exchange that sofa as it has not matched with my interior. I have asked the value city representative (his name is ROBERT WOLFE) for exchange after 2 weeks of purchase. He has agreed for exchange and said to me that a technician will come and inspect the reclining sofa and estimate the value of that sofa. The technician has come twice and taken photos also and reported value city that there are stains on the sofa. But, we never find any stain on the sofa. Then, I have asked the value city representative. He said to me that you call the warranty people for examination of the sofa. If there are no stains, then the next day itself sofa will be exchanged. Otherwise, if there are stains, the warranty people have to identify whether those are removable or non-removable stains and provide warranty support for those stains. Then, the sofa will be exchanged.Either way, I'm going to get a new sofa. But, when I called the warranty people, they have asked for the type of stains. I never find any stains on the sofa and mentioned that warranty people have to examine and provide report to Value city for exchange of sofa. But, Warranty people have declined to provide this type of report and told me that they will visit only when they are stains and also said that the sofa is too young, so Value city itself has to take care of.
These discussions are happening from past 7 weeks and I'm really frustrated with the Value City Customer support. The never called me. I used to call always. The concerned person will not be available many times and the phone will be hanging for long time. I also have visited Value City three times to close this issue soon. It's wasting my time and phone minutes.
I have chosen the other reclining sofa at Value city and received a quote also. It cost $100 more than the existing sofa.
Stainsafe is a total rip off!
I purchased a complete living room set: sofa, love seat, oversize chair with ottoman from Value City Furniture in lexington, Ky. In addition they really encourage I spend over $200 for their Stainsafe warranty to GUARANTEE no stains would penetrate he treatment VALUECITY applies to the furniture.
My first stain seemed simple enough. I first tried the kit they gave me with the furniture, but it didn't work so I e-mailed Stainsafe as per directions from Value City. I received NO response after 3 e-mails and called Value City. They put me through via the phone to a rep from Stainsafe who ASSURED me they would have a tech to my house on a specific day last August. The tech never showed, never called, and when I tried to call Stainsafe, i received nothing but recordings.
Last weekend I returned to Value City and talked with their manager. He assured me he would look into the matter. While we stood there, another customer told of his horrendous experience with Stainsafe.
The next day the manager DID call me and his great solution was giving me $200 credit in the store! I complained that would do NOTHING for my stains and told him their darn Stainsafe was pure BS and I would rather have $200 in SCOTCHGUARD. Of course that was not to be.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOTTT LET VALUE CITY SELL YOU SAFEGUARD WARRANTY. SAVE YOUR $219, AND GO BUY SCOTCHGUARD. STAINSAFE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF.
You delay y king bed twice and I went to your store customer service doesn’t know when the bed will delivered
I paid off my order after only 3 weeks. I was informed that the order would be 2 months or maybe sooner. I was thinking if I paid it off that would help expedite things. NOT! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ARTICLE FROM VALUE CITY AGAIN!
Bought this sectional on March 12, 2022 with the extended warranty. $5000 purchase at the Easton location.
Within the first 4 months it only reclined intermittently. By November 2022 completely stopped reclining.
Requested service and have had the run around about the part to fix it. Now there is no communication!
I purchased a pure promise warranty on my mattress and need to file a claim but have not heard anything back from them
It's such a shame that you had such a terrible experience with them. We bought our sofa in May of 2012 with the fabric protection with was an additional $75. 2 months latter we had stains and called uniters (that's who the warranty is through) It was handled quickly and very professionally. They even replaced the cover on the cushion since the ink didn't come out. We just placed another service request with them today and are hopeful for another great customer service experience. I guess my advice would be to contact the company that provides the warranty not VCF.
I recently purchased a sofa with the stain protection warranty also. Upon pickup, I found out that the stain protection still needed to be applied. Upon questionning this, I found out that the professionally applied stain protection was being done, in the warehouse, while I waited by the warehouse kid who loads and unload the trucks. I was further advised that I would be taking the sofa home wet, and not to sit on it for up to 1 hour while the chemical dried. I talked with the warehouse manager who stated this was their policy for applying the stain protection and the warehouse kid was infact what they considered a "professional in stain protection". I then talked with the store manager and discussed returning this sofa, before the stain protection was applied. But, store policy is there is no return on the stain protection charge whether applied or not, only the sofa. So, by returning it, I would walk out without a sofa, and losing $69.99 plus tax on a chemical which was never applied. Furious by their unacceptable business practice, I took the so called professionally treated sofa home, wet and all, and it currently sits in my garage because the overwhelming smell of the chemical is making us sick, even after four days in the garage! The lesson here...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! YOU BUY CHEAP, YOU GET CHEAP! DONT DO IT!
