Value Propane Inc. has some issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, their contract is hard to read. Secondly, if you want to stop using their services, they can charge you whatever they want to pick up their tanks. This cost is not mentioned in the contract. They charged me $120 to pick up their tanks, which is not fair. They should either not charge a fee or make it clear in the contract. Thirdly, we rented two 420 liter tanks from them for $75, but they charged me $96 + hst for both tanks. I have asked them to adjust the invoice, but they have not done so. They are threatening to send us to collections. We are not the only ones who have had issues with this company. We were stuck with them because the previous homeowners used them. Home buyers should be educated on their options. I hope these issues can be resolved soon.

Our fam home was outta propane, so we went to Value Propane in Sunderland on Hwy 12. We paid the full balance to fill our tank plus $150 for the emergency fill cuz we were completely outta propane to heat our home and family (acct under my gf's name, ***). We paid on Jan 19, 2022. The driver showed up the same day 'round 4pm but decided the driveway wasn't plowed enough for his vehicle to make it though the almost 1km long driveway. No body from Value propane told us until the next day (Jan 20th) which left my family cold for the night. Good thing it was only -25 thru the night, made it easy for my 3 young children to sleep! So we plow out the driveway to their satisfaction and it's completed by 6pm on Jan 20th. We send a pic to Value propane and call them to have the emergency fill we already paid for to arrive so we don't have to deal with another night of no heat. The young lady tells us at 20 after 6 pm that it's too late and she's not gonna have her driver come out. Sorry, we'll be there at 730 tomorrow morning (Jan 21st). So the emergency fill money I've paid is now ignored and operating on whatever time they feel and my children go cold again tonight. Again, tempetures will be down to about -30ish. This needs to be remedied ASAP! To have a company to provide such a service and be so *** is ***. These are families that they are denying heat and taking the money for emergencies. 48hrs cold ***.
