Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] review: Skid plate not replaced correctly

To Miss Lori Flees. I went to get an oil change in August 2023, to the Valvoline center in Edwards Colo.. the employees did not replace the skid plate properly, and on my way home on the highway it fell off and was destroyed. The reason I went to the location in Edwards Colorado was because my husband told me he had taken a couple of vehicles and they did a good job. I had spoken to Jay several times, and he kept telling me the manager was going to call me. It took him. well over three months to hear him. He told me he had ordered it and the post office sent it back twice. And that he was going to order it again. I told him I had been more than patient with them and was checking with the Honda dealership on how long it would take to get it ordered. They told me two days. I told Brandan, he told me to have them order it and install it, and take the invoice of the replacement to the center in
