Vetsource Warning: Stay Away from Vetsource - Hacked My Debit Card and Terrible Customer Service

Vetsource is not a good company to do business with. They hacked my debit card and caused me a lot of trouble. I found out about the hack when I checked my online register and saw that they had charged me for something I didn't buy. Luckily, I caught it before they actually got the money, so I was able to turn off my card and order a replacement.

When I tried to call Vetsource to find out what was going on, I had a hard time getting through to anyone. I had to look up their phone number online and then use an automated system to talk to someone. When I finally got through, I asked for someone named Smith, but the person who answered sounded really nervous and asked me who I was. When I told her I was calling Vetsource, she said I had the wrong number and hung up on me.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Vetsource. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. If you want to avoid getting hacked and having to deal with a lot of hassle, I suggest finding a different company to work with.

Vetsource Terrible Experience with Vetsource: Shipping Errors and Poor Customer Service

I had some issues with Vetsource this year. They messed up my orders from the vet three times! The first time, they shipped it to the wrong address. Can you believe it? The second time, there was some weird stuff on the address and my orders were floating in limbo for weeks. They kept going back and forth all over the country while they tried to figure out where it was supposed to go! It was so frustrating.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. They were so rude and totally uncaring. Every time I called, they gave me a hard time. They didn't seem to care about my problems at all. In fact, they actually said "we don't care. Do as you please" when I told them I was getting the medication somewhere else! Can you believe that?

I'm never using Vetsource again. My vet is even considering another service. It's just not worth the hassle. I need a company that I can rely on and trust. Vetsource is not that company.

Vetsource Terrible Experience: Would Not Recommend This Company for Pet Meds

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I tried to order three different meds from their website, but it was a whole mess. I waited for two weeks and didn't get any confirmation that my order was shipped. So, I had to call them up and ask what was going on. They told me that they forgot about my order and needed my vet's approval. I was like, "What the heck? Why didn't you tell me that before?"

Anyway, I waited another week and they canceled one of my meds. They shipped the other two, but it took another week for them to arrive. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point. I called them up again and they said that my order didn't ship because they still needed my vet's approval. I was like, "Seriously? I already gave you that!"

After a whole month of waiting and four phone calls, I finally gave up and canceled my order. It was such a waste of my time and energy. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Vetsource Slow Delivery and Damaged Packaging: My Experience with Vetsource

I've been using Vetsource for a while now, signing up for their "auto ship" service to get my dog's medication for his liver disease. We've been ordering "Denamarin for Medium Dogs" every 30 days for about 5 months now, as recommended by our vet. However, I have to say that the delivery time is quite slow - it takes over a week to get to us from Portland, Oregon, and we're all the way in Michigan. So if you're in a rush, you might want to look elsewhere.

To make matters worse, almost all of the deliveries we've received so far have had damaged packaging. This has resulted in the pills being all gooey and sticky, having popped out of their foil. It's a real shame, because these pills are quite expensive - a 30-day supply costs $45.00. Of course, we had to throw away the damaged pills, which was a waste of money.

After experiencing these issues, I decided to cancel my auto ship and all future deliveries from Vetsource. I just can't justify spending so much money on medication that arrives damaged and unusable. Instead, I found another vet supply that offers the same medication for a much cheaper price, with shipping that only takes 2-3 days.

Overall, I would not recommend using Vetsource. The slow delivery time and damaged packaging make it a frustrating and expensive experience. Save yourself the trouble and look for other options.

Vetsource Disappointing Experience with Vetsource: Overcharged and Poor Customer Service

This company is not the best!
I placed an order on October 5th. I had a $10 off coupon so the 20 cans of cat food I ordered came to $18.50. I had to contact them early November because it still had not shipped. I was told there was a problem in the order so they had to cancel and reorder on their end causing me to lose the discount but they would discount the total 25%. I would be okay with it if it came up to a little bit more but when I saw my bank account it was over $42! More than double. This order is still not showing shipped (11/18) so I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They never reached out to me to rectify any part of this situation and had the nerve to charge me so much. I will never do business with them again.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Vetsource. I had high hopes for their service, but unfortunately, it fell short. I placed an order for cat food on October 5th and was excited to use my $10 off coupon. However, I had to reach out to them in early November because my order still had not shipped. They told me there was a problem with my order and they had to cancel and reorder on their end. This caused me to lose my discount, but they promised to discount the total by 25%.

I was willing to accept this, but when I saw my bank account, I was shocked. The total was over $42! This was more than double what I was expecting to pay. I was really frustrated that they never reached out to me to rectify any part of this situation. I decided to email them to cancel my order and request a refund.

Unfortunately, my order still has not shipped as of November 18th. I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from Vetsource. I will not be doing business with them again.

Vetsource Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Vetsource: A Review

I recently used Vetsource to order some prescription dog food for my furry friend. I chose this website because it's the same one my vet uses. However, when I reached out to them to inquire about the shipping timeline, I was disappointed with their response. They told me that most orders ship within 8 days, but it depends on the manufacturer's stock. I asked if they could call the manufacturer to find out more information, but they refused and suggested that I call them myself. This lack of willingness to help their customers left a bad taste in my mouth.

To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel my order, they couldn't even tell me if it was possible or not. This was frustrating, to say the least. I ended up placing an order with Chewy instead, as they have a reputation for being more reliable. I'm hoping that Vetsource will actually cancel my order, but I'm not holding my breath.

Update: Unfortunately, my order wasn't canceled, and to make matters worse, they charged me an additional $109.00 on top of my order total. I'm now in the process of trying to get a refund from them. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with Vetsource. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

Vetsource Disappointing Service from Vetsource: A Review of Their Lack of Urgency and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Vetsource that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My beloved dog had just undergone knee surgery and unfortunately developed an infection. My vet recommended a compound antibiotic to treat the infection, which I promptly ordered from Vetsource.

To my surprise, the shipping was not expedited despite the severity of my dog's condition. I was already paying close to $250 for the medication, and I expected better service for such a high price. I was also disappointed that Vetsource did not bother to call me to ask if I wanted expedited shipping.

The only time I heard from Vetsource was when there was a problem processing my payment. This issue held up the fulfillment of my order, and I had to speak to a separate service to update my billing address. However, Vetsource was able to take a different card number with the same address, which left me feeling confused and frustrated.

It has now been over a week, and I am still waiting for the medication my pet needs to heal her infection. This infection is eating away at the very bone that I just paid over $4000 to have repaired, and I am extremely worried about my dog's health. All I seem to get from Vetsource's customer service is the same song and dance about fulfillment time plus 3-5 days delivery. I feel like they are not taking my dog's health seriously, and I am extremely disappointed in their service.

In conclusion, I would never do business with Vetsource again. Their lack of urgency and poor customer service has left me feeling frustrated and worried about my dog's health. I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about their pet's well-being.

Vetsource Disappointing Experience with Vetsource: Order Cancellation and Dispute Request

I recently wrote a review about Vetsource, or VS as I like to call them. I gotta say, I'm not too happy with them right now. I had to put in a dispute request because I asked their customer service to cancel my order and they promised me a confirmation, but I didn't get it until two days later. And guess what? They cancelled my order for NutriSource High Plains Select Grain Free Dog Food because of a manufacturer backorder. They didn't even have an estimated in-stock date! What kind of company is this? They're blaming the manufacturer, but I don't buy it. And to make matters worse, they're saying I ordered other things when I only ordered the dog food. Come on, VS, get it together! I'm not impressed and I won't be ordering from them again.

Vetsource Avoid Vetsource.com for Your Pet's Medications: Poor Customer Service and Late Deliveries

Vetsource.com is a website that sells pet medications and other pet-related products. While the people who work there are generally nice, their pharmacy department is the worst. They are condescending and rude, which can be frustrating when you are trying to get help for your pet.

One of the biggest issues with Vetsource.com is their convenient mail service. If you need something delivered on a monthly basis for your pet, it is best to pass on this service. Every month, they have been late with my flea and tick medication, which needs to be taken on time every month. This can be frustrating and stressful, as you want to make sure your pet is protected from these pests.

Recently, my vet had to stop my puppy's medication because it wasn't working and prescribed a new brand. When the mailer from Vetsource.com arrived (late, as usual), it was unopened. I contacted Vetsource.com to request a refund, but was told I had to speak to their pharmacy. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I was finally connected to someone who told me they could not give me a refund. I explained that the medication was late and that I would not be using it moving forward, but the animal pharmacist said they never give money back. I was frustrated and angry, and called my vet to complain.

My vet told me that they are moving away from Vetsource.com because they consistently receive bad feedback from their patients about their customer service. They also informed me that Vetsource.com does give refunds, but they require a vet authorization. The pharmacist conveniently "forgot" to mention this to me, which makes me think they don't want to give any money back.

Overall, I would recommend avoiding Vetsource.com. There are many other places to get your pet's medications that have better customer service and are more reliable. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Vetsource Disappointing Experience with Vetsource: Unopened Prescription Product Not Accepted for Return and Delayed Shipping

I recently ordered some Frontline and prescription food for my furry friend from Vetsource. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and accidentally ordered Frontline Plus instead of Frontline Gold. When I received my package, I realized my mistake and called Vetsource the next day to see if I could return the unopened product. To my surprise, the lady on the phone told me that they couldn't accept any prescription products back, even if they were unopened. I was shocked because Frontline Plus is sold in stores and doesn't require a prescription. I just wanted to exchange it for the correct product and pay the difference in price, but Vetsource wouldn't budge. It felt like a scam to me.

To make matters worse, my pup's prescription food still hasn't shipped, even though I placed the order on July 12th, 2022. I selected the autoship option, but now I'm going to cancel it and go back to my previous provider. Changing a dog's food needs to be done gradually, and my pup's food is a specific type, so I can't just switch it up on a whim.

Overall, I don't recommend ordering from Vetsource. If they won't even accept an unopened product back just because it's a prescription item, then what kind of company are they? The lady on the phone didn't even offer me a coupon or anything, just told me to place another order for the correct product. But why should I have to pay twice for their mistake? It's not worth it.

Vetsource Go to a different site for your pet meds-

The vetsource.com people are nice their pharmacy department are the WORST

-They are condescending
-They are rude

If you have anything delivered that you need on a monthly basis for your pet-pass on their convient mail service. Every month so far they have been late- on flea and tick medication that pretty much needs to be taken on-time monthly.

My Vet had to stop my puppy meds because they weren't working-and prescribe her a new brand. The mailer (that was late) was unopened. So the Vetsource.com side stated that I had to speak to their pharmacy for a refund. I waited and waited... I was 8th in line (and waiting over 10 minutes) and then when I was 1st in the queue the phone hung up... So I had to call back again and wait in the queue yet again. When I finally reached the pharmacy-she stated that they could not give me the return-I explained to them that it was late and that also it will not be the prescription moving forward. The Animal Pharmacist stated that they did not ever give money back... but I could call my vet back and maybe they could do something for me.

I called my vet fuming mad (they work with vet source.com), the people at my vet are awesome... and they let me know the woman lied to me they do give refunds but they need a vet authorization... the vetsource.com pharmacist conveniently "forgot" to mention that. I am sure they do not share that because they do not want to give any money back...

My vet said they are moving away from vetsource.com because they are consistently having bad feedback from their patients about vetsource.com "customer service".

AVOID this place... there are so many better places to get your pet meds.

don't recommend Vetsource at all. I tried to order something from them on February 2nd, but it's already February 28th and I still haven't received my product. Their customer service is terrible and I'm really disappointed. I suggest using Petco instead.

So, I ordered something from Vetsource and it took a bit longer than I expected to arrive. I was pretty bummed about that, but I figured it happens sometimes. Vetsource Stay Away from Vetsource: A Disappointing Experience with Their Customer Service

from Vetsource (vetsource.com) if you want to save yourself from a lot of trouble.

Let me tell you about my experience with Vetsource. I made an order and then realized that I needed to cancel it. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I would be charged for the order even if I cancelled it. I was shocked! I thought that was unfair, but they didn't care. They shipped the order to me anyway and told me that it was too bad.

I was so disappointed with their service. I wouldn't recommend Vetsource to anyone. They are a horrible company that doesn't care about their customers. They just want to make money and don't care about the consequences.

If you want to avoid a headache, stay away from Vetsource. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and care about their customers. Don't waste your time or money with Vetsource.

I tried to order some pet medication from Vetsource, but it was a bit of a hassle. I placed my order with a prescription from my vet on the first day, but it didn't seem to go through. Vetsource Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Vetsource for Pet Prescriptions

So, I was using Vetsource for my pet's prescriptions, but they suddenly canceled one of the three prescriptions without any explanation. When I tried to reach out to their customer service, they were very unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my issue. I even wasted two different lunch hours trying to fix the problem, but got 0 results. It was so frustrating that I decided to cancel my auto ship and now I'll just drive to my vet to get the prescriptions. It's a shame because I thought Vetsource would be a convenient option, but their lack of customer service and communication has made me look elsewhere.

Vetsource Warning: Avoid This Company - Overpriced and Unreliable Pet Supplies

This company is not worth your time or money. They charge too much and won't give you your money back. They just want to make money off of you and then laugh when you have to return items to your vet. It's not convenient at all and it's a waste of time. You should go to Chewy or Pet Meds or anywhere else instead of using this company.

Vetsource Vetsource: A Scam or Legit? My Experience Revealed

I gotta say, my wife and I used Vetsource on the recommendation of our vet. At first, we were pretty impressed with the site - it seemed legit and all. But then we started poking around and found out that Vetsource is basically just a big ol' scam. It's like, they're trying to strong-arm vets into using their service, and then they turn around and charge pet owners way more than they should for meds and stuff. It's just not right, you know?

It's a shame, really. It seems like so much of the business world these days is just about making a quick buck, no matter who gets hurt in the process. That's why I'm really grateful for sites like Sitejabber. They're a real breath of fresh air in a world that can be pretty shady sometimes. So yeah, two thumbs up from us for Sitejabber. Keep up the good work, guys!
