poor customer service
I would like to complaint of the bad service and attitude the Manager named Louis showed to me. I am a current costumer that spends lots of money at the store. The store is located at Jersey Garden Mall in Elizabeth NJ. I was at the store today with my 2 young daughters when I found two sports bras at the last call bin priced at $2.99. I spent a lot of time checking that bin and I even asked the manager if that bra was $2.99? She answered yes. Everything in that bin is $2.99. I only choose 2 bras, so after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, the cashier scanned the bras and told me that they were marked $9.99, and I tried to explained that I asked her manager and that she agreed. But when the manager was called at the register to approve the price. She completely changed her friendly attitude, she said that somebody put bras in there, that only the bras with the stickers that says last item were $2.99. She never mention that to me. She even started raising her voice saying, Well I can't give that bra to you for that price, I can get in trouble for that. And I was like, really? I worked at retail store and I know how that works. I didn't like the way she talked to me in front of my daughters, like I was the person who put the bra in that area so that I can get that sale. Even the cashier came to check the bin where I got the $2.99 bras, and she saw many other similar sport bras. I understand that sometimes people misplace items, but the way the manager handled the problem wasn't right. I love VS and I would really like for someone to talk to her and show her that what she did was wrong. She has to go back to training. I hope this complaint reaches her. Because I told her I was going to complaint. Thank you.

I am writing to strongly encourage Victoria's secret to bring back their older styles and products. I used to love shopping at Victoria's secret, however, the products and quality have gotten worse. I have purchased 3 pairs of laced panties that ripped after the first wear. I am disappointed about the swimwear selection and the fact that the stores have stopped selling the unique variety they used to have. I am also disappointed that they stopped selling yoga pants. I have seen one pair in stores and they are plain black and not fun and unique like they used to be. I also don't believe in Victoria's secret merging to be an active wear store. It is known for their bras, panties, and swimwear (which doesn't really exist anymore.) I can get active pants from anywhere else, but not the same quality swimwear or yoga pants. Overall, I don't find myself shopping at the store very much anymore. And I'm disappointed with almost every purchase. bring back the old styles!
poor store upkeep
I was visiting Chicago and went into your store on Michigan avenue. Upstairs in the pink store there were large white trash bags filled with clothing scattered on the floor in front of items we could get to. Due to the presentation of the store with trash bags I didn't feel comfortable purchasing any items and I am a Victoria secret card holder. 1st impressions and presentation mean a lot when you are purchasing items and what I observed saddened me that you all would present your store to customers in such a manner. I have attached a picture so you can see how you present your items and store to customers.
manager needs customer service skills
Hi, I normally LOVE your products, but I had a bra tear beyond repair after only 2 months of wear. I can wear one for up to 3-4 years easily. I took it into the nearest store (Orange Park, FL on 3/1/18) and spoke with the manager, explaining what was wrong. Even though she wasn't rude, she was very unwilling to help AT ALL. She never once explained what the return policies were, as I didn't know them at the time. She said since I didn't have a receipt and it was wear and tear, she couldn't exchange it or give me any kind of refund. I said, " So i just waisted $25 on this bra?" And she replied, " Pretty much. At least you got a few wears out of it." That was it. ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP! I walked out and immediately called customer service who gladly explained the return policies and issued me a $15 credit. That manager seriously needs some customer service training because she stinks at it!
underwear
I had come in and purchased underwear for Christmas, for myslef and my daughter.I bought 20 pairs. Now, i normally have no issue, so, i took my tags off and wore as I wanted...well about 4 pair now have fallen apart, strings started hanging and seems coming undone. .I suppose I should have brought them in, but i threw them away, frustrated! I am a pretty unhappy with this! I don't normally but that many, to be honest, But, I figured for the orice, they should not be falling apart!
discrimination of customer
I have tried several times to get a hold of someone to file my complaint. This has become a serious issue. I have been mistreated in more ways than one.
I was in a Victoria Secret store a couple weeks ago. I shop at Victoria secret twice a year. I am in love with everything you sell. But affordable, it is not often.
I was at your Great Northern location, I was in the store for about an hour. Not one person asked me if I needed help, nor if I needed anything. But several younger girls around were asked. Then after trying on a few items I checked out. I always spent over $100.00. This way I will get the, over $75 offer. I asked the employee, very young girl, about the featured bag for purchases over $75., She informed me there were none left. I asked if something could be put in place of this bag. She looked at me with discuss and said "no, why would I think that?" Her exact words! Then the girl behind me, surely they knew eachother. When the cashier rung her items up, she made a $78 purchase. The employee then handed the customer a bag, the weekend bag that I asked about. I asked the cashier, I thought you were out and her response being, I had found one. I said 2 minutes later? I was sent away empty handed and mistreated to the fullest. I need a answer for these actions of your employee and why I was treated with such disrespect and discriminated against!?
tee shirt bra and panties
Good afternoon,
My complaint is in regards to a black 42D black tee shirt bra and the panties that I purchased 5/$28. First off, I bought the bra shortly before Christmas and yesterday the underwire snapped in two! I was in awe since I've only worn this bra a handful of times. Second, is the panties, 3 of the 5 now have holes in the side seam from my thumb going right through it. Astonished, I had asked some friends who also wear VS panties if they had an issue, not telling them my problem, and they said they've had the same problem.. I am so unhappy with my purchases. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years and I think I will be turning my purchases over to a different company. The store informed me that there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I am not willing to spend money on your product if there is no longevity. I am just so disappointed in the materials and the manufacturing. It breaks my heart. Thank you for listening.

Is it possible you're wearing the garments a little too tight? Some ladies have never been properly fit and it's absolutely recommended you do so. You should not experience bulging on the side and comfortably fit two fingers between any straps.

Has the fitting been recently, say within the last six months? Some of us have weight issues which fluctuate more dramatically, and our body styles change with it. Experts agree that professional fittings should occur regularly -- a minimum of every two years -- to ensure the proper fit.
The cleaning of garments is also equally important. Any bra with underwire support should only be cleaned using a gentle, hand wash only. Allow the bra to air dry. Additional heat should never be applied.

Please forgive me if I've offended you. It is not intentional. The intent was only to determine exactly why the problems were happening. Please understand that many, many wonderful laddies purchase Victoria Secret products every day and do not have the issues you're speaking of. The purpose is not to place blame, but determine why you might be having the problem, while so many others are not.
You are correct in believing that Victoria Secret products, along with most other under garments, should last longer than you've experienced. I/We would enjoy the opportunity to assist you.

My daughter visited your store in Westfield Stratford shopping centre just last weekend. When she arrived she was automatically followed into the store by the security guard who continued to follow her throughout her visit to the store. Once she had finished looking, she went to leave and was stopped and searched for no reason! She had not stolen anything but was accused over and over with the security guard, (a white male) saying "just give me what you took". She was humiliated! Infront of the whole store she was accused and searched and inside her bags she had person female items which he pulled out whilst searching! We do believe this is a problem of race and age since my daughter is a black teen. She was discriminated against just because of these qualities. Your store is a joke and I will be taking this further and creating more awareness if the issue isn't solved. Thankyou.

Victoria secret products are Very poorly made. I spend way too much money in this store. 4 of my bras are broke and it hasn't even been a year since I had them . I was a very loyal customer but now I absolutely hate this store it's the worse especially since they are very expensive but their stuff is low quality! You guys lost a loyal customer! I have tried on line ordering for 2 months. once for Christmas items and again afew hours ago. Both times not haf any of offers applied. Tried correcting problems theu on line and in store..Thought about jyst returning items but last month they were Christmas gifts! I am thinking of not keeping cards or just not ordering oon line period! I was at the Boynton beach mall where I approached a sales member for help, I explained i really only loved VS bras they were the best and needed some help seeing as I hadn't bought one in awhile. She measured me and immediately looked me in the eye and rudely said "well we don't carry ...your size anymore". I explained i understood i was a lil heavier but I bought my bras multiple times before there. She cut me off and directed me to lane Bryant which is the fat store i was so embarrassed. 2 weeks later I went to a different store and not only did I find bras in my size, but I found out online they run much larger than I even need! I don't want this to happen to some one else.

I ordered victoria's secret online for my niece. Then I checked my email to see that the order went through. The order was wrong. They put the billing address the same as the shipping address. It's said if there's any problems with my order call the 800 number. So I did. The recording said we are not excepting calls at this time. So I went on there chat and that's not working. So I email them and that came back a failed email. So I searched for another email. That email went through but came back with an automated response. Which is useless. It took two days to get someone to answer the phone. I finally got through. The lady was very nice. She changed the address to the right shipping address, note that she already had and confirmed the address with me. Then told me that everything was taken care of. That was a relief. My niece is in collage and it needed to get to her while she was home for the holidays or she wouldn't get it anytime soon. Well, I come home from work today to find her present was sent to my house anyway. I truly think the only reason they sent it to my house is because I didn't buy a gift box from them for $6.00. You know the same gift box they will give you for free in the store. So because I didn't buy the box they didn't consider it a gift intern sent it to me as if I got myself something. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Now, i'm stuck spending more money to try to ship it myself to my niece and hope that I can get it to her before she goes back to collage after the holidays. Does victoria's secret care about the me having to spend extra money because of there screw ups. No they don't give a [censor] at all. I will never have anything good to say about that company. They make to much money on there over priced stuff to not be able to take care of their customers. Never again. I truly never get pissed off. I am the most mellowest person you could meet. But this company has managed to piss me off to the highest degree.
waiting for 2 hrs. for bra and panties not available
Went to victorias secret store in bakersfield, ca at the valley plaza mall in the evening dec.21 around 7 pm. I waited for 2 hrs. To find out that the bra and panties i wanted were not available online. I had to have my husband help me find items due to store associates lack of caring.when I went to purchase other items, I wanted to order items online& the associates could not figure out colors, so I gave up. They also forgot to take off the security tag, so now I have to go back😞.One associate laughed & thought it was funny that they could not find the items.I purchased many items & still do, but I feel like I was ignored& treated badly.

My name is Renee Pena, and I was just in your store last night on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 buying a few more Christmas gifts. I had been in the store since about 6:30 p.m. and while shopping and already knowing ahead of time what I was going in to get, it didn't take me long to get in line. So, the rest of my time there was mostly standing in line. I checked out at 7:48 p.m. I know it's Christmas time and the lines are going to be long. I'm not complaining about that! However, when I walked in I knew it felt warm and well I thought okay it's pretty crowded. Well then I continued to pick out exactly what I wanted for my gifts and I start noticing box fans plugged in throughout the entire store. Okay! So, I get in line to wait my turn and I have to say the entire time I was in line I watched your employees, and they were busy moving around, helping customers on the floor, and cashing customers out. They were hot and sweating but the entire time I was there, they worked hard and did it all with a smile! I know and could tell they were miserable having to work under those conditions, but I want them to know they were doing their very BEST! I was miserable just standing in line for the length of time that I was there. So, my complaint is not at all towards the employees at this store I was at, but it's to however is over providing maintenance for Victoria Secret. The employees had said, to me that "this had been an on going issue for about a month now and that they had complained and no one yet had still been to that store location to fix this issue". So my suggestion to the higher ups at Vitoria Secret is to get this problem fixed as soon as possible. You have very good and sweet employees working for you there and they definitely do not deserve to have to work in this environment! You also have customers going and shopping there that could easily take their money anywhere else to shop. No one wants to shop in a store that is as hot of a store as it was there last night!
I truly hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible!

not what they used to be...
Victoria's Secret is a trash, believe it or not. It used to be great before, I know what I am talking about because I have been with them for over fifteen years and used to order pretty often from them. I don't know what exactly has changed, but each received order looks worse than the previous one. I mean the quality became worse and it's very disappointing to their loyal customer like me. Fortunately, there are always a lot of alternatives, it's just sad that VS is not what it used to be...
undelivered order and failure to deliver
I have placed two orders during the month of November, they were duplicated and both orders were cancelled by yourself, I was supported on chat line to get me through the sale, even though it went through it then duplicated and then I get email cancelling order, it carries on, because my daughter had similar issues last year I know there is an issue with your website. I gets lots of marketing from your company and that it is not where I shop my daughters match the demographics and I want to buy them items for Christmas. I tried again on 27/11 and this time my order went through, I tried to track the order and it said it was stuck in Belgium, I contacted you again and was advised the shipment was lost/damaged and that I could have a refund or replacement - I want the products so said replace item, I then get another email advising replacement items on the way - great - when i check its the order that I received last Christmas, 12 whole months ago? I advised by email again, [please track my email coverage and see the communications] I have just had a reply which now says items out of stock and i will be refunded - I don't want a refund I want a replacement product for what I ordered, these items are for my daughters, I have spent hours trying to sort these items and previous items, I am beyond words to express my disgust and annoyance, you are very polite in your reply's but totally useless in delivering to expectation, I just want my items or similar items to what I have ordered, my latest reference number is [protected], please supply me these or replacement products in type and style. Very upset with the costumer service I have received with my last order. First order that I made: [protected] ended up getting lost somewhere in Nevada never made it to me in WA. After calling VS 4 different times, each time taking an hour of my time I finally got another order shipped to me through a costumer service supervisor. Because of so much hastle she had promised me a $20 gift card that would be emailed to me within 3 days. It has now been a week, I called in to see what was going on and the customer service girl I was talking too just ended the call. I was on hold for another 30 minutes before I got to her. I am sooo disappointed with this whole VS experience. Never in my life have I had such a difficult and poor customer experience. I used to shop at VS a lot, but this will stop due to the service I have gotten. This took up so much of my time, and energy and I didn't get compensated in any way for all this that was not my mistake. Maybe use a better shipping company? Train people to actually read notes in my record? Did not expect this from VS.

I placed an order and it didn't apply my coupon. I called and was on hold for a half hour waiting so I started the online chat. The representative said she applied my coupon and have a nice day. U received an email saying my order was cancelled per my request. I called and again the hold time was long so I chatted. The representative said it was cancelled per customer request. I told her to check the comments. She did n said she apologized and for me to place the order and she'll apply the coupon. I said ok one moment. I placed my order and went back to her and saw her response asking was I still there and then she said she answered all of my questions and have a nice day. I chatted again and received another rep (hold times to call were still outrageous)explained it all again. She said place an order and she'll apply the code. I placed the order and she said she applied the code. Ok and have a nice day. I checked and the order said payment couldn't be authorized. I called and waited an hour to talk to someone who said I was over my credit limit and I said that's impossible he read off my recent orders I told him I had a cancelled order he said he saw that but the ones hues reading to me are complete orders. I ordered about 5-6 orders in the last few days so I figured he was right. I asked if I could change my payment method and he said I had to speak to ordering. I was transferred and was on hold for 40 minutes. While holding I thought it might be easier to make the payment on my card to have the extra credit so they can just resubmit. I did that n while holding was rechecking my orders and realized he was wrong and was giving me the cancelled order as if it was complete. I quickly cancelled my credit card payment and a rep came on. I explained I needed this order to go through and she said she has to give me back to the credit card dept to adjust my credit card because the cancelled order took my credit. I got a rep in that dept again I explained everything AGAIN and he adjusted the credit and had to send me back to the order dept to send the order back through. Holden for atleast 40 minutes again and finally everything was processed. Hours of my day wasted. Got nothing done n was babysitting my granddaughter and had to quality time with her. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. Right before I wrote this. I was looking through my orders from last week. I also had a problem last week. I placed an order and my coupon didnt take. They applied my coupon n order went through. I received my email regarding 2 orders that processed. realized an order went through that shouldn't have. I called to cancel was on hold forever so it was too late to cancel. I was told I'd have to return the order minus shipping. It wasn't my fault. Well I'm thinking about just keeping it. I just went to look to see if I should just keep it. And the pricing is incorrect! The panties were supposed to be 10 for $35!
I'm sorry to hear about all of the issues you experienced. Did you give them a little time in between chats and calls to place/cancel your orders? Their system might not update right away which would cause other representatives to try and make the same alterations to your orders at the same time.

So I've ordered an item in November through Victoria secret eshop website & it crashed but took the money, had to go through customer service and I was just being jump from one line to another explaining the same [censor] over and over again & was told it will be resolved. Never did. That got resolved by MY BANK who reversed the payment & still never heard from Victoria secret. That was the first strick, then I though no worries it happens. Then I though let me order some lipstick on there as they were cheaper online. WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS!
Firstly when I got the confirmation email for my items two of them was wrong which I never choose, so they cancelled the two. Then a week later, I get an email saying the delivery wasn't successful as nobody was there to pick it up so please email us back so we can re-deliver it. I was at home all day!
Today which is 4days later I get another email saying we apologise but we retrieve the item and it's at MR PATELS SHOP! What the actual [censor]!
The postcode given was 30mins drive from mine, I drove there & I was told no package came for me. Called customer service and spoke to this American dude who sent a replacement order. Now I have to wait 16days. These people are so bloody stupid. They make stupid people look smart whoever founded Victoria secret clearly didn't think this through... What an utter disappointment that is! Supervisors are useless, why employ one that clearly does not know anything about what he's job role is!
