I have been on the phone with customer service reps and a manager named Molly for over an hour. I placed an order online, the next I checked my email and it stated there was problems authenticating my order and VS will keep attempting up 7 days. I called in and the problem was simply my old card was on file. The rep updated my card and told me everything was fine. I got an email confirmation that my order was delivered today and the price was an $100.00 different from when I placed my order. Upon returning home this evening from work, I immediately called in and this is where the problems really began. The first rep was very quick to hear my problem and called in to an manager for assistance and came back telling me that is was nothing he could do but discount one bra back to the sale price. His manager informed him from the day I placed the order and the next day when I called in the sale was off. So me explaining my frustration, he starts addressing me not by name, but calling me Hun. I just told him I will call back and speak to another rep. I called back and the rep fully understood the problem and called to get an manager to override the problem. She comes back on the phone saying the manager wouldn't do it and she tried to explain to her also. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. Her name was Molly and she simply told me she was the same manager that denied the first transaction when I spoke the first rep. She told me to read the fine print, she didn't have to price match anything, she also lied and said every time I called it would be her because she was the only manager on duty. She is very incompetent about her job, unprofessional, rude and a lair! My email clearly states "VS will attempt to process my order 7 days from the initial date of purchase" and I called in the very next day! However with the third approach I spoke with a manager name Kristen, very sweet, professional and apologetic to the situation! She immediately fix the problem and thank me for service! Molly needs to be coached and needs another customer service assessment test because her skills are terrible!

I was shopping at VS at the deer brook mall location. As I was waiting to check out, I noticed how long the line was (10 people) with only one cashier checking out. I asked an employee standing on the floor were there any more employees to check out, with rude tone to her reply she stated "NO" so I said do you not see how many customers are standing in line so she said she would get the manager. Once the manager came out (Hispanic heavy set lady) she rudely said that she was short of staff, so I said there are a lot of your staff on the floor so how are you short staff? She stated well I need them all on the floor and if you want to make a complaint she would give me the contact info with her name. The approach she gave me was rude and unprofessional, I never asked for her information nor did I mention anything about a complaint...I felt like she did not care about the situation at hand nor the long line of annoyed customers waiting to check out. I also notice there was another employee behind the register, but was on a personal call. Over all my shopping experience there was unpleasant and as a manager in her role, she should have open another register to help out the one cashier checking out, but she didn't care and walked away to the back where I assume was the employees breakroom. I feel like that entire staff including the manager need to attend a customer service class. Everyone there was very unfriendly and not helpful.

I bought a bra at Victoria secret store at Arcadia mall on 07/04/2018. I went back home and excitedly cut the tag and tried it on. I was going to wash it before so I can wear it. Before I went to bed, I went check the victoria secret official website. I was so shocked to see the bra that I bought for the original price $59 was selling online for $35. so I bought the same bra online and went back to the store to return the bra on 07/15/2018. I went to the store to return the bra on the following day. There was a long line and it was frustrated that I just bought yesterday and had to return it for the price difference. however, it was shocking to me because I was told by the cashier that I can only have store credit. she was accusing me that I brought a different bra in exchange for higher credit( i presented the receipt from yesterday already). I took one of the bras that have the same style than i bought from yesterday to show her. she was telling me that online price and instore are different. hello! lady! I showed you the receipt that I literally just bought it yesterday for $59. and your guys still have the same style in the store. I went talk to the manager in the victoria secret store Arcadia mall. she did not even care and told me to stop talking so she will refund to me. I had a huge fight with the manager because she was rude and the cashier was accusing me bring a cheap bra in exchange for higher credit. That was the literally the worst shopping experience of my life. And I work for the service field as well. I do not understand how victoria secret runs their business with such a big price difference for in-store and online. why would I waste my time to stand in line and got yelled at the manager from Victoria secret store instead of taking my time to pick the item that I want online? seizure of my perfume bought in transit vs departure area auckland international airport
In transit at the airport of Auckland I bought my flavor Angel Gold in your store Victoria's Secret duty-free. The seller asked for my flight number to be able to purchase and I left taking my plane. In the arrival to Sydney the customs officers seized my perfume because I did not have the bag plastic duty-free.
I gave them my ticket of purchase to prove them that I had just bought in transit my flavor, they wanted nothing to know and kept me my flavor by telling me that the seller would have had to give me a plastic bag of duty-free to be able to clear through customs the flavor.
It is inaceptable that I am penalized by my purchase because the seller did not make its work of seller of duty-free. There are very precise rules under transit which the sellers have to know and necessarily know ... It can be an oversight (?!) but I cannot undergo this error.

Hello, I was in Vancouver in March -April 2018 and over the course of a few days purchased quite a few of your lovely bra's and pants. One of the bra's I purchased is an every day bra, very practical and comfortable (in black). Since returning home to Edinburgh, Scotland I have worn this bra a good few times and perhaps washed it 10 times since. About a month ago the fabric started coming away from the support of the bra, the fasten at the back has half fallen off and the wire from under my left cup has burst through and is now unwearable. I'm pretty disappointed in this product and feel annoyed to have spent around 50GBP on this bra and felt it necessary to write to you.

I recently made a rather size-able order with yourselves. Picture attached... with order number on.
After wearing one of the items off that order and washing only once it has ripped.very surprised about this as I've only worn them once.
Not too happy as I have spent such a lot of money on your products in the last month.. did not expect any faults with items that are as pricey as yours.
I purchased 5 t-shirt bras at $36 each, with in the second month, one of the underwires broke, with in a 6 month span, all 5 bras had the underwires brake. I will not buy VS products again.

Went to Victoria Secret in Brookfield Square. Purchased a lot went shopping 4 times at that location because of the big sale. I had to go back several different times because security piece was left on. I had to make a couple of trips. The Manager Andra gave me a 20 percent off discount because of the Inconvenience . I requested. I purchased more items on my way out the alarm went off had to go back in the cashier forgot to take it off again. So I went home another item had another security piece on had to go back again to have it removed with my receipt. Manager was very rude act like it was my fault. The cashiers can't even do their job and make sure the security piece is off. Then the manager has a attitude trust me I am not shopping at that location ever again I am a gold card holder.

So yesterday I took my teenager to Victoria secret to by a bra and other items. We walked into the pink counter and the over weight lady wearing a pink shirt saw us and left the counter the other lady was very nice and helped us with a fitting even though they were getting busy. We got our items and stood in line. The same lady helped us and gave us a coupon. The line was long and she was asking for help with no one coming. So leaving the same rude employee was infront of us I said excuse me multiple times and she looked back and stood there and bumped into me which I responded girl. And left. This makes me not want to shop here again. Especially after what happen to the lady who was bring a bra back that had a Sensor left and was handcuff . Is this how your employees treat people? And yes I am black and my daughter is mix.
The look that employee gave was like why are you hear. Doesn't matter I wont be back.

Your Bra's are pricey, which I don't usually mind paying for. I buy them for my daughter as well as myself, however the last few times I have been there I am just so disappointed by my experience there, the staff are stalking you all the time, (almost like they are watching to see if you will steal, it's appalling) they never measure you unless you ask and then they seem annoyed, the bra's are always missing straps and the stores never have the larger sizes. Besides all of that the quality of the material itself has been more then disappointing. I use to never have issues with the wires poking through or the material wearing and tearing so easily. I'm just beyond disappointed and as much as I love the styles there, I just can't spend my hard earned money there. The saddest part is my 15 year old loves Pink, and she is just so over the prices and the material. The colors of the clothes run, the tights fade after one wash, and the hoodies/sweaters shrink. Sorry but not sorry to say you have lost two costumers.

The manager at victoria secret is very rude at Queensbay Mall Penang. How can she treat the custmer rudely. Raise the voice infront of other customer to embrssed me. satin lip gloss
I've been buying satin lip gloss for about 8 years, it's the only lip gloss I can wear that doesn't give me a allergic reaction. I don't know what you all changed in the formula but now the gloss is useless, I shouldn't have to reapply my lip gloss every 20 minutes because its so thin. This gloss is too expensive to be so watered down. When I first started buying it, it was 5 for $20; now its 4 for $28 or $10 a piece if not on sale. Its mainly the new flavors recently that feels watered down, so I went online last week to order 2 of the 5 pack of discontinued lip gloss at $25 a pack hoping its the old formula. Received my package yesterday, haven't opened it yet but if I try one of the lip glosses and it's not as thick as it use to be, I'll definitely be returning them and shopping elsewhere for lip gloss.

I was just informed about charges that are being charged to my card with out my permission . I never signed up or gave anyone permission to charge fees to my Victoria Secret. I was wondering why my balance never went down very much and called the company they explained to me about the charges that a third party company named account assure was adding to my card. I don't even use this credit card often and believe i should only have left to pay about $300. They said i would have to contact you to get all my money reimbursed. On may12 (sat) I was at your elizabethtown ky store, I was shopping for myself, as well as a gift for a friend. I roughly spent 370.00 dollars, now I don't have a lot of money, and I work very hard as a hotel guest service cleaning rooms. I saved this money for a while to be able to get the items I did. I have medical issues that cause a jerk to my nerves and I heard the young lady's. Who work there talking loufly that I had to be on drugs and watch me I probably steal. I politely ignored the comments but I do think that was awful and ill not spend my hard earned money at your place of business any longer. Tell your employees. don't judge a book by its cover.

I would like to notify you of very rude service I received at the Victoria Secret store located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada). This store is located in the Midtown Shopping Plaza. I visited the store yesterday (Wednesday, May 9th). When I first stepped into the store, I was approached by an associate. She spoke in a very very quiet voice. I couldn't even hear what she said as I took my first steps into the store. When I said "Pardon?" "I couldn't hear you"... she said again, very quickly.. "have you found everything your looking for?" I then said, well no... I just walked in to the store. She then turned around and walked away. I then continued to look around. Found two items I needed to try on. I went to the change rooms. No one was there. I waited for about 5 minutes when my partner went to find someone. He found two associates standing together on Ipads (?) They rudely told him we need to push a button and someone will come. After this, I went to look at some other items and asked what the price to an associate standing right at the display I was at (panties). She didn't greet me, looked at me with zero desire to help me or ask if I even needed help. I asked her a question as to how many panties need to be purchased for the price. She looked at me very abruptly and said 5 for $35 and looked away from me. So from this point, I had had enough. I walked out the store. I have never been treated so rudely in this store. I am disappointed and upset for the way I was treated. I don't know if I will step foot in this store again. I don't know where customer service went. It seems these younger associates truly don't care. Maybe if your their age, they might show some interest in you. I am a 48 year old professional and don't desire to shop in an environment like this. Some further training to these associates needs to happen in customer care. This type of treatment is going to turn away alot of potential customers.

My complaint is about the floor model bra I listed above ( not sure if the code I see on my receipt is helping you identify the item). At the same time I would like to bring your attention to the lack of quality service offered to Victoria Secret customers visiting the Fairview store in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. First, I felt rushed to make a decision about the type of bras I would like to try on. Secondly, when asking for a second type of bras, they showed me a drawer with a few items - I couldn't believe the scarcity of items to choose from. I finally chose one of the 4 bras I tried on and was given the floor model that had lipstick on. I asked for a new one, they looked and came back telling me there is none left. I asked for a discount and was told that they do not offer any. The girl cleaned it a bit, however what I know is that I purchased a used bra for $73.83.
Even if the name Victoria Secret has been a great place for me and my teenage daughters at the beginning, we are becoming more and more unpleasantly impressed with the quality of service offered at our local store.

I have fallen behind on payments due to unemployment for the last 2-3 months I receive at least 5-6 phone calls from the company and when I finally answered the lady on the phone did not directly state who she was over the phone instead she proceeded to ask me 3 times if I was the person whom she was speaking to. Highly unprofessional. And as I told her I am fully aware I have fallen behind on my payments she was persistent as to telling me when I need to give money to pay a minimum. If I tell you I need time, I need time. I do not appreciate this as it has been borderling harassment. Had I known taking a credit card out for a retail company who specializes in bras and underwear was going to cause this much of an issue, I would have never done it.

My friend and I experience in your Ventura/Pacfic View mall store. We were shopping for new bras and had terrible moment at your store. We decided to try bras on and were taken to dressing area and told to push the buttons for service and were left there. We had to redress go and get more product for ourselves and then went back to retry our items our dressing and the dressing room doors were locked with our names on the door. We then had to go look for a associate and they were all on their CELL PHONES...UGH...We immediately left and went to Macy's! What type of example of customer service was this. The Sales/Associate had to problem helping us at Macy's and had more than one customer. Someone needs to retrain these lady's at Victoria's the true meaning or work ethic with customer service.
