Victra / Diamond Wireless review: Upgrade

Went to Victra Wireless 2401 W Central in El Dorado, KS on Sept 12th 2023. I went in to discuss ways to lower my monthly bill. The sales person, Nicholas H stated by removing the hot spot feature off each line, I would save $18/mo. He then stated that by updating one of my phone lines which had an older model phone, that I would receive an $800 credit and could get the new Samsung Galaxy S23 for on.27 cents per month. After a few days, Verizon updated my bill and it went up $100/mo. I called the Victra office to ask about this and was told that it takes over a week for the changes to show up in Verizon's system. After trying to get a total of what my new bill would be, I called Verizon. I was told that by changing my plan, to save the $18/mo I was only allowed a trade in value of $8 instead of $800. It had been over Victra's 7 day return policy. So this tech I went to increased my bill $100/mo rather than saving me anything. I will tell as many people as possible not to use this location for anything.
