VillageMD review: Village medical at avalon park/east colonial drive - felicia 1

This office is the absolute worst medical team I have ever seen in my 69 years! They like to run tests and have you in for many office visits but are absolutely unavailable after that. They can't write a referral correctly. Felicia has to look up everything in a book and Roshad Patel writes things in patients files that are not true. I was lied to about calls being routed to outside office. I found that Dr. Patel wrote in my file that I was depressed and that has never ever been true! Changed to Felicia Desani and it went further downhill. They wrote 2 referrals for me and I had to chase them to try to get corrected. Showing up at their office and waiting to be sure it got done. Second referral was wrong and I have been trying for over a week to get it done right. My right hip is in horrible pain. I was told last week that a request was marked urgent and she would call me. That was 6 days ago and still nothing. I have called daily to this number that is routed to who knows where and been lied to repeatedly about it being taken care of. Not one of them ever tried to call me and I am still waiting to get referral to see a n orthopedic doctor. they wrote it for physical therapy and are too lazy to correct it. they don't make money off that! I sent a message to have all my records put together so I can pick up and find a real doctor. Yesterday when I called the routed number I was told it can take 5 to 7 business days to get a call back! After waiting a week! This is a flim flam operation with unprofessional people working there. They need to be shut down. They have no feelings about patients. Just getting those insurance dollars.
