I have placed 2 orders through this company.

After placing the 1st one i placed a 2nd as i was so excited based on the images on their site.

1st delivery - 1/2 the order was correct, the rest was honestly CRAP

2nd delivery - not a SINGLE item was right

I have tried contacting VINLADY on multple occassions and have received NO response. I have sent photos of the CRAP i received and the service support couldn't even be bothered to email me back.

DO NOT BUY or WASTE YOUR MONEY on this disgraceful buisness

I never received the dress. I've sent several request for updates and was told it was waiting to be shipped. Still nothing. I sent another request yesterday and I'm waiting for a response. It is order # MS00046763 for Active

On the 08/09 /2023I recieved a package with,

C34-05-6. I have sent several emails and they have not answered any of them.

Could you please advise me what to do as it is a lot of money to me.

On 30th May I ordered 3 dresses from Vinlady for which I paid US$97.47.

I received a confirmation email and order number - MS00035516.

I have bought from Vinlady in the past and have not had any issues.

With this purchase, week after week went by and no delivery. I sent 5 emails requesting information on my purchase. I received one reply, asking me to be patient.

I sent my last email request on the 16th August and the email was returned as undeliverable!

Although the website is still online, you cannot log into it at all!

The total I paid in USD converts to approximately NZD 185.00 which is a substantial amount for me.

June 20th I ordered a plain black Victorian dress from Vinlady. My total cost was $49.64, with shipping. On their page it said that they took PayPal, but when I went to pay, they actually did not. I bought it anyway. They sent me an email saying my item had shipped, so I waited.

I contacted them in mid-July after a strange package containing a tank top appeared. They asked me to take it out of the package and take photos and send them, which I did, and have now spent many days emailing them back and forth, trying to get a return address label, a refund, or the dress I ordered. They have hemmed and hawed, saying that they will bring up the error to the company that makes them, have offered to refund me 8 dollars and for me to keep the tank top, then have offered me a refund of 15 and to keep it, but I told them I do not want the tank top for any amount of money. I keep requesting a refund or the dress, and a return label.

I ordered $263.18 worth of garments. What I received was absolutely awful. 3 items advertised as linen were spandex & polyester, not even close to the website. The remaining 7 garments, 5 sizes bigger than my size, cheap and not my order. They refused to reimburse me, & their policy was that I would have to pay to return items to China if I wanted my money back. But also said that might not be a good idea, takes so long, I should just keep the clothes for 20USD. Whether they were my order or not! They never acknowledged I was sent the wrong order! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I have not received items I have not received a tracking number to track package nothing this is unacceptable unprofessional behavior for a so called business to behavior I don't have money to throw away I know they received the money because after taking my information successful popped up and that was that So where are my items no communicate on their part i will never ever order anything from here again i want my money back or my clothes order I should have done a review before ordering

They are a misrepresentation of a clothing business If i don't receive any information im going to report to BBB this is so not right

So, I decided to give Vinlady a try and ordered a couple of shirts from their website. I was pretty excited to receive my order, but boy was I in for a surprise! It took a whopping 6 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I was disappointed to find out that the shirts I received were not even close to what I had ordered.

To make matters worse, I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service team to resolve the issue, but it seems like they are nowhere to be found. I have tried calling, emailing, and even messaging them on social media, but to no avail.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vinlady. I will definitely not be buying from them again and would advise others to steer clear of this website. It's a shame because I had high hopes for them, but it seems like they just can't get their act together.

Vinlady.com is a total rip-off! I was so excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The clothes looked nothing like the pictures on the website! The fabric was different and the style was completely off. I couldn't believe it! I contacted customer service and they only offered me a refund for less than 20% of what I paid. What a joke! I would never recommend this website to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

I bought some stuff from Vinlady, but it never came. I tried to get in touch with them, but their email don't work. They didn't even give me a tracking number for my package. They took my money though. I think they're trying to scam people.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Vinlady. I ordered an item from their website, but unfortunately, it wasn't what I was expecting. I wanted to return it, but I couldn't find any information on their website about how to do so. I tried reaching out to their customer service through both the Vinlady and Vinlady websites, but I didn't receive any response.

To be honest, I feel like I've been ripped off. I paid for an item that I didn't end up keeping, and now I can't even return it. It's frustrating because I thought Vinlady was a reputable website, but now I'm not so sure.

One thing that confused me was that there seem to be two different websites - Vinlady and Vinlady. I'm not sure which one is the real one, or if they're both legitimate. It's just another thing that adds to my frustration with this whole situation.

So, I was really excited to order a shirt from Vinlady. I mean, who wouldn't be? They have some really cool stuff on their website. But, unfortunately, I have yet to receive my shirt. I ordered it a while ago and it still hasn't arrived. I'm starting to get a little frustrated.

The shirt I ordered was the "Your Not My Boss You Can't Tell Me What To Do My Dog" shirt. I thought it was hilarious and I couldn't wait to wear it. But, now I'm not so sure if I'll ever get it.

I've tried contacting Vinlady to see what's going on, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really disappointing because I thought this was an honest company. I guess I was wrong.

At this point, I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my card company. I don't want to do that, but I feel like I have no other choice. I just want my shirt!

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Vinlady. I hope they can get their act together and start delivering on their promises. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a shirt from Vinlady and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my purchase. The shirt was listed at $24.99, but I have my doubts that it even cost $1.50 to make. The quality was just awful. I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money on this website.

To make matters worse, the shirt I received looked nothing like the one that was advertised on the website. I have attached some pictures for reference. The first three images are of the shirt I received, and the last image is what was listed on the website. It's truly unbelievable how different they look.

Overall, I would give Vinlady a rating of 0 if I could. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this website to anyone.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with this company. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I've already packed up all the wrong items they sent me and put them in a charity bag. I just can't deal with the hassle of trying to return them.

Save yourself the trouble and don't order from Vinlady. Trust me, it's not worth it.

I mean, I've heard horror stories about online stores not giving refunds, so I'm a little worried. But, hey, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

Overall, I would say that Vinlady is not a store I would recommend. I mean, if you're looking for clothes that actually look like the pictures on the website, then you might want to look elsewhere. But, hey, maybe I just had a bad experience. Who knows? All I know is that I won't be buying from them again.

So, I ordered from Vinlady (vinlady.com) and it took about 5 weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally did arrive, it was in the wrong color! I was pretty bummed out about that. I've been trying to return it, but customer service hasn't been responding to me. There is a return address on the package, but I'm not sure if it's the right one for returning merchandise because there's no name associated with it. It's just a return address.

Honestly, I'm super frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Vinlady. I wouldn't even give them one star!

This company is not worth your time or money! I ordered a pink linen top from Vinlady, but what I received was a cheap blue top made of what I think is polyester. The picture on the website was completely different from what I got. I tried to contact them through email, but the address was not valid. I'm really disappointed in myself for not reading reviews before making a purchase. I won't make that mistake again. I strongly advise you to avoid this company and look for something else.
