Virginia Employment Commission [VEC] review: VA unemployment office

I applied for va unemployment benefits in May 2022. I have still not received any benefits or a hearing date as of today. I have tried calling the unemployment office at 1 (866) 832-2363 over 100 times. No matter what number I call from, I am unable to get through the ivr system a speak with a live agent. Once I provide my ss # and pin. I recieve a message telling me to please contact va unemployment office at telephone number 1 (866) 832-2363. The same exact number I called originally. I have tried every selection through the Ivr system. I even tried pressing zero and submitting a new claim. Still no luck. My online ui direct portal account has been locked , and no one has answered my correspondence via mail. I got a email yesterday regarding a hearing but no date or contact has been provided to me. It’s almost been two years and still NOTHING . Legal aid won’t help. Michelle Abraham the VA Unemployment monitor advocate will not help. The state has pretty much “black listed “ me from receiving what’s rightfully owed to me. I have no way to contact the va unemployment customer service center via phone, mail, or online . It’s all a huge scam. I am OVERLY FRUSTRATED and will be obtaining a lawyer.
