I got a scan from this company and they didn't go through my insurance
I got a scan from this company and they didn't go through my insurance. None of the phone numbers listed seem to work. I need to speak with someone who works there.
This service is terrible
This service is terrible. I wouldn't use it ever again. I tried to figure out why my payment didn't go through, but the guy couldn't tell me why. I went to the website and it don't even work. Next time, make sure your stuff works before you put it out there for everyone to use.
This biz is a fraud
This biz is a fraud. I got a bill from them for $70.00 for an x-ray, and checked with my doc and was told I have a zero balance owed. This fraud biz listed the doc's name as Kevin M McDonnell, and my doc never heard of him. This outfit needs to be investigated by the FBI for interstate fraud. I live in Cali. James.
Got a bill from these guys yesterday
Got a bill from these guys yesterday. Said I got tests done while in the hospital for two months last year. But I wasn't even in the hospital then, and the radiology group they said did the tests ain't even at that hospital. Plus, they spelled my name wrong and got my address all messed up. Seems like a total scam to me.
This company sent my bill to a collection agency after only 1 bill in the mail and 1 call to my cell phone
This company sent my bill to a collection agency after only 1 bill in the mail and 1 call to my cell phone. That ain't enough notice, man! Bills can get lost in the mail and phone calls can look like spam. The bill was for less than $12, and they didn't even give me a way to pay them directly after they sent it to collections. Not cool, dude.
I called them twice 'bout a bill 'cause it looked like they didn't file insurance
I called them twice 'bout a bill 'cause it looked like they didn't file insurance. Both times I waited on hold for 20 mins, then got disconnected. So I emailed them, but never heard back. Tried again today and finally got someone, but she didn't seem to know 'bout insurance filing. My insurance said they never filed. The Medicare number on their bill is wrong, but since I only have Part A and this was outpatient, my secondary insurance shoulda been filed. The lady said they'd file it, but I ain't holding my breath! This business is run real poorly!
This company sent my wife a bill for $792
This company sent my wife a bill for $792. I called them and asked why they didn't bill the insurance, they said it was denied. I called Medicaid and they said it was billed under the wrong number. I called them back and asked them to resubmit the bill with the correct number. They said they would. I called them the next day to make sure it was taken care of. They said it was denied again. I called Medicaid again and they said it was resubmitted under the same wrong number. Medicaid called Virtual Radiologic Professionals and tried to get it taken care of. They said the bill would be resubmitted. Medicaid said my wife should owe nothing. Now thirty days later we got another bill for $792. Medicaid said they resubmitted the bill a third time under the same wrong number. After seeing others having trouble with Medicaid and Medicare billing, it's no wonder they have a bad rating. I'm not paying a cent to these people. They can bill it right if they want their money.
I just got a bill from this company for $37.00 for an X-ray I had at my local hospital
I just got a bill from this company for $37.00 for an X-ray I had at my local hospital. My hospital knows I'm on Tricare and if this company was better informed, it would have known this information. The bill says primary insurance: None of File; Secondary: Tricare. I called Tricare and along with my Tricare Explanation of Benefits noticed the hospital charged Tricare $300.00 for my radiology services. No problem. But what this $37.00 bill I got is for, who knows. I contacted this Virtual Radiologic Professionals and ended up giving them my Tricare Number which I really didn't want to do. They said they will send this bill to Tricare and will get back to me in a month or so!?. I called the hospital and they said if the hospital subcontracts out to a third party it gives the insurance information for billing purposes. The bill stated the location of my hospital, but identified a provider of someone they never heard of. Searching for who is this provider, she is a woman either in Minnesota or in Wisconsin. The bill is from Minnesota, but the bill goes to Wisconsin. Finding out the possibility the hospital sent this one X-ray to her somewhere in the either zone to be read is outrageous. Not only for the hospital to do so, but for this company not to apply this bill to my primary insurance which they should have had. Just an outrageous way to do business besides wasting half a day tracking down this bill. Shame on this company! & Shame on my hospital if in fact they sent this one X-ray? The Tricare radiology services bill was $300.00. Why is this one X-ray or reading of it not included in the $300.00 if it was legitimate.

Received collections notice on behalf of VRP
Received collections notice on behalf of VRP. All medical bills from services rendered through facility have been paid in full or are on payment plan I received a bill from CMRE Collection Agency for a sum of $440 on 07/15. The DOS is from 2018 according to CMRE. The CMRE account number is ***. Accreditor account number is ***. I have paid all balances in full or am currently making payments for all services rendered through *** Health (physician, Rad, hospital, etc.).

I received a bill for services. I did not disagree or dispute the charges. I made an agreement with the company to make monthly payments for the bill. I paid the agreed amount in January, February, March, and April (check numbers***, ***, and ***). I received a letter that the bill was turned over to a collection agency; not because I wasn't paying the bill because I was, but it was turned over to collections because the bill was not being paid off fast enough! Another family member owes this company money and I pay the bills for both accounts: *** and ***. I explained this to the business when I was asked to pay the bill off faster.
This provider sent my bill to collections without any prior contact with me. I never received a bill, phone call, or statement. This debt collection has some very specific information about my health care visit, that raises concern for a possible HIPAA violation. I don't appreciate the lack of communication, or the release of specific health information to a collection without any kind of consent. I'd like this removed immediately.
I was notified that I have an account in collections from virtual radiology professionals from a car accident I had in late 2019. I'm just now being notified and the bill was immediately placed in collections I wasn't advised about it or told who to pay it too. My credit is now suffering because I have a derogatory mark listed. If I had known I would have paid the balance.
I received a collections letter saying I owed this company money and I never even received a bill from them to begin with
I received a collections letter saying I owed this company money and I never even received a bill from them to begin with. CMRE financial services sent me a collections letter with account number: *** for $439.00. I never received a bill in the mail and the only place I've received medical care has my insurance and would've filed accordingly or submitted a bill to my online account with them. I do not owe any company for any type of radiologic services. This is fraudulent and this company needs to be taken down.

I have had a bill from this company since 2018 for 134.00. I have wrongfully billed. I have had on my credit report from this facility stating I owe them $134. I called the doctors office and direct billing dept and they told me i do not owe anything. I have tried to dispute this amount multiple times and I have tried calling agency but never can get the correct number.
showed up as a collection account on my credit report. Virtual Radiologic Professionals as the original provider and $283 charge. 10/28 as the date of service. My insurance deductible had been met long before this, and I had a zero copay. I have also never received a bill or call from them. I have not been able to speak to anyone as every time I call I get hold music then hung up on without anyone answering! I don't know if they even provided a service for me, as I went to an ENT that day. I want this removed from my credit report as it is negatively effecting it. I also expect a zero balance to be shown.
I have received a bill for $718
I have received a bill for $718. Nothing went through my insurance, when I call to ask what it is for no answer. Not sure why I have this bill. Id#***. I have a bill saying I am charge for CT scans, but my insurance is through the ER I went to, so I shouldn't have any bills from outside businesses. I have called and they hang up on me after waiting 10 minutes to speak with someone. I am already paying over 3 grand for my ER visit and I can not afford this bill. I also think is seems very scam like that I can't talk to a person and it wasn't filed with my insurance company like other health bills are.

A bill I have no clue about on my credit. I had a collection pop up on my credit for $387 in 2018. I've been trying to dispute it because for one I don't know where it came from. Two during 2018 I had full Medicaid. So this bill whatever it is should been covered by them. I think it's wrong because I truly don't know what this bill is for and if I went to the doctor they should have billed it to Medicaid not me.
This bill is for my mother. All other bills were paid in full by Medicaid and Medicare, I am not getting answers by calling them, why they billed her I called and told them she has Medicare and Medicaid. *** is my mother. She was in the hospital 3 times, this is the only bill we got. Told them to resubmit, but I still get a bill for $16.67
I received a statement from a collection agency starting that I owe $93.00 to virtual radiologic professionals LLC
I received a statement from a collection agency starting that I owe $93.00 to virtual radiologic professionals LLC. I received a statement from a collection agency starting that I owe $93.00 to virtual radiologic professionals LLC. I have never received and Bill from them and when I called the collections agency they told me that this is what Virtual Radiologic Professionals LLC does. They do not mail a bill that they send it right to collections so they can get their money faster. I then asked what it was for and the collections agency *** states that they cannot see what it is for. So how am I suppose to know what I am paying for?

Bill for service never filed properly with insurance and set to collections for non-payment when charges would have been paid in full by insurance *** original date of service 7/25, bill from collections on 7/17
I received a bill for $8.83 , that was placed in collections I received a bill for $8.83 , that was place in collections, I have no idea what this is for I've never been billed for anything so why is it Placed in collections? Especially for an $8.83 bill seems ridiculous that this would be placed in collections for such a small amount , when I was never sent a bill
on 7/8 I recieved a collections bill for $420
on 7/8 I recieved a collections bill for $420. I never recieved a bill or call from this company. Nor do i know what it is for. On 7/8 I got a bill from *** for an unpaid debt to Virtual Radiologic Proff. LLC. I have never recieved a bill or call from that company and I do not know what it is supposedly for. I called *** and they said it was from services on 5/8. And if i had paid it I was responsible for getting proof. I have no idea what this is for so I do not have proof. *** also informed me that i had another debt for $45, as the guarantor for my son. That supposed bill was from feb. 2019. Again, i never recieved a bill, AND my son has medicaid which would have covered any services.

I never have received a bill from this company. Yet, I just received a letter from a collection agency representing VRP, LLC for $25.69. The collection agency is CMRE financial services.***. Payments from my insurance and myself equal $311.34
Payments from my insurance and myself equal $311.34. The charges are $164.00 yet they are trying to collect $8.33. I received this bill for $8.33 from July . The charges are $164.00. 3 payments of $155.67, $74.95, and $80.72 were made in 2016, yet they are billing me for $8.33, four years later. The bill says "current". I received a text from this company a couple of weeks ago and they hung up on me when I refused to give them my address and other personal information. Then I receive a paper bill to my new address which I never gave to them. I have called my old insurance company to open up a fraud complaint, as this has happened to me in the past. These people are scammers. They are preying on people with good credit trying to scare us into paying a bill we have already paid to get our credit card numbers. How is it possible for a four year old bill to be current? Why did they hang up on me when I refused to give them my new address? How did they get my new address? They have received $147.34 more than they should have and are still trying to collect more. If anything, they owe me money.

Charge ID for X-Ray reading on 1/5 from a company is unfiled with Medicare.
To ComplaintsBoard.com: I have a charge for $29.00 on 1/5 from a company for reading an X-Ray. The charge is from a company that Virtual Radiologic Professionals won't file with Medicare. My wife has repeatedly contacted them to no avail. On my last call today, April 6th, I spoke with supervisor Jose G, receiving the same unhelpful response. The bill is linked to an individual the internet claims is a professor, but the associated hospital denies any affiliation. Virtual requested my sensitive personal information, which I declined to provide. I have Medicare and supplemental insurance, which should cover the cost. However, Virtual insists on direct payment. Their staff seems untrained, reciting scripts rather than addressing the issue. With 47 similar complaints on your site, I seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

Invoice rc'd for service done in another State
Invoice rc'd for service done in another State. The hospital does not send any test out of town. I don't owe for this invoice. *** was admitted to *** June 3 and 4, 2020 per the request of the heart doctor, who saw a clot in the lung. They did perform an ultrasound during the visit and all those are read thru the *** Radiology Dept. per ***, ***, . Nothing is sent out of town. Received an invoice in the amount of $142.00 from Virtual Radiologic Professionals in ***, Provider Maurice P Y. I called his office in *** and they said he has not been there for over 2 1/2 years. I called *** and they don't have him listed in their system and they don't know him. I then called the number on the invoice and they asked for a coding number. I kept telling them that I had insurance, that I didn't owe the invoice and they kept insisting on a coding number, which doesn't come from the patient. Don't know how Virtual Radiologic Prof. got my information. I have *** and ***, which covers all my bills. Any test performed at the ***, is never sent out of town, per the Billing Dept. when I called them. They Invoice is attached.

I received a bill from debt collectors stating that I have an outstanding bill with Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC, which I don't have
I received a bill from debt collectors stating that I have an outstanding bill with Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC, which I don't have. Hello, I received a letter from CMRE Financial Services, Inc dated 8/6, stating that I *** have an outstanding balance with Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC with a balance of $375. I got ahold of the medical provider Virtual Radiologic Professionals, calling the number my doctor office provided ***. The Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC. representative did not find my account information and didn't know where the bill came from when I called them 8/31. All my bills with Cox Medical Group (my main medical provider are up-to-date and I just spoke with them on 8/31). The bill that's sitting in the debt collectors has "Current Creditor Account #5808614. CMRE Financial services, Inc account is #***. Neither of those organisations I've had any business or services received to my knowledge.I have never received any bills or statements from Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC before or no one called me. I have never signed anything to receive their services. That's outrageous for Virtual Radiologic Professionals, LLC to send out invalid bills and debt collector notices while we are going through a pandemic and financial well-being is crucial in surviving. It might hurt my credit score if they don't take care of it within next 30 days per the statement from CMRE.

I received a notice from a collections agency that I owe Virtual Radiologic Professionals money.
I received a notice from a collections agency that I owe Virtual Radiologic Professionals money from April . I recently got a letter from them, claiming I owe $111.49 from April 4. I have never received a bill from them, nor have they tried to contact me. Why are they trying to collect now after 2 years through a collection agency? No legitimate business would do this, and I question the legality of this action. If I truly owed the money, they would have billed me or contacted me sooner. If I owed it, it would have been paid without involving a collection agency. This situation is confusing, and I am disputing the validity of these charges. I would like Virtual Radiologic Professionals to either drop these charges or prove that I owe it and explain the delay in billing. It's wrong for a company to wait over 2 years to collect a bill and use a collection agency to intimidate people into paying for unknown charges. I'm asking for this matter to be investigated. Thank you. The account number from the agency is with the creditor's account number.

Double Billing In early May, I took my wife to a local ER for a suspected stroke
Double Billing In early May, I took my wife to a local ER for a suspected stroke. During the course of her treatment there, she received a CT Head/Brain without contrast. In June, we received a bill dated 06/03 from Virtual Radiologic Professionals for $175.00. In the "Description" field, it simply said "70450.26.: CT HEAD/BRAIN W/O DYE". There was no information regarding whether the bill was for the scan itself or for interpretation of the CT. I paid the bill in full on 06/22. In July we received a second bill from Virtual Radiologic Professionals for $175.00 dated 07/23. The description was "70450: CT HEAD/BRAIN W/O DYE". It should be noted that the CPT code convention does not include the use of decimals as used in the first bill, meaning that the ".26" included in the first bill is not a recognized code. The second bill had the same date of service as the first, my wife has only received one CT. I called the number provided on the bill and used the automated system to check our balance. It reported that we owed $175, and that we had made no payment. I then spoke with a representative, who stated that he could see that we had made a payment of $175, but that we still owed an additional $175. He went on to say that they both appeared to be for the same procedure, and that they both had the same date of service. He stated that Virtual Radiologic Professionals had received two statements for that date of service and that I should contact the hospital with any further concerns. Since then, I have been in contact with multiple hospital employees in the billing and radiology departments. They have reported that their system only shows one CT taken, and one CT sent to Virtual Radiologic Professionals. I intend to continue working on getting this bill adjusted. In light of the many similar complaints regarding this business, I am submitting this with hopes that Virtual Radiologic Professionals will be forced to change their pracitices, or that authorities will have more evidence of billing fraud.

The balance of a bill being sent to the patient from use of a third party, when they are a medicaid recipient not responsible for the balance
The balance of a bill being sent to the patient from use of a third party, when they are a medicaid recipient not responsible for the balance. On 10/22 I received a CT at ***. At that time, I was on *** a Medicaid plan. I am still on that plan as of today 4/18. In January I received a bill in the mail for $283.83, the balance after my insurance paid $89.17. The account detail for ***, the ID number ***. I immediately called my insurance because that was a large bill for me to be responsible for as a Medicaid patient. They said that insurance paid the max they could for that service but because I was a Medicaid patient that I virtual radiologic professionals was not allowed to charge me for the remaining balance. Me, the insurance representative, and a virtual radiologic professional representative had three-way call and the representative from virtual radiologic told the insurance company what they need to send. Something to do with an EOB explanation of benefits. I received couple phones calls from virtual radiologic professionals, another two bills, I called my insurance company again about the issue, virtual radiologic professionals say they didn't receive what they needed. The insurance company said something was sent but it was denied. I have the final notice attached. I am not on a Medicaid plan because I am rich. I cannot afford this bill and am being unjustly charged for something that I am not allowed to be charged because I am a Medicaid recipient. I have reached out to my insurance company; it clearly states on the bill that the insurance I have is *** Medicaid. I was not told that a third party was going to be used to read my CT results, the hospital had my insurance and knew that I was a medicaid recipient, radiologic professionals knows that they will only get what the insurance pays out on a a medicaid patient for the service, the patient (ME) knows nothing of what takes places. The insurance and I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and provide what was needed to satisfy proof that I do not owe the balance because I am on a *** medical plan that does not allow you to charge me the balance.
