Ryan *** was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase a inogen one G5
Ryan *** was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase a inogen one G5. The unit arrived a day earlier than promised and in first class condition. I have had several outings with it and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have only good things to say about LPT Medical and their staff.
A wonderful 02 concentrator product
A wonderful 02 concentrator product. It is easy to use. It is quiet. Some might even consider it an attractively packed and portable concentrator. It increases mobility and yet works well while sitting and relaxing. The staff that helped me purchase my G5 were professional yet friendly and helpful.
Made it back home to *** successfully. Will certainly be bringing with us when we go back up to the high country.
Very nice machine. Quiet and compact. Easy to use and I like the fact I can travel with it. It has an extra plug in for a lighter type port, as well as being able to plug it directly into my truck.
I've only had it for a short time but I like the ease of moving around from room to room or even outdoors. Operating the functions have been very simple also.
They did a great job with me I just needed a different oxygen concentrator
We received our order on time and everything was fine
We received our order on time and everything was fine. We returned our old units to LPT and we are still waiting to get our trade in refund posted to our credit card. I have not called yet but will be doing that very shortly. We have bought several units from LPT medical and have been very satisfied with their service
delivery was good. no invoice provided or in box, extra filters were not included at no cost. No word on battery charger back ordered.
Overall working with them went well. The machine took a little bit to get here. the machine is working fine. My husband is enjoying the machine more and more every day.
I like the G4 that I purchased, however, I was told it came with a fanniepack...it didn't. Also, I have asked continuously for an Invoice and have never received one which makes me very suspicious.
Quick and simple answered all my questions right away. Showed up early so shipping time was excellent. Emailed me the paperwork so I didn't have to wait to get the insurance reimbursement started.

When I was finally ready to buy my unit, I had received an email from one representative with a discount, and then conversed with another one online. Both were informative and to the point. Had my unit delivered in less than a week and started using immediately. Instructions were clear and setting up was a breeze. Very happy customer ?
The machine struggles to keep oxygen coming above #3 Beeps, signifies low oxygen, etc. That all goes away on three or lower. Why bother building a machine that can't go that high? Especially in the *** plus range for price I was expecting a no compromise machine, now I'm stuck with it.
I enjoy my LPT portable oxygen unit it is easier to take when going places thanks
Been on the phone with this outfit with no satisfaction of returning my money
Watch this company they will send you units that you did not want then out right lie to you about why they did it. Customer service when you can get a hold of them, is the worst I have ever dealt with. Buyer Beware!
We received the inogen concentrates as promised
We received the inogen concentrates as promised. However, I cannot use a pulse concentrater. I returned it within the time specified, 5 days and was promised a refund within *** business days. I had to call my credit card and dispute the charge because the *** was due and it had been over a month. I was finally compensated but without the postage.
We LOVED how efficient and attentive our LPT Medical Rep
We LOVED how efficient and attentive our LPT Medical Rep. was for us and we got our Imogen One G5 unit when expected. He went above and beyond to communicate with us and execute the delivery on time on our behalf. This high level of customer service was as it should be when making such an expensive purchase. It was truly a WONDERFUL experience! Thank you.
I am satisfied with how easily and quickly I was able to obtain the portal oxygen concentrator
I am satisfied with how easily and quickly I was able to obtain the portal oxygen concentrator. I have not required service other than my initial contact and order but found it quite helpful and satisfactory. I am satisfied with the unit itself. It does FEEL heavier than I anticipated but that is not the seller's fault. I have not had any difficulties with it.

They catered to my change need for a quiet Air machine but could have sent me Small battery to make equal trade for more suitable machine more fair. Good company. Would like key to use Bluetooth & Free Thrive Course for copd plus info, how to get suggested 1st month service & where to take to get new cylinders to make machine produce more oxygen when needed?
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Was in process of talking with other companies before going with LPT. What made it work for me with LPT was the calming, clear and professional approach Karlee and *** had. But the final bridge for this company to reach my needs was the equipment and purchase flexibility. I have not been on service long but so far customer service has been spot on.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. As long as they got $ *** from me they will not call me about a problem I have with my portable oxygen. Do not do business with this company. Just horrible. Made a purchase first part of August and got a portable that did not work and now still after all this time still Donot have a replacement since August 17 th. Cant get anyone on the phone to help me.
I worked with Mikey Mishell for a portable concentrator for a friend
I worked with Mikey Mishell for a portable concentrator for a friend. Hes excellent! Kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to expedite everything. I cant say enough good things about Mikey, LPT and *** at their sister company 1st Medical. This has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. Taking care of patients is certainly what they do!*** MD
I was doing a lot of research on the internet for a portable oxygen concentrator and had more questions than answers
I was doing a lot of research on the internet for a portable oxygen concentrator and had more questions than answers. When I got to LPT Medical I was connected to ***. What a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. He answered all my questions, did a compare and contrast between machines and looked for equipment that fit my budget. I ordered a machine from *** it arrived yesterday, and I couldn't be happier.
Talked extensively to sales persons and ordered unit, contingent on Doctor approval and prescription
Talked extensively to sales persons and ordered unit, contingent on Doctor approval and prescription. Dr phoned me and said refused to provide rx information until discussion with me and said DO NOT USE this brand. In the meantime, LPT shipped the unit. I contacted LPT immediately to cancel and was told unit on way, but cancellation would happen. They had already billed my charge card. Unit never got to me, was turned around in transit. AND I was charged $90 on my card! Lesson learned...

I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from LPT medical
I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from LPT medical. I was told the price of $2445.00 by the salesman and after looking at my credit card statement the company charged me $2490.00. after receiving the machine I found it to be to heavy for me so I decided to return it. Upon looking at my credit card statement I was refunded $1833.75 with the difference of $656.25. I only had the machine for about 5 days. So to have a restocking fee over 25% for a machine that I barely used is ridiculous.
I was hospitalized and placed on oxygen
I was hospitalized and placed on oxygen. I needed a portable unit so I could take it to work. LPT Medical, Inc. shipped the unit as promised, by our representative, *** Received as expected, in fact, a day early. After I was discharged from the hospital, my Pulse Ox levels were within normal range. So I was able to return the unit before the 30-day return policy. My credit was promptly refunded, as stated, by the representative, ***Thank you so much for your assistance.
A portable oxygen concentrator was ordered on 11/24 telling me that it would be shipped and received by 11/30
A portable oxygen concentrator was ordered on 11/24 telling me that it would be shipped and received by 11/30. i was told that someone would need to be home to sign for it. It would be billed to my Discover card when shipped. I received no notice for shipment only to find out when I called that it was on back order and when I checked with Discover they had charged the $3000 to my account. NO ONE BOTHERED TO EMAIL THAT IT WAS BACK ORDERED. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME GET MY $3000 REFUNDED TO MY DISCOVER CARD ASAP.
If I could give LPT zero stars I would
If I could give LPT zero stars I would. I purchased a 02 concentrator from LPT for $2305.00 on July 2. It malfunctioned the second time I used it. The control panel showed a false 'cannula not connected' message. I returned the unit for a replacement or refund. LPT said it was damaged. I said no, it is malfunctioning. We went back and forth for weeks. As of today, February 4, 2022, LPT will not return the concentrator or my money. The company will not return my phone calls or respond to messages. This company have lied to me as they cheated me out of $2305.00. Do business with LPT medical at your own risk.

I found this company on the web
I found this company on the web. I was looking for a in inogen g5. I was just coming out off the hospital and needed portable O2 when I arrived. They pulled some magic to get my rx from another place, and overnighted a machine. It arrived on time.I had a later problem, and I will say this was bad, I contacted their tech support and never got s response in 2 days after phone and leave message. I contacted lpt via *** messenger, and they solved the problem, got tech to call, they contacted inogen, and I had a new unit on the way. While the initial hiccup was bad, they quickly fixed it. I give them credit for quickly resolving it. I buy all my stuff there now
What a pleasant experience dealing with this company
What a pleasant experience dealing with this company. I purchased a portable unit as well as a stationary home unit for my oxygen needs. The sales representative has gone over and above the normal, for this day and time, in helping me purchase my equipment through *** I have a lifetime warranty on my equipment with little out-of-pocket cost to me. I could not be more pleased with the service I received as well as the equipment. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of oxygen equipment for the home, office, or on the go. They have handled everything from prompt shipping to dealing with *** and everything in between. No more rental equipment for me!
Dave was great and very helpful in getting the G4 to me, very accommodating and courteous
Dave was great and very helpful in getting the G4 to me, very accommodating and courteous. I just received the G4 and used it for the first time going to get a test for my doctor. it works well and I am still learning about it, I have an oxygen concentrator at home which I use to get around the house. I really purchased the G4 to go see family and friends without having to carry tanks as the family is an hour away. I don't like traveling with a tank on major highways. I hope to have a chance to really see how it works as the social distancing went into effect the week I received the G4. I also would like someone to email the guarantee from the company as my laptop crashed and my copy was on that laptop.

Arya oxygen machine
We purchased an Arya oxygen machine last May from LPT Medical it if Florida. The machine stopped working in April of this year-less than a year from purchase. We calle them because it’s under warranty-and they told us they are behind in service and could take 6-9 months for it to get done-then told us to “rent” one from them for ANOTHER $600. We are...

Purchased inogen G 5 and cairn oxygen concentrator from LPT medical on 7/14 Total price $4,030 through Justin T, respiratory therapist working for LPT. He assured me that they were completely returnable within 30 days. Because my husband could not tolerate the Inogen G5 and needs continuous oxygen flow I returned the equipment to LPT and requested refund. I have the tracking info from UPS. Equipment was received at LPT on 7.27.2021 exactly 13 days after purchased. I have contacted Justin and customer service and to date I receive very communication from them. Justin told me refund was processed yet today I spoke to customer service and was told refund department waiting for IMA. I asked what that is and was told something they need. I was told they have not processed refund to date. I am concerned since $4030 is great deal of money for nothing.

LPT MEDICAL KEEPS CALLING AND EMAILING ME TO BUY AN OXYGEN MACHINE. I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM THEM AND HAVE REPLIED TO THEIR EMAIL THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED YET *** KEEPS CALLING AND EMAILING ME HARASSING ME.
I talked to a sales rep. on the phone. I told them I had pulmonary fibrosis and need oxygen. The sales rep said and also on the web site that I could buy the unit and if I returned it within 30 days I would get a refund. never in person or on the web site did they state there would be a 25% re stocking fee.( appx $700.00). I was only told this when I tried the unit and it did not work with my disease and breathing requirements. Had they told me or it was in their return policy on the web I would not have purchased it.
We purchased a concentration mech from Lpt medical. Problems started happening. I called and was told to reset the unit. This did not work called back and was told I needed to spend 95 dollars to send it in . I spent the money and still no help. I call back and was told that it's my fault that it was not picked up. I need this mechanism to survive. I'm on a twenty four seven. Lot medical could care less, only the money
On August 5, I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator that came with two batteries. Last month, one of the batteries, which has a specific serial number, fails to work properly. It indicates that it is fully charged at 100%, but it will not power the oxygen concentrator. I have reached out to LPT Medical through their support system and have also attempted to contact the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, they have not acknowledged my emails, nor have they responded to my warranty claim. I have included my sales receipt with this message, which clearly shows the warranty period for the battery in question.
My dad ordered a 3 LB
My dad ordered a 3 LB. oxygen tank on 09/15, LPT send an 8 lb. oxygen tank. He was supposed to receive the 3 lb. tank. Rick said that they were out of the 3 lb. tanks. I have been dealing with this business since September 15. NEVER return calls, when I spoke with a "supervisor, she said I need to speak with someone who is always in a meeting in Denver, Colorado and don't know what time the meeting will end. THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. My dad is 88 years old and this is causing a lot of stress for him. I have PROOF from UPS that the tank was received by LPT on November 11th. My dad was charged $3,717.34 dollars for a tank he didn't order! They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming my dad and causing so much stress for him! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHAM! MY DAD DESERVES A COMPLETE REFUND. The is no "refund" option in the "Desired Resolution".

I purchased a caire freestyle portable oxygen concentrator on 9/20. the battery was to last 3 hours. it only lasts 2 hours. I have called them for the last 3 weeks and they said they would send a replacment battery. the last time i called they said i never called before.and that the manufactor would send a replacment battery. I called the manufactuer andthey said they they did not have an oder for a replacment battery. I need a replacment battery bad.
I purchased an Inogen machine from LPT and was told I had a full warranty. My machine started to act up and I was told to replace the column which cost me $300.00. My machine is still not working properly and now I'm told I have to spend $480.00 for a loner machine and $90 for shipping. I believe I was lied to by the original sales person who no longer works there. I need the machine so that I can get around easier. I want to know can I file a lawsuit against them since there are so many people complaining about the same thing.
I sent a portable oxygen concentrato that I purchased from LPT Medical in for in-warranty repair in [protected] and still have not received it back. This was purchased for use in a motor home. I need oxygen for over night. I have made several calls and all they could tell me is the parts are backordered. They have promised to call me back to several times to update me but have never been called. Today I contacted Corp HQ and was told the best they could do was send me a loaner for $300. I spent over $2000.00 for this to have something so I could travel and after waiting over 7 months for this I don't feel I should have to pay $300 for a loaner.
I ordered a portable oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical. I was informed by their representative that I would receive a monthly reimbursement of $150 for 33 months, which would more than cover the cost of the device. However, I am receiving only $40 per month instead of the promised $150. When I contacted LPT Medical, they directed me to speak with their billing department. They claimed that I was informed the reimbursement could be up to $150, but this is not accurate. I also referred my brother-in-law to them, and he was given the same assurance of a $150 monthly reimbursement. I have attempted to reach out to the salesperson who handled my purchase, but I am consistently met with evasive responses. Considering the numerous complaints I've come across, I am perplexed as to how they received an A+ rating.

This all started on 9/16 when I purchased a replacement portable oxygen machine for my wife
This all started on 9/16 when I purchased a replacement portable oxygen machine for my wife. On 3/6, I purchased a LifeChoise Activox 4L, SN ***, P.O.C., and my wife used the unit for approximately 2 yrs until an error code showing the seve cartridges needed to be replaced. I called and was told we could have them replaced because the unit was still under warranty. My wife decided that instead, she would like to purchase Inogen One G5, from Mr. S in the Florida Office. He stated we could return the Activox 4L for repair and depending on the shape and the use of the unit, we could receive a refund according to the Refund Policy. On 10/16, I shipped the Activox 4L, back to LPT Medical Inc. by UPS Store #***, Tracking # ***. Attached please find the Tracking ticket and the emails with people at the company.

We purchased a Caire Freestyle oxygen concentrater for my husband in May . Within the first month of use he complained that the Freestyle became VERY hot when running on #5 for any length of time. He found it necessary to run it on #5 to achieve the level of oxygen he needed. Twice they suggested rebooting the mahine; there was no improvement either time. When ever we were actually able to get an answer they would put us on hold as long as we had time to wait. Last week I finally got to talk to a human being, who told me that a repair order with instructions would be emailed to me...Never came. Today, in an effort to get some straight answers, I called the manufacturer and was told that the Freestyle will get warm when working hard, but never so hot as to burn someones hand.
Purchased an Inogen G-5 from LPT Medical April 15! Now have notice the Seive Columns need replacing so I called LPT & was directed to service where I was on hold for 20 minutes 3 different times! Option was offered for call back so left message for call back pluse sent an email to there web page! This was a week ago & I never received a call back nor can I get in touch with service as theyre always busy on phone & not available ! All I want is get my Seive columns replaced under warranty, but cant get any response from these people!
I bought a $2000.00+ Caire freestyle portable oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical last year. I have a 3 year warranty. The machine is not functioning properly and all I wanted was to get the machine fixed. I have tried countless times to contact these people and I keep getting to run around. They will not follow through on what they say. They just want to sell the product. Period. Ive had to call 911 and go in the hospital . Im back to not having any type of quality of life because I simply cant afford to buy another machine nor rent one from them at $300.00 a week. This has been going on since June this year 2021. I feel as if they have robbed me blind folded. Im due to travel for thanksgiving, dont know if Ill be able to now because these people have ignored my issue countless times. Thats more money I will be out of.
I purchased an Oxygen unit on 09/08 and later returned it for a different model. Unfortunately, the second unit was shipped out too late, so I refused delivery with UPS, resulting in the unit being returned to the sender. The return of the first unit has been processed, as well as the return of the second unit. The refund and exchange policy allows for returns within 5 days of receipt. I am currently awaiting a refund of $2585.00.
On June 2 we ordered an oxygen unit for 2340.00, one of my credit cards had put the transaction in pending
On June 2 we ordered an oxygen unit for 2340.00, one of my credit cards had put the transaction in pending. Before the funds were released I had canceled the order with Rick S. Checked the credit cards but the money hasn't been refunded yet. Called Rick and asked about our refund. He informed me that the unit was sent out and all I had to do is not sign for it. After they received the product they called to make sure that I didn't want it. I had informed Carlos that the order was canceled before someone shipped out the unit. They refunded all but $618.75. So even if I accepted the unit, which I did not, there new equipment and exchange policy states that 0-5 days after arrival 100% refund. Have contacted C.S. and all they tell me is that their working on it. That's when they do call back, most of the time they don't call back. Would like to have my $618.75 refunded. Thank you

This is in behalf of D W who is currently in Hospice Care. 30 day return policy dispute. We called within 30 days. No response from LPT. They have no record of call therefore will not refund. The letter I have sent to LPT is attached describing details.
I purchased an oxygen concentrator and traded in my old one, with an agreement for a $700.00 credit from the company. My mailing address differs from my residential address, and since USPS does not deliver to my location, I reached out to the company's customer service. They assured me that the $700 would be credited to the credit card I used for the payment. They received my trade-in on November 18th, as confirmed by the tracking information. However, I have yet to receive the payment, and my calls are no longer being returned.
I purchased an O2 Concentrater from LPT Medical on-line on 10/20 and paid by credit cart $1370.00. I received tge machine on the 24th - no owners manual included but a two fold-over pages of addendum in 12 languages. This unit began pumping erratically on 1/23; after trying unsuccessfully to get manual information, on 2/23, I called LPT at [protected] ( found on my receipt.). I was rudely and repeatedly asked for alert code #s. My daughter had to turn the unit upside down to see the lighted window on the function panel. Then I was told the unit had to be shipped to the manufacturer for repairs. When asked where was that, the tech said " we do not release that information". Email to LPT received NO response.
Lied to me and told me inogen concentraters where back ordered, sold me an off brand saying they would replace it when inogen became available! Next day inogen called me and said they where available!
On or around December 22 I gave the company $2340 for an oxygenator that I thought would work for my cluster headaches
On or around December 22 I gave the company $2340 for an oxygenator that I thought would work for my cluster headaches. When I received the device the next week I realized quickly that it could not supply me with the amount of LPMs (liters per minute) and contacted the company to let them know that and that I would have to return the equipment. Thats when they let me know that it would charge me 25% of the total cost for a restocking fee. I thought there might be a fee but had no idea that it would be almost $600! I tried to tell them this but they wouldnt budge on the fee. I think its a ridiculous amount and a way to bilk people out of money. They never mention this policy when selling me on the equipment for good reason. Theres NO WAY anyone would order one if they knew this beforehand. I think its very dishonest and judging from complaints Ive read online this is just the way they do business.

I purchased the Innogen G4 for my mother the first week in August
I purchased the Innogen G4 for my mother the first week in August. It's very expensive and not a purchase I take lightly. I purchased this specifically for a trip we were taking Labor Day weekend. My moms current portable oxygen weighs 10lbs and is difficult to carry. When speaking with the representative I told them about our trip. He told me there were some shipping delays but the device would arrive before Labor Day. I literally had him "promise" it would arrive. I was told it wouldn't be charged on my card til shipment. Card was charged Aug 11. Today, Sept 8, still no device. I called a week before our trip. They were very hard to get a hold of. Once we spoke I was told they would check with shipping and call back. No call. No device for trip, out $2,500. Wouldn't have taken trip without oxygen. Can't get ahold of anyone for update. They tell you what you want to hear but don't deliver. Buyer beware.
On 08/09 I purchased a battery and a charger which was $500.00 for my mother soon to be purchased portable oxygen ZenO
On 08/09 I purchased a battery and a charger which was $500.00 for my mother soon to be purchased portable oxygen ZenO. I received the battery on Friday the 13th which it stated in the instructions that I had 48hrs to contact them regarding any issues. I plugged in the unit to charge it stated once it was charged the green light would be stationed . I charged the battery overnight and the green light was blinking so the battery did not charge. I contacted the technical support department which they were not available on the weekends so I spoke with the gentleman who took my information and said Someone would contact me on Monday no one contacted me I called on Tuesday and the customer service department was busy and for me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. It is now the 19th and no one has returned my call regarding the faulty battery. I would like a refund. I would also like to return the unit once I get it it for a full refund.

In May , we bought a portable oxygen concentrator for $2300.00
In May , we bought a portable oxygen concentrator for $2300.00. Since then, we've experienced continuous issues with the device. We've sent it to Florida multiple times without success. They've replaced the batteries, installed a new motherboard, and we've covered shipping costs both ways. The device fails to display remaining battery life and it's equipped with a dual battery system. My husband can only use it for 2 to 2.5 hours at a stretch. Numerous calls have led nowhere. Contacting support in California was fruitless as they declined to assist, citing it was bought from LPT. Dependability is crucial for an oxygen machine, and this one is unreliable. We've requested a refund or replacement but were instructed to send it back for repairs again. After five attempts, we believe we've been patient enough. We would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your support.

On 2/21 I purchased a portable oxygen machine from this company
On 2/21 I purchased a portable oxygen machine from this company. I used it very few times as this was the middle of the pandemic and I stayed home! I started having problems with the machine in Oct 2021 and called the company as it was still under warranty. They said that I would have to send the machine back to them at my cost ($114.00) to have it fixed in which I did on 11/01. I have called them several times to check the progress and they tell me they have no info and are waiting on parts that the have no ETA on. I ask why they could not just send me another machine since it had only been used a few hours and was still under warranty and they said that was not an option. They said I could either wait on mine to be fixed or purchase another machine and they would give me partial credit on mine? I feel this is unacceptable and I just want my machine back fixed or a refund of what I paid for it $2385.00. My order number was #***. Please help me! Thank you

My Caire concentrator stopped working, It sparked so it was turned off. I purchased this product through LPT from a lady name Lacey. She no longer works there. I then spoke to Sara. No longer works there. Aerial is the individual I spoke to regarding when my machine stopped working. It is warranted for five years. She said it had to be repaired. I told her no I wanted a new one. She spoke to someone, so she said, and was going to send me a new concentrator. She told me to box it up and she would send a label to ***, 5/27. She then told me to call her on Friday to tell her *** picked it up, 5/28. I did call her, left message as she was not in the office. Realized it was a holiday weekend so I waited to call her on Tuesday. I cannot believe how many times I called her and was placed on hold. I would call back and tell the person that answered why I was calling. The last person I called assured me he would have her call me back. I have had to use my portable concentr

5/11 purchase
5/11 purchase. Oxygen Concentrator System. Operational unit in my home was condition of my release from the hospital (Covid-19). Unit purchase was made including overnight shipping charges in the amount of $2,845.00 using a debit card. Unit arrived incomplete and unusable. Return Policy states "0-5 days after arrival - 100% refund. To get my Return Authorization I called the customer support department number. I was told that they, (American Medical), were not affiliated with LPT Medical and asked me to hold for a moment so that they could retrieve and read to me a prepared statement. The representative stated American Medical suggests calling the complaintsboard.com , at [protected], and report the misuse of American Medical's telephone number. They have received numerous calls from LPT Medical customers, (also mentioned that many of the customers have shared that LPT Medical does not return phone calls). Without the return authorization I cannot get my refund.

I purchased an portable oxygen machine from lpt medical of Florida
I purchased an portable oxygen machine from lpt medical of Florida.Due to the fact that I have polycythemia vera which I have to take chemo meds and it causes me a lack of oxygen so I'm on oxygen because of the chemo drugs. I told them that I'm on 5 L of oxygen and that I need a portable oxygen machine that lasts 4 hours or more well they sent me this machine that the battery only lasts for 1 hour I cannot use this machine this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I have called repeatedly to try to get something solved they sent another battery which was worse than the first one then they replaced the whole machine which it didn't work either so I tried to return everything but by the time they sent this battery in another machine they said my 30 days was up. They verbally told me my battery would last 4 hours I would like for them to expunge my record and take this machine back but they refuse to do that. The battery lasts 1 hour this is abuse to the disabled

Originaly l asked for a small concentrator which one would be able to attach to the body in order to have free hands to accomplish work
Originaly l asked for a small concentrator which one would be able to attach to the body in order to have free hands to accomplish work. The one l received was not that but l kept it because l didn't know l could return it in 30 days. l was sent another which still wasn't what l was requesting and l didn't want to go on with this company. l returned it within the 30 day policy but was not refunded the entire purchase price and when l inquired about that l was told there is a 5 day window to return it or there is a 25% restocking fee.Of course, the 5 day window was never mentioned. Just going back and forth in the mail would be more than 5 days. In other words, it is probably impossible to meet such a requirement and l'm sure thats what they are working with. The amount of money they kept is half my social security check which is what l live on. They were not impressed with that at all in fact l found them to be particularly cold blooded in the manner in which they dealt with me.

My husband ordered an Inogen One G5 from LPT Medical on 6/14
On 6/14 my husband placed an order for an Inogen One G5 portable oxygen concentrator with Albert at LPT Medical. We were assured of a minimum $800 trade-in value for our Inogen One G4, contingent on its condition and included accessories. Consequently, we proceeded with the purchase of the G5, incurring a charge of $2565 on our credit card. The new device arrived on 6/23. In pursuit of the trade-in, we reached out to Albert for a shipping label, which prompted a customer service representative to contact my husband. A promise was made to dispatch the label by 6/25. However, due to an unforeseen emergency that led to my husband's hospitalization on the same day, we missed the initial UPS pickup, which was subsequently completed on 6/28. The tracking information confirmed delivery in Parker, CO on 6/30 at 9:36 am, but also noted that the package would be sent back to us. Despite this, neither the trade-in check nor the returned package has been received. Repeated attempts to engage with customer service have yielded no response. Following my husband's passing on 7/15, I am now endeavoring to settle this matter.

RECENTLY ORDERED A PORTABLE DEVICE WITH LPT FROM A MEDICAL SUPPLIER IN CO
RECENTLY ORDERED A PORTABLE DEVICE WITH LPT FROM A MEDICAL SUPPLIER IN CO. THEY ADVERTISED A DEVICE FOR $2,395.00 WHICH CONTAINED ALL THE FEATURES I WANTED. TALKED WITH SALES AND DISCUSSED PRICING AND FEATURES. ALSO ASKED ABOUT FINANCING PART OF THE PURCHASE. WE AGREED THAT WITH A $1,000.00 DEPOSIT THIS WAS DOABLE. ONE FINANCE PROGRAM OFFERED 36 MONTHS AND HAD A LOWER PAYMENT. ANOTHER WAS INTEREST FREE FOR 6 MONTHS BUT THE PAYMENT WAS TOO HIGH. TALKED AGAIN ABOUT THE AMOUNT TO FINANCE. $2,395.00 LESS DEPOSIT OF $1,000.00 LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1,395.00. I AGREED TO THE AMOUNT AND GAVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD TO USE. THEY PLACED A CHARGE FOR THAT AMOUNT. KOLE SAID FINANCE PAPERS WOULD BE SENT TO ME FOR SIGNATURE. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY HAD ADDED $600.00 TO THE PRICE AND THE FINANCE PAPERS WERE FOR $1,935.15. I CALLED SALES WITHIN MINUTES AND QUESTIONED THIS, THEIR COMMENT WAS THAT'S THE WAY THEY HANDLE FINANCE SALES, REVERTING TO FULL RETAIL. I CANCELED THE ORDER AT THAT TIME AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AS THE DEVICE WAS NOT SHIPPED. THEY PROCESSED THE CANCELLATION AND I CANNOT GET SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHEN MY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

I purchased an Inogen O2 concentrator July
I purchased an Inogen O2 concentrator July . I returned it Aug 12, 2021. After many phone calls, I finally received a partial refund Oct 2021. I paid $2815.00. The refund was $1913.50. That $901.50 less than I paid for it. I was told it was a restocking fee. I purchased it because the salesman said it weighed 4.7lbs. I am elderly and weak so I thought the lightweight machine would help improve my independence. What he didnt tell me was thats without the battery. He knew the weight was the only reason I was getting it. With the battery it weighs what Im currently using. He also never told me that they would charge 25% to restock it. I thought it said that the fee would be charged if you didnt get a return ticket number and had used it over 10 hours. I had my ticket number and I used the unit only a couple of hours. I feel like I was deceived and taken advantage of by LPT Medical. I am 71, sick and on a fixed income. I wouldnt have said anything had it been a fair fee but $901.50 is not fair to the elderly which is the bulk of their clients purchasing oxygen equipment. That is a lot of money. The salesman should have gone over the policy and made sure I understood. All he wanted was a sale and knew he wouldnt get it had he been honest. LPT Medical also said I didnt return the power supply. I did return it. I would have no use for a power supply to something I didnt have.

I am 89 years old
I am 89 years old. My daughter *** has assisted me with my purchase and has spoken to the company on my behalf. On 6/15 - I purchased a SeQual Eclipse 5 Portable Oxygen Concentrator manufactured by *** from LPT Medical (aka 1st Class Medical) (Tracking number ***). The purchase included 2 batteries among other items. The purchase price I paid was 2,495.00. The concentrator was sold to me with these warranties: Sequal Eclipse 5 Warranty; 3 Year Warranty on Concentrator. 1 year warranty on Battery. 90 Days on Accessories. On or about 9/8 - My daughter called 1st Class Medical and spoke with Michelle *** and told her the batteries were not fully charging. On 9/8, Michelle informed my daughter that the batteries were under warranty and she told me to follow her directions and send both batteries to *** and they would send me replacement batteries once they received the other batteries. We followed those directions and returned the batteries to *** at our expense. Without batteries, the Portable Oxygen Concentrator is NOT portable at ALL. We have not received any replacement batteries to this date. The portable concentrator that we paid thousands of dollars for is useless without batteries. Either they deliver new batteries to us ASAP or exchange the machine for a brand new one with working batteries included ASAP or they refund us our money.
