January 20 At the beginning the salesman was great, we received the unit then I had to call because I was missing a couple of items. I had ordered a wheelchair carrying case and the pins to put the wheels on the cart. I called and received the bag for the wheelchair, and had already gone to the hardware store and bought the pins I needed. Then I found out that the car charger didn't work, I started about the middle of December to get a new charger, there was only one person I could talk to, I finally received the correct charger a couple days ago. I am really worried what kind of help I am going to receive if I have any issues with oxygen machine. I would not recommend using this company. I would recommend Inogen.
They do not work with you to help you get what you really need
They do not work with you to help you get what you really need. They stuck me with an Inogen G5. I really need a portable concentrator and didn't want bv to go through insurance because that isn't a fast way to go. I did a quick review and trusted that they would assist me choosing the right concentrator. I signed the agreement. I did further research and found out it was a pulse only concentrator. I sent an email prior to getting the machine and also vfc tried to call them to say ai did NOT want the pulse only machine. Then I get the machine and now it is too late to get it without a massive cut in return price. Also I got the double battery I paid extra for but did not get the regular battery the machine comes with. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. This company does not have your best interests at heart, they only care about selling you a machine and after that you are in your own. They haven't answered my calls for emails after I signed the agreement
Hi.most recently purchased an Inogen G5 through Hannah ,a most capable and patient representative
Hi...most recently purchased an Inogen G5 through Hannah ,a most capable and patient representative. The G5 arrived via UPS in a timely and undamaged manner. The only hiccup here was the additional brokerage fees and tax owing which added another $ 400 CDN to the total ,shouldn't have been that surprised ...the price to be Canadian .The G5 was pretty much ready to go out of the box except for pairing the unit with the Inogen App...this did not work well with me ,but a young lady on LPT telephone reception worked with me 3 times and got the job done. With the Unit now strapped on it was like a new found freedom ..The Unit delivers as advertised, light weight even with double battery, ample oxygen, extremely quiet, stylish and easy to use.. I have only had the Unit one week and have many more uses to try...stay tuned...In summary LPT Medical made the choice and purchase enjoyable and so far service has been Super so if you are in the market for a G5 call Hannah and say *** sent you...

I purchased a G5 inogen for my mother who lives out of state and under a month later I was able to fly and see/help her and at this time I put together the unit for her. Unfortunately within 5 minutes she said even though it was light it was still too much much for her. I then proceeded to return the item and after given a phone number to a different company and then transferred 3 times I was connected to a Sara K who stated when I received my new debit card (my preferred) because my old one had been compromised) she would put it back to the card and may take 5-7 business days on the new card was given on Sept 19th. I spoke with my bank about the fraud on my old card again on Sept 23rd and asked them while on the phone if they could see a pending merchant deposit and was told nothing was there and would be if it went through the the return department. At this time I called and spoke to Sara K again who assured me me it would be there within 5-10 business days.( It changed now to 10 days) It's now Sept 30th and has been 10 business days and my emails asking for results have gone unanswered completely! I have just found out I have a bone disease and can not work. This money close to $1,500 has left me in a horrible spot and not able to even pay for my prescriptions. I am beyond disappointed and upset at this business practice and how even after I explained in a email about needing my prescriptions there was total disregard in my health and this situation as a whole. I'm currently still waiting for my refund.

On May 16th, LPT Medical was paid $90 for round trip shipping for my O2 concentrator for warranty repair
On May 16th, LPT Medical was paid $90 for round trip shipping for my O2 concentrator for warranty repair. LPT emailed me the shipping label and the machine was shipped the same day. After a month, I called LPT to get an update because I needed the machine back within two weeks for a flight I was taking. *** at LPT told me the machine can be fixed in time for my flight but *** ground was too slow. She said if I paid an additional $70 they could ship it overnight but that *** wouldn't guarantee it would arrive the next day. I called *** and was assured it would arrive much faster going over night air rather than sending it ground. The $70 shipping upgrade fee was paid on June 17 with *** that it would be shipped air but with no guarantee it would arrive in one day.My complaint is that it was shipped ground and LPT acknowledged they know it was shipped ground and that *** didn't charge them for air freight, yet LPT doesn't think they should refund the $70. For some strange reason they feel it is proper to charge and not provide a promised service I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none were available but somebody would call me later. Nobody ever called me. I can upload documents, but the facts as I layed out are not disputed by LPT. The only dispute is LPT feels it is proper to charge people for services that they don't provide and I think it is immoral and illegal to charge fees and not provide the promised service.

Seeking resolution for an overcharge on an oxygen unit purchase
To Whom it May Concern, my name is [redacted], I am a 92-year-old lady in need of a resolution for an overcharge I received on purchasing an oxygen unit. I purchased a portable oxygen machine on 11/18 from LPT Medical. I inquired about the lifetime warranty and if it could be transferred to my daughter, considering my age. I was assured it was transferable but was not informed of the warranty cost. The quoted price for the unit was $2,195. I received an invoice on 11/18 for $2,195 from a representative of LPT Medical, followed by a second invoice on 11/26 totaling $2,740, which included an additional $500 for the lifetime warranty and $45 for a return label. Upon disputing these charges, I was informed it was too late to cancel the warranty due to a 5-day policy. However, I made the call on 11/29, which was within the 5-day period. Despite contacting the company, the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting a refund of $545 for the warranty and return label. I will attach both invoices with this claim.

On Tuesday, October 19, I purchased online from LPT Medical one Oxlife Independence portable oxygen concentrator with the Usual
On Tuesday, October 19, I purchased online from LPT Medical one Oxlife Independence portable oxygen concentrator with the Usual manufacturer package consisting of 2 batteries, 1 ea ac and dc power supplies, travel cart and accessory bag for $2495.00 plus 45.00.00 for shipping' In addition to the usual package I Purchased an external battery charger for $150.00, All item were supposedly on hand and could be shipped immediately. A package (tracking number 1Z4607X24256805058) was shipped the next day and arrived at my house on 10/02 but there was only one container and no external battery charger! I called LPT customer support on 10/03, and advised him it was missing. He did not take any time to check anything but almost instantly told me it was backordered. When pressed, he said it could be shipped the next week but I would have to call back during normal work week to get any details. After many attempts I talked with another customer svc *** could give me no details and when I insisted on something in writing to show they owed me one external Battery charger she emailed me another copy of the saleslip, but still no mention of a backorder. I replied to her email and asked for my money back for the external Btry charger. They have returned no phone calls and seem to be ignoring the fact they owe me a refund of the $150.00 I paid for item they cannot furnish. I am unwilling to wait forever hoping they will ship an item that their own paperwork does not even show they owe me. This is attempted fraud.

LPT was quick to sell me a new Inogen G5 with a lifetime warranty
LPT was quick to sell me a new Inogen G5 with a lifetime warranty. *** told me if I ever had a problem with the machine to just give her a call and they would replace it no problem. When you start having problems with the machine, you will also have major problems with LPT. First they put you thru to *** for resets, which did not fix the issue. Next they have a guy tell you that you must pay $90 to have the unit shipped to you. Also that *** were out of units because of *** did not know how long before I would get a unit. When I went back to *** with the issue, she would not take my call. I was sent to *** I told her I would only speak to ***. *** finally called me back, said she was in *** issue was with *** must speak to *** said the guy did not know what he was talking about that they had units and if I paid $45 they would ship my unit the first of the week. I was NEVER told I would have to pay endless additional charges for the warranty. The first of the week I get an email saying I need to raise my spending limit on card for my unit to ship, their charge would not go thru? I call again, low n behold they made a mistake and the $45 charge went thru. NOW they don't have any units and I can't get a hold of *** I was suppose to get a new unit last week, I am still waiting! As soon as they get your money after making so many promises, the excuses started. Their lifetime warranty comes with some hefty shipping charges as they call them. How can you make excuses when someone depends on the portable oxygen machine to be able to get out of the house? That and the new charges to use the lifetime warranty should be considered fraud, pure and simple.

July 6, 2022 charged $3040.00 for oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical, refund issues.
On July 6, 2022, I was charged $3040.00 for an oxygen concentrator from LPT Medical, with the company promising a full refund within 0-5 days of arrival if conditions were met. I promptly notified the salesperson of my intent to return the unit the following day. Despite meeting all return policy conditions, including keeping usage under 10 hours, I faced obstacles. The salesperson suggested I keep the unit over the weekend and use it more, which could have voided my refund. Come Monday, after being put on hold and redirected, customer service informed me of a 25% restocking fee, claiming the return window applied only to the first machine. The salesperson continued to push for a replacement and use of the unit. The company's misrepresentation of the return policy, the salesperson's deceptive advice, and customer service's lack of assistance have led me to demand a full refund of $3040.00 to my credit card.

22 November my wife purchased a SeQual Eclipse 5 from LPT
22 November my wife purchased a SeQual Eclipse 5 from LPT. She said we had a SeQual Eclipse 3 to put in part exchange. The salesman told her that we would probably get about $600 for it. So we sent it off and heard nothing more. After a few calls I decided to call him myself. He told me that our trade in was now only worth $100. I told him that $100 was not enough and to return my SeQual Eclipse 3. This was December and we have neither seen any part exchange money nor our SeQual Eclipse 3.I wrote and on 22 March 2022 I received the following from ***: We are following up in regards to your complaint regarding a SeQual Eclipse trade in. I have received your message & would like to look into this further for you.On 23 March *** wrote: It looks like the offer was for $100 due to this unit being discontinued.I replied the same day: Your salesman told my wife that she should get $600 for the trade in. When I spoke with him he dropped that offer to $100. It's not as if he did not know which model of SeQual we were trading in.*** replied same day: I will get with my supervisor today & be in touch with you by the end of the day with a resolution. I apologize for this inconvenience & will be in touch soon. I replied to *** on 25 March: Last Wednesday you told me that after speaking with your supervisor you would get back to me by the end of that day! It is now Friday. On the purchase invoice [dated 22 November ] it stated that our trade in was a SeQual Eclipse 3. So the salesman knew this and still said we could get $600 for it. If, as you state, the model was discontinued then why did he not mention this before offering $600 for it?On 6 April I again wrote to ***: Regarding the SeQual Eclipse 3 I put in part exchange for a SeQual Eclipse 5 in November. May I please ask you to call me so that we can settle this matter? On 7 April 2022 I wrote to the *** and never received a reply.
