"This is my second Inogen One G5. I bought it as a back-up to the 1st one. New G5's were out of stock, but Leo was great in presenting me with options for a used G5 or a demo model. Both options came with a lifetime warranty and drop coverage. I chose the demo model because that package came with a small and large battery. I also saved money because the unit was a demo model. Concentrator shipped overnight and works well. I have had stellar service with my first G5 in terms of repair and upkeep. That is the reason I returned to Main Clinic Supply for a second concentrator."

I've been a customer of Main Clinic Supply since 2016 because they have the best customer service. My experience has been excellent. They are very professional and knowledgeable of all the equipment. The products they have are the best and they have life time warranties you can get on the equipment. Shipping is fast and comes overnight. I worked with Leo Castro on my latest order and he was very courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase; emailing me with all the information I needed and explaining the warranty and buy back information. Also, this was done during his off-duty time.

A year ago I purchased a G5 unit for my wife and also purchased the "Gold portable upgrade bundle" extended 2 year warranty. Which included some accessories and a large battery For $274.00 At the time this was purchased, there was no mention by the sales person that this was a 5 year recurring charge So now we received an envelope stamped PAST DUE NOTICE. 5 years at $274.00 = $1370.00 / Which I felt was a bit much and so wanted to cancel the warranty and in order to to that I have to return the large battery which I will do. So buyer beware as there was no mention of this at the sale and only when I later received an invoice was there a mention of this.

My husband is the user and he likes how the Inogen knows when to provide oxygen, he likes it better than the continuous flow one that needs to be plugged into the wall. I particularly like the worry free protection plan. We both like how quiet the Inogen is, my husband uses it on the 3-4 cycle. Although it was an expensive purchase, it was well worth the investment and better and safer than lugging or carting those metal cylinders around. Since purchasing the Inogen, my husband is more energetic and active and sleeps less than he use to, which was almost 2/3 of the day."

Best Quality and Customer Service When buying medical equipment it pays to shop around. Compare prices most importantly look at the product and read everything all the fine print. After looking at a lot of sites it took me days. I found Main Clinic Supplies I'm very glad I did. They had the exact model that my aunt was looking for. Passed the information onto a couple of people already. The website was easy to use and the help I received was invaluable. Compassionate, caring, professional." The Inogen is lightweight, and is a lovely machine. So easy to use. Well worth the price, and they have a buy-back program. Seriously, they supply the Mayo Clinics. What better recommendation can you have, AND the staff are fabulous!

I was referred to Main Clinic Supply by Brad with Freedom Link. He suggested that I contact Mark Johnson with MCS. MY oxygen concentrator became defective and every oxygen company I contacted for repair stated they would not service it unless I purchased it from them. MCS and Mark stated they would service it. Mark gave me several options. I then ask about buying a new concentrator. Mark referred me to Rachel Smith. Rachel gave me excellent options including a possible buy back options for my old equipment.. I decided to purchase a new concentrator with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Mark and Rachel's customer service was SUPERB. I thank them both for keeping me breathing. Also MCS's lifetime warranty insures that I never have to worry about service for my concentrator again! Great service from an excellent company.

During my initial call, I was unaware that there was a voice messaging service operating on Main Clinic Supply's end until it clicked off announcing that the time limit for recording had been reached. I never left a message, yet I still received a call back after a short period of time. It was Jeff, apparently responding to my caller ID phone number. He, after contacting me, in a pleasant and non pressuring manner, offered me an informative description of the product I was interested in and the various purchase options. When making critical expensive decisions affecting health and well being, it is encouraging to have the experience I had with Jeff and Main Clinic Supply. Bait and Switch tactics are used with this company , i ordered 2 new inogen g5 units with 3 year warranty when i called the next day to ask when i can expect shipping they said those units were a 4 week wait (didn't say that on website) , but for an additional 550 per unit i could get ones with lifetime warranty that were ready to ship.. there is only 1 g5 and the warranty is NOT built into the machine it does not take much to see Jeff was lying thru his teeth trying too sale me on a different warranty these people pray on sick people.. also you can get same models direct from inogen for 700.00 less for the 2 machines , i canceled my order and was refunded but beware these folks don't have your best interest at heart ...JEFF STEP YOUR SALES GAME UP PAL AND DONT TRY TO SELL THE 1 UNIT THEY MAKE AS SOMETHING DIFFERENT! there is only 1 g5 unit and the warranty are NOT built into the machine.

My sales agent Leo was personable, knowledgeable, had a sense of humour (it is a tough time for that during the days of Covid-19, but he had one anyway) and did not take the easy way out, deciding instead to help me directly with putting through my purchase rather than leaving me to the vagaries of the online system. He communicated with me at each step of the way, which was very much appreciated. He is a gem and I hope the Company realizes it. I would buy stuff from thisbusiness any day. It would be a little expensive for a Canadian given the US - CDN dollar difference but what is a few percentage points between friends, yes? Thanks for everything, and thanks again to Leo.

My wife has been quite sick with copd pneumonia for the last 3 months, in and out of hospital 3 times. Not and ideal situation at the best of times but more scary these days with covid, of course. Even though she is technically alright with her oxygen level she is just borderline. It seemed a wise choice to be prepared in case things worsened. The other idea is to keep her mobile and not housebound. The Main Clinic was referred to us by friends who had dealt with them. We called at 8:15 am on June 1,2021. Jeff answered on the first ring, and I remembered hesitating waiting for the voice prompt before realizing we were live. It just got better from there. Very friendly, professional service from Jeff, explaining without being pushy as to our best options and arranging international shipping with FedEx. We received a call back from Jeff that afternoon to confirm shipping and FedEx was at our door in Calgary, Alberta at 11:00 am the next morning. Incredible service from both Main Clinic and FedEx. Have used this company for portable oxygen machines and supplies since 3/17, and have always had absolutely amazing service from EVERY employee there. They are very knowledgeable about all their machines and stand ready at all times to help any customer to the best of their ability. Of all the companies I have ever interacted with in my life, I've never come across one that had such spectacular service from EVERY employee EVERY time. It's a joy and a privilege to work with the people at Main Clinic Supply; they're excellent at what they do, and they CARE about their customers! Updated today; yesterday, I had to call them because my portable oxygen concentrator stopped allowing the battery to be charged, which meant that I had to stay at home, using my big room concentrator for oxygen until a new machine could be shipped to me. I called Main Clinic at 11 a.m. (Pacific Time) and by 10:30 this morning, FedEx had dropped off a new replacement machine to me---with preprinted return label, so it won't even cost me anything to ship the broken machine back to them. You can't beat 24-hour service unless you live in the same town with them---and I'm halfway across the country in Nevada. NOBODY beats Main Clinic Supply people, in my book!

MY FATHER COULD HAVE DIED! My mother purchased an Inogen 5 from Main Clinic Supply over a month ago. At the time of purchase there was much concern and focus on the need to have flexibility in oxygen levels during portable use. The battery life stated in the call was 8-9 hrs, but this was specific only for a single oxygen level and not the range my parents were seeking. With understanding the full range ability and the 8-9 hr battery life, the unit was purchased. Once received it was realized that at the higher oxygen level the battery life was less than 2 hrs, which was not enough to get my father to dr appt. Luckily, they did not find this out the hard way. MY FATHER COULD HAVE DIED! I followed up with a call to Main Clinic Supply to alert them of how their Sales rep, Courtney, had ill represented the product. Courtney became very defensive and rude. It was especially disheartening as my father had actually died recently and the manner in which she spoke was unprofessional and not sympathetic. I would warn new customers of the lack of knowledge, poor communication and unprofessionalism in dealing with this company. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD WANT TO COUNT ON IN SUCH A CRITICAL AND SENSITIVE TIME IN YOUR LIFE. BE SAFE AND FIND ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR.

"I just can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator from Main Clinic Supply! Although my condition makes it hard for me to communicate verbally, I had many questions and concerns when I contacted them. Jeff A. was patient, professional, intelligent, respectful, personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from first contact, obtaining a copy of my prescription from my doctor, throughout the sale and payment process and he even followed up with me. Jeff also assisted me in getting substantial discounts and extra cannulas and split the cost between two payment sources. Then he worked with shipping to get it out the same day and sent it overnight by FEDEX to me in Oregon! It was here, up and running the following day. Jeff A. also helped me get a plan that will take care of maintenance, repair and replacement so I will not have that worry. As a disabled U.S. military veteran, the VA had kindly provided me with a rental pulse only POC and supplies at no cost to me via a different medical supply company (but at great cost to the VA). I already own a continuous flow, stationary concentrator (a power hog) for use while sleeping but could not find a company that would service it since it was not a rental. I needed a sturdy, reliable continuous flow POC on a cart that I could travel with and use at home. I ultimately chose the OxLife Independence and am very happy with it. In the face of the pandemic I have been staying home, and for their safety and ours am not keen to opening my door to technicians and delivery people whose job requires them to be in contact with other people with lung issues. Likewise, I did not want a rental POC that had been in someone else's home. I wanted to take responsibility and end the cost to the VA so that money can be used to care for other veterans. I am humbled and very thankful that Jeff A. and Main Clinic Supply so kindly helped me. I give them my highest recommendation. The company is fortunate to have Jeff A. on the front line. The best!"

I purchased a Inogen 3 portable oxygen concentrator. The unit and a lifetime warrenty for $4200.00. After i sent the unit in for a software update and maintenance 1 yr later, it no longer would run on the extended run battery. I called for the warrenty but they told me the battery and the charger is not covered they call it an accessory. But without them it doesn't run. And they made their ad sound like the inogen 3 was covered 100% with the exception of water damage. It said that in the ad. They did say they would help me buy a $ 495.00 battery ( i bet ). I don't feel that's right. A 100% warrenty should cover everything it takes for the unit to run. If it's not able to run due to a sensor and that's covered why isn't everything that causes the unit not to run covered?
