Defective product being sold as new and insurance being added
I have never in my entire adult life had suck a horrific customer journey/experience of my life please be warned. Do not buy any of their electronic goods anywhere. My brand new RD 1000 amp bass knob port doesn't work yet they charged me full price for my entire setup and still had the nerve to add insurance to that same amp. And refuse to swap it out for a brand new one on the spot right after it has been purchased because the manager doesn't even have the decency to come to the front desk and have a chat with me to see how we can get this whole mess sorted out. So I emailed the regional manager and still nothing. Not a single reply. Unbelievable! A journey which has span since Sept 2021 until now got JL fitted, bass knob installed no bass but speakers wasn't playing until I pulled the bass knob out. Oh we tested it with every tool we had. It wasn't working tough luck we refuse to swop it you sit with what you have. Plus we will now charge you again just to wait another 3 months + because we gave you a faulty amp to begin with. And we'll charge you insurance that is no good if the product is already faulty. From the start. I still haven't managed to get that regional manager to even acknowledge I exist as a $5000 odd price tag paying customer who is now so fed up he is going to tell the world about you and then you can see for yourselves how many likes for disliking your company for every single moral it's breaking in business by going about it in such a disgusting way. You call that treating the customer fairly? Really. You still have the nerve to charge me for insurance when I categorically told you not to but you did it anyway. Unbelievable. You best fix this situation before I hit the BBB. And so what if you're not registered, you don't deserve to be on there. You're disgusting in the way you do business. What if I was an old lady that couldn't type to save my life... what would you do then... still rip her off. Yeah that's what I thought Lucac - supposed store manager from Visions Langly BC. He has been the whole reason behind my anger and frustration. Selling me and installing faulty goods. Unethical business practice. So is sneaking in a warrantee you specifically didn't ask for yet bill your credit card company because he can. Really Lucas? No you cannot simply do that there is no statute of limitations on what the public will do to you. They will shame you for what you have done to a innocent consumer all the way from South Africa where the currency is 14 times weaker. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone who is generally voice less in this world. But I told you in no uncertain terms what I was going to do and here I'm doing it. Now fix immediately as I'm only getting started. First of many complaints. And they will haunt you until your brand rots down to the core because you are an effixiation of the human kind. Your business morals and treatment of a hard working person in a greedy money grabbing stealing world. You stole from my credit card company. Visa you can go sue the man now. I've got all the receipts on hard copy for you. That man with the sheepish grin behind the counter with the name of Lucas even had the nerve to print out the invoice with that I asked him for thinking I wouldn't notice that sneaky addition. Not once but twice I asked them not to add insurance. First Nipuna from Port Coquitlam then Lucas from Langley. I buy on credit to work hard to pay it back but you just think it's ok to steal from customers. That is a crime punishable by sanction. Which is what every single person is going to do with you after they take the time to read my rant because you are the killer of my sanity. And the thief that gets away with it every day because not enough people complain while you sit back and rape us as consumers and laugh at us as we walk away. Like you did Lucas. I so hope you get to read this review when you swindle the next person at your store you're a pig of epic proportions that deserves to be in jail for what you have done for me. I hope you suffer a long agonizing death in pain like I am from my chronic pancreatitus. And then get a double hernia to add insult to injury just to rub it in up your n9strils until it hurts even further. So Visa and Mastercard there is your thief please go collect your money. I'll happily provide every single one of the receipts, plus a copy of my original email to Mr Regional manager hiding in your office like a little boy stroking his manager's huge ego probably with a fact commission check lined with all ghost stolen dollars from the credit and debit cards out there. Here is a guy that is fuming. I've spoken, pleaded and literally went blue in the face, I almost had s stroke thanks to you. I'm coming for your brand. The one it takes millions of dollars to advertise. May this be a HUGE WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC GOODS FROM THIS CHAIN. THEY STEAL FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND CONSUMERS THAT HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. May the banks sue u!
Desired outcome: *Swop this faulty RD 1000 amp for an XD1000 + bass knob + installation*And I want those nice looking pieces of JL equipment that came with the speakers to be installed as well. All above to be done within 1 week
