Vitalize Hair I bought a sample thing from them

I bought a sample thing from them. They sent me an email saying I won't have to pay for shipping and handling. But when the thing arrived, they charged me for S&H and it was even more than the thing itself. I tried calling and emailing them many times to cancel the order, but they won't pick up the phone or reply to my emails. They say you can only return the thing within 15 days, and I still have time left because I haven't used it. But they won't get back to me, so it seems like they just want to keep my money. It feels like a scam.

Vitalize Hair I bought 2 bottles of Vitalize shampoo on 3/23/22

I bought 2 bottles of Vitalize shampoo on 3/23/22. I've bought from this company before and never had any issues. I didn't open the package right away because I still had some left. When I finally opened the box, I realized that the shampoo they sent was not the same as what I had ordered before. I don't like the anti-frizz shampoo they sent. I tried calling twice and sent several emails, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I paid $70.00 for 2 bottles of shampoo and I'm really unhappy that this company doesn't seem to care about their customers. If I can't get a replacement, I just want my money back. Thanks.

Vitalize Hair So, like, back in May 12th or something, I saw this infomercial about this hair stuff called Vitalize Hair

So, like, back in May 12th or something, I saw this infomercial about this hair stuff called Vitalize Hair. They were all like, "try our product for 90 days and you'll see some sick results!" So, I called up this lady who claimed to be a manager for the company and placed my order. I told her that my hair was falling out and she was all like, "Don't worry, this stuff works wonders! And if you ain't happy, we'll give you a refund."

So, without doing any research or anything, I decided to give it a shot. I followed the instructions to a T, but guess what? No positive results, man. I stuck with it for the full 90 days, just like they told me to. But when I asked for my refund, they were all like, "Hold up, we need some before and after pics, bro." I was like, "Nobody told me that, dude!" Then they were all like, "Just email us the pics, dude." So, I did that, but this supposed LLC completely ignored me, man. It's a total bummer, dude. I just want the refund they promised, not some shady business, you know?

Vitalize Hair The product had some weird stuff in it and I can't even use it

The product had some weird stuff in it and I can't even use it. They sent me new bottles but they got the same problem. I bought the $99.00 three-part hair serum and the first one was totally fine. But the second one, the hair oil, had some weird stuff in it. They sent me a new one but it had the same problem and I couldn't use it. You can't talk to a real person for help, only to order new stuff. They told me to email them but they never reply. My third shipment came and it had the same problem. It's already August 3 and they still haven't responded to my concern. I have three unopened bottles of oil that I can't use and my $90.00 hair treatment is messed up. I canceled my auto-renew. They offered me a 25% discount for the delay in my second order but I don't want it, I want my $99 back.

Vitalize Hair I ordered 4 jars of Edge Control from Vitalize Hair on March 27 for $13.98, but I never got them

I ordered 4 jars of Edge Control from Vitalize Hair on March 27 for $13.98, but I never got them. I emailed their support team on 4/9 because they don't have a phone number listed. They said the order was shipped and gave me a link to track it. When I checked with FedEx, they said the package was left on my front porch. But I was in Las Vegas from 3/30 to 4/26, so I couldn't have received it.

On 4/25, Vitalize Edge Control charged my card $74.96 for a recurring order. They said I have to cancel the subscription 3-4 business days before the payment is due. But how can I cancel something I never received in the first place? I don't even know when the billing date is because I never got the initial order.

I emailed customer support again on 4/26 and explained what FedEx told me. They refunded me $13.98, but they won't give me back the $74.96. This company is a scam.

Vitalize Hair I bought dis product online on May 12th

I bought dis product online on May 12th. Few days later, I got an email sayin' congrats on my subscription. I emailed dem to say I didn't want it and wanted to cancel. Da account manager *** emailed me back sayin' I gotta pay $10.45 for shippin' since I ain't participatin' in da subscription. I said dat was fine. So den on June 9th, I got an email sayin' my next order was gettin' ready to ship. I emailed dem right away to check their records 'cause I canceled dis. But my card got charged $99. I called customer service and told 'em I'm sendin' back da unopened products. I also talked to my bank 'bout dis transaction. My next step is writin' a letter to da State of *** Consumer Affairs and da State Attorney General. Now I gotta wait for da return code to send da package back, but I only got 15 days.

I bought their eyebrow growth serum hoping to grow my eyebrows back. I talked to a representative before buying it to check if it could be used for that purpose, and they said yes. I have the email to prove it. I made the purchase in early May and received it shortly after. There was a 90-day money back guarantee, so I thought it was worth a shot. I used it for a month but didn't see any results, so I emailed them asking for a refund. They told me I had to use it for the full 90 days, so I kept using it and emailed them again to get my money back. They sent me the same generic email with the refund policy written out, so I replied three times with no response. I called them a week later, and they said it was probably because I didn't buy a 3 part system. Nowhere did it say that you had to buy specific product(s) to qualify for the 90-day guarantee. I have emails to prove that it doesn't mention that in the guarantee. I want my money back and want to warn others.

I had a problem with my order from Vitalize Hair. I placed the order on 4/10, but as of 5/12, I still hadn't received it. I was confused because they had already charged me for the products, even though they hadn't shipped them yet. So, on 5/13, I contacted their customer service to cancel the order. The person I spoke to apologized for the mistake and offered me a discount, but I declined and asked for a full refund instead.

Later that same evening, I received an email with tracking information from FEDEX (***) indicating that Vitalize had finally shipped my order. I immediately emailed them back, asking them to cancel the shipment since I had already canceled the order and requested a refund. They replied, telling me to "refuse delivery when it arrived." Unfortunately, I wasn't home when the package was delivered.

I have been constantly emailing the company to get information on how to return the products, as they claim I have 15 days to do so. However, they have not provided me with a return authorization. I'm worried that they are intentionally delaying the process so that they don't have to issue a refund. Every time I ask about returning the products, they just tell me to file for a return ticket through a link (***) they provided. I have tried doing that multiple times, but I haven't received any response.

Vitalize Hair On March 22, I ordered this 3 part hair fixin' system from Vitalize Hair

On March 22, I ordered this 3 part hair fixin' system from Vitalize Hair. It was supposed to come with shampoo, conditioner, hair serum, and oil. But when I got the package on March 29, guess what? The shampoo and conditioner were missing! Can you believe it?

So, I shot 'em an email right away to let 'em know what happened. I also mentioned that the packing slip had somethin' about "auto renew" on it, which was weird 'cause I didn't sign up for that. I asked 'em to take me off that auto renew thing if they had me on it. I got a response from 'em on March 29, sayin' that my order got held up 'cause they were havin' trouble with the conditioner. Okay, fair enough.

But I wasn't satisfied, so I emailed 'em again on March 31, askin' 'em one more time if they had me on auto renew and to please remove me if they did. Finally, on April 1st, they emailed me back sayin' that they saw I had a subscription and asked if I wanted to cancel. Seriously? I never signed up for that in the first place!

Fast forward to April 21, and I'm still havin' problems. I sent 'em another email, tellin' 'em once again that I didn't sign up for a subscription and demandin' a refund 'cause they keep takin' money outta my account. And guess what? I still haven't received any of the products!

Overall, my experience with Vitalize Hair has been a real disappointment. They messed up my order, kept tryin' to charge me for stuff I didn't want, and I haven't even gotten the products I paid for. It's been a total mess, and I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone.

On or around May 12th, I was scrolling through the internet and stumbled upon an infomercial for Vitalize Hair. Out of curiosity, I decided to call the number displayed on the screen. A lady, who claimed to be a supervisor, answered and offered her assistance. I explained my concerns about hair loss, and she assured me that if I tried their product for 90 days, I would see positive results or receive a refund. Feeling desperate, I reluctantly accepted her offer and placed an order.

She promised a monthly promotion price of $99.00, with the guarantee of a refund if the product didn't work. However, the 90 days have come and gone, and all I've received are excuses. They requested pictures, insisting that it was mentioned to me beforehand, but I have no recollection of such information. I informed their representative about a nondisclosure agreement, but they seemed to brush it off. I sent a picture as requested, but received no response.

In hindsight, I should have done some research on this company before making a purchase. Can someone please assist me in getting my money back? This product simply does not deliver the promised results.

After usin the products for a couple of months with no results, I submited a request on July 4th for a refund accordin to their "Money Back Policy. If you're not completely satisfied with their product, Vitalize offers a 90 day "Money Back Guarantee." I initially purchased a recurring subscription for their three-part hair system on April 26. After usin the products for a couple of months with no results, I submited a request on July 4th for a refund accordin to their "Money Back Guarantee." I followed the instructions accordin to their policy noted, "Customers are required to submit before and after photos. The customer must also include the followin information when submittin before and after photos: date the product was purchased, date the product was returned, order number, and return policy number. All photo files must be labeled in the followin format month/day/year (example: 3/9). All photos and requested information must be sent via email to ***@vitalizehair.com." However, I was sent a questionnaire to complete on July 9th. I completed it on July 10th. After no reply, I sent another email to their support department on July 14th. They sent the followin reply on July 15th which was not received that I did not receive but was , "Hello ***, It has come to our understandin that you have been unsatisfied with your recent purchase with Vitalize Hair. We received your request for a refund and it was under review. Per our return/refund policy, based on your account information, we would like to inform you that we have approved a refund of $235.95 Before we process the refund we must ensure the followin things Items were returned durin the timeframes indicated in our return policy. Items were returned with a ticket number on file. Items were returned unused. If any of the above are not verified the refund will be delayed or declined. P.S After reviewin your images we feel as though we can definitely help your restore your hair, you may just need to give a longer evaluation period. If interested we may be willin to provide a 3-month trial rather than refund as we both want the same thing, hence results. We honor you as a customer and hope that we can continue to serve you. I was never given a ticket number to return the products for a proper refund. I also sent additional emails and phone calls to request a refund on, August 1st, at 7:36 pm, 9:12 pm, August 7th, and 8th, and 16th.
