Unsolicited phone calls and lengthy voicemails with no content
I keep receiving phone calls from this company, Vitility, LLC, which I have never heard of. Today, 4/1 at 11:18am they left me a 5 minute long voicemail with nothing on it but breathing and paper rustling. It is obnoxious and uncalled for.
How do companies get away with this?
Desired outcome: I would like them to remove my number from their call list and stop calling me.
Vitelity LLC
They keep calling and stating my Google account isn't set up when it is! Once they see that it is they transfer you to a "manager" that tries to sell you an expensive product!
Desired outcome: Stop the harassing calls
Service
We have been down6 times in one month. Our clients are so upset and i have lost 70k yearly revenue so far. Do not use them!
Is Vitelity Legit?
Vitelity earns a trustworthiness rating of 68%
Generally safe, but check closely before sharing details.
We found clear and detailed contact information for Vitelity. The company provides a physical address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 4 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
Vitelity.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Vitelity.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.
Vitelity.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Vitelity, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Vitelity.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The vitelity.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Vitelity protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Vitelity. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.
Harassing and constant phone calls from their numbers
I have received several phone calls from this company
908-278-8778
908-279-8778
908-279-8776
908-279-8774
This is to a line that is not listed and I am unsure how they gained. It needs to stop. There is no contact page that leads to a page to help file an Abuse complaint, as has been mentioned in other threads. I am not sure how legitimate this company is if they need to spoof their number.
Calls impersonating Google Services
They are impersonating Google services.
They are calling businesses saying their Google account is not up to date, press 1 to update your account, 2 if you want to leave your account on risk for bad reviews and other potential harms to your company.
When they answered I asked are you calling from Google? they end the phone call.
This scam has been going on for years now, always showing up as Vitelity LLC on the callerID. I have contacted Vitelity's fraud department, along with the FTC and Google's fraud department. I highly recommend Vitelity to take pro-active measures before Google's big hammer falls on them for name trademark infringement. That's a very serious charge and punishment, potentially putting Vitelity out of business.
phone call harassment
Gave my phone number to a private and protected website for auto insurance quotes which apparently was not true because I have been harassed 8 times by the above company (Vitelity LLC) within the last 2 hours alone and I am sure will continue. Also, may have to fill out more complaints due to 2 other companies...not insurance related, that continue to call right after information was given! WARNING: Do not ever give your real telephone out to anyone no matter what the website states!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We are receiving continuing phone calls claiming to collect a debt for Retro Fitness. We do not owe Retro Fitness and when we try to get answers from the gentlemen on the phone about where they are located they hang up. We called our Fitness Center and they advised us of the billing company they use and it is not Vitelity LLC [protected]. They have called three times in one day and dont even speak english!

VITELITY, LLC. has been calling my phone for over 1 year constantly. No one talks when you answer the phone. When you call them it's a contest and your a winner. Can't talk to no one, and they say your a subscriber. never did I subscribe with them. I just don't want them to call no more.
Vitelity LLC is calling me from [protected]. Looks like they are branching out :(
Vitelity LLC claims I won a free vacation it's a computer robo call. Hang up on any phone number you don't know on your caller ID. Computer calls are a waste of time. Hang up..
Change your phone # and the calls will stop...
Harrassment
My mom is 89 years old and has received a call every day for the last 10 days from a company identified on the caller I.D. as Vitelity, LLC. Their number is 210-2129 with no area code identification. Mom has a hard time hearing but she said they keep telling her they need her SS#.

I get daily phone calls from a company which identified on "Caller ID" as Vitelity, LLC. There is never an answer. This has been going on for weeks and has become very annoying. A check of the "Web" shows it to be "an International telecommunications company with network assets located throughout the world. Assets consist of Vitelity's privately owned datacenters and Tier-1 access points where Vitelity peers with its providers, partners and customers." This company is headquartered in Denver Colorado. The annoying calls however, originate from telephone number [protected] which is shown to be in Tallahassee, Florida. As these phone calls continue they will move from annoying to harassing. I wish they would stop. I am on the National DNC list but it seems they have no regard for it. I wish there was a way to stop these companies from bothering people who do not want to hear from them.
They need to get in trouble
I just received a call from Ms. Moore from Vitelity. She hung up on me when I said I was a manager. She just hung up. Nasty way to do business and when I tell the owner of the business I work for Ms. Moore will not have a chance. Vitelty gave me a bad taste. Not good customer service.
I got a call at 2:21 AM. This is absolutely uncalled for. I didn't get to the phone in time to answer as I WAS ASLEEP. When my phone rings that time of the night/morning, the first thing I think of is an emergency. Such as my children or my elderly mom. I will be calling them back and rip them. What the h___ is this company? I may have another complaint to write about after calling them back.
Tired of being haressed
I keep getting calls at work from a guy that states his name is David Brown with the Harrison Law Firm wanting my SSC # and something to do about my name . He has called me at my job 5 or 6 times in one day and a couple times the next while I was there I hung up on him without talking to him becuase I recognized the voice. My boss told me to tell the jerk that he needs to stop calling me on the job that is harrassment and I am putting my job on the line becuase Im in retail and cant talk on the phone because of customers.
He has called my phone 5 times the same day I dont need to know what its about becuase its a scam I already have been told so but as far as I know it is about the same matter that I owe some loan company money which I already have taken care and another loan company too but refusses to tell me who.
He uses other numbers also pretending to be some one else each time at least the voice is the same.
Harressment
Vitelity LLC has been calling my mother daily. They number is [protected] (originating in Michigan). They never leave a message. When she does answer, they don't respond, but they don't hang up either. She is on the DNC list, but this makes no difference to them. She is going to report them to the attorney general.
10 calls in 7 days. All days and all hours including 8:16 am and 9:15 pm. Three phone calls today alone. Caller ID say Vitelity, LLC. Number shown is [protected]
I didn't save the dates and times of all the calls. Some examples are:
4/24/17 8:03 pm
4/24/17 12:36 PM
4/24/17 3:00 pm
4/21/17 4:06 pm
4/20/17 8:16 am
4/17/17 6:56 pm
We have received more than a dozen phone calls to our home phone [protected] from Vitelity. Phone number of Vitelity is [protected]. Dates: 4/24 & 4/25/2017. They leave no message. We would like these phone calls to stop.
i don't know how they got my number and its weird because i never signed up for any kind of information needed, specially in Spanish. The lady keeps calling me talking about information for my family. I'm getting irritated as she doesn't even want to tell me how they got my number. their number is [protected]
[protected] is the number I get on my phone
Just more BS calls
Continually calling
When I asked for details of business without having to go through a lot of rigormarole - the caller basically called me stupid for not taking him up on the offer.
They call me 4-5 times a day up until 9:30 in the evening. I answered once and no one answers and they leave no message. The telephone number is [protected].
